Meilleurs Hôtels de Sant Joan Despi, Espagne

Pendant la Fête du Printemps cette année, je suis resté 10 jours. Le sentiment général était bon. L'accueil à la réception de l'hôtel était bon en anglais. Le ménage de la chambre était très propre. Le quartier était calme et pas bruyant. C'était un peu loin de la ville. Il a fallu environ 20 minutes pour se rendre à la petite gare. Il faut plus de 20 minutes en train pour se rendre en ville. C'est aussi pratique.

L'hôtel est propre et le personnel de service est assez sympathique. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il est vraiment loin de la zone urbaine. Bien qu'il y ait des métros vers la zone urbaine à proximité, cela prenait au moins une demi-heure et il était nécessaire de faire marche arrière. Lors de la réservation, nous devons principalement examiner si cela est acceptable. Mais les environs sont vraiment calmes.

Hotel 3 étoiles situé à San Joan Despi qui se trouve donc assez loin du centre mais dans une zone très came. Idéal avec un package hôtel + match du Barca car à 30 mn du Camp Nou avec le tramway T3 Chambres spacieuses dont une avec canapé + lit 1 personne et kitchenette et une avec deux grand lits très confortables. L'ensemble est vraiment très très correct et d'un bon rapport Q/P Silencieux, literie très confortable, bcp de rangements mais il manque des prises de courant dans la chambre, C'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir y prendre le petit déjeuner le matin mais on arrive à s'organiser avec la kitchenette. Personnel serviable mais à la communication un peu trop ' efficace' à mon goût ......

The hotel itself was fine but it was promoted as a hotel near the airport. In fact, it was about a 12 minute drive away, and with the taxi cost, I would have been better to stay at the airport with the more costly hotels. My room was spatious and my bathroom was clean and contained a bath. The room was quite basic and plain, but functional. I think a picture on the wall would have helped give some character or atmosphere. The hotel is quite near the tram stop which is good for getting into Barcelona once ones works this out.

Typical Novotel property, away from the city center but reachable by public transport, direct public transport bus (L77) is available for euro 2.40 to reach the hotel (Last stop) - refer to Google map. Nice and comfortable lobby and room, L-3 tram is available at 400m from the hotel which drops you at the nearest metro station, staff will advise about the same and city center attractions. The room was spacious with all the required amenities The reception staff was very nice special mention to Ms. Paula, she explained to us how to use the public transport in line with the attractions upon our arrival, Ms. Jessica was also great during our checkout Does it have a repeat value? for us Yes. We love to stay in this property again whenever we come to Barcellona.

Please do not live in this hotel, it’s basically not in Barcelona, you have to take the public transportation up to 1 hour to get to Barcelona by transferring at least twice. The wi-fi is too unstable to even watch youtube video. Most importantly, some staff are NOT capable of their jobs. On the first day I came here, I called the reception and asked about the laundry fee, a Tall Thin old man told me and emphasized twice that the laundry fee is included in the room and said they would ask people to pick up my clothes. However, nobody came. When I called again, a middle-aged woman told me that I have to drop the clothes in the reception because they don’t have time for me now. As she said, I went down with my bag of clothes. However, an old man in the reception said I should not give them the clothes but to leave in my room. But they can ask people to drop the clothes in my room and then took them to the laundry. What a mess! When I picked up my laundry I was surprised that there was a long bill since the guy in reception clearly said the lauded was in the room fee. And when I went to the reception and asked, the girl with long blond hair confront with me and acted very condescending. To quote exactly what she said ‘No, you must misunderstood, you room even did not include the breakfast, it came with nothing, only the wi-fi. Laundry fee is not in the room, everyone knows!’ I explained patiently multiple times and asked her to maybe ask her college because I didn’t tell a lie but she rolled her eyes and literally said ‘I can’t do anything, if you don’t understand, you go ask my boss’ and pointed to the boss (an old man stand right besides her talking to another customer). Before I opened my mouth, this girl talked in Spanish to her ‘boss’ first and the old guy frowned. I was pretty sure she tell the truth. I didn’t say I don’t want to pay the laundry, but I have to check what I heard. The way these staff did their jobs and solve problems were one hundred percent unprofessional and annoying. I love traveling in Barcelona but these few people just made our impression on Spanish hotels go down.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel car c'était une option bon marché ”proche” de l'aéroport…. Nous avons payé environ 70 euros (+ 10 euros pour le parking)… c'est dans une zone un peu reculée près de certains polygones…. Personnel très agréable, réception 24h/24. La chambre est simple mais spacieuse et propre…. La salle de bain est similaire, spacieuse et propre. C'est une option correcte compte tenu des prix des environs

Excellent accueil. Établissement plein de charme. Nous avons profiter de la demi-pension (diner et petits déjeuner). Notre chambre double avec jardin rien de moins était sous la salle à manger, cela est bruyant pendant la remise en place des tables mais que quelques minutes. Si non très agréable, c'était la deuxième fois. Pour une nuit d'escale dans notre trajet de vacances. Je conseille.

Very comfy, clean and spacious rooms, however the noise from outside and in the hallway could be heard every now and then. the staff member Carina was very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was European style breakfast however there was some cereal and pastries and pancakes and waffles, they were served cold but you could warm them up in the toaster! They also had some bacon, eggs and what not. They had fresh juice and the coffee was really good. The staff spoke good English and helped up with any questions, the mini bar in the rooms were relatively cheap too! It was a very nice stay and good transport links everywhere and around 30€ taxi to and from the airport.

hôtel à Barbara (CZ-28080) : L'hôtel est très propre et rénové. Le personnel de réception est très gentil. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables, mais il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur ou de réfrigérateur. Le parking est payé séparément et est de 10€, mais les places sont justes et une entrée assez « complexe » pour les voitures grandes. Elle a généralement une bonne localisation : très près d'un CC très grand, HSJD, etc.
