This is an alternative to spending all your money in a place you will be mainly sleeping at. It has a nice pool but the water is cold. WIFI worked excellent! They are remodeling which does include an Elevator they are putting in but check to see when its done. This Hotel is INCREDIBLY clean. The maids do an amazing job. My room was remodeled with double pane windows and the road noise was not an issue for us. The bathroom was also new tile and spotless, with plenty of hot water for the shower. The beds come with one blanket each, and my wife and I used both for one of the beds, however I am sure we could have asked for more, and it was a VERY cold week in Los Cabos. The staff was very friendly. They also use a cruise style key in a slot to keep electricity on. It was not inconvenient at all. Every room has an individual heater/AC. Beds were firm but comfortable and we slept well. My only real issue was the breakfast. First, the coffee was delicious. Given, we showed up at a few minutes before 10, and they had beans and eggs and toast, and a few chips left along with cold cereal and coffee. I am gluten free so I enjoyed the delicious chips. The next day, we showed up 9:45 and they only had eggs and toast. (coffee and cereal as well) I asked for beans or chips and they told me they were out and eggs was it. That said, I brought it up at the front desk and they told me they would have tortillas for me the next morning. (by the way, water, tea, and iced tea available at the front desk) The next morning on Sunday, they had plenty of eggs and beans and tortillas and served until around 11AM by the pool. I suggest they make sure there is enough food for the breakfast as a few extra dollars is better then disappointing people. Other issue, my phone in the room did not work #230 and the light inside the door flickered and had not been fixed by the time we left. (they did have workers busy on the elevator and remodeling)

Beautiful hotel in the town of San Jose de Los Cabos. My husband, son and I had a two room suite. It was beautifully appointed with a nice kitchen with brand new appliances. There was a great Murphy bed for my son in his room and our room had a king size bed and kitchenette. The Murphy bed is much more comfortable than a sofa bed and easy to set up. My son had his own bathroom. My husband and I had a slightly larger bathroom with two sinks. Our rooms had connecting doors. The roof top pool was gorgeous and the views of the nearby mountains was superb. I had the pool to myself most of an afternoon. The hotel is very new so the furnishings and decor are wonderful and modern. It was a short walk to the galleries and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was lovely and very responsive to our needs.

Il nous a trouvés à la piscine et est allé nous parler. Il a envoyé une bouteille de champagne dans la salle pour mon anniversaire et nous a donné une voiture privée pour dîner. L'hôtel est un hôtel de luxe et est classé comme un super-hôtel, mais je pense qu'il est beaucoup d'argent pour rien de hors du monde. La chambre qui nous a été offerte a été très petite et très compacte. Il n'y a pas de raison pour que le verre de vin soit $25 et que c'est une boîte de pâtes. Nous devons aussi payer pour l'eau quand vous êtes à la piscine ou manger pour $7. En plus ridicule. Le personnel est très aimable et le gestionnaire est heureux d'améliorer notre séjour. Le prix de l'hôtel est très élevé, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'hôtel. Pour mettre les choses en perspective, nous avons séjourné à Garza Blanca un tout inclus pour la première moitié de notre voyage et ce lieu est de 5 étoiles à mon avis et une fraction du prix de Viceroy. La cuisine n'a pas eu l'air de s'éclater dans les deux camps, donc je pense que j'aurais préféré sauver quelques milliers et rester à Garza.
