Increíble excelente ambiente para relax y pasar en familia, me encantó, disfrutamos mucho , había ambientes de distracción, billar, juegos, shows, cócteles, comida buffet increíble. Super recomendado. Disfrute mucho en familia, Gracias por la atención. 😊

Vou começar pela partes negativas e que fizeram com que não desse uma avaliação máxima, Hotel a necessitar de algumas melhorias no que se refere a mobiliário, pois está muito desgastado, não só ocorre nos quartos como com as espreguiçadeiras. Não há falta de alimentos, mas os snacks podiam ser mais variados. O que se destaca neste hotel são as pessoas, e são estas que fazem a diferença, não foram todos, mas alguns fizeram a diferença, como o Yahor Rosa da receção que foi incansável sempre tebando que a nossa estada fosse o mai perfeito possível, o Marco da animação que sabia o nome de todos os clientes com quem interagia (isto faz-nos sentir especial), o Gelson que fazia as melhores caipirinhas do bar da piscina, entre outros, mas estes foram os que se destacaram. A nível de alimentação, tirando os já referidos snacks, também tem nota negativa o restaurante Palm Beach, pois fazia os piores churrascos que já provei, carnes secas e com pouca variedade, sendo que o Olívio era o que mais se destacava pelo melhor. Já o buffet apesar de não ser muito variado, quase tudo era bem confecionado; tendo carnes e peixes grelhados ao momento, um prato de carne, um prato de peixe e inúmeros acompanhamentos à disposição, mas o que mais gosteis foi das frutas, foi aqui que comi o melhor ananás de sempre e a melhor papaia. Em suma, os problemas de mobiliário, rapidamente são superados pelas situações melhores que são proporcionadas. Pelo valor pago, é excelente, sendo que as pessoas fazem a diferença.

We spent 2 nights, entering on Sunday until Tuesday. It was my first visit since it used to be a Sheraton Hotel. The food was AMAZING! Plenty options for kids and special diets, wide variety of soft drinks and cocktails. The service 10/10: bartenders, waiters and housekeeping were very friendly. Plenty activities during day and night. Unfortunately they don’t start activities on time. I had trouble at the front desk at check out because they insisted on returning the keys of the room, and one was left behind. I suggest they have to reinforce it during check in. The hotel is big, so you need to use the map because it doesn’t have many signage.

Pro's weather in panama is super wifi was good Con's -booked a gardenview balcony/terrace room as advertised did not have a balcony changed rooms to a balcony curtains had mould all over them as well as holes all over them, leak in the ceiling water marks running down the walls no cups or coffee maker in the room or even a chair everyone had the same issue with rooms -decieving pictures of the pools only 2 of them are really for adults 4 feet deep all the others are for kids 2 feet deep although kids were in the deep pools anyway -had to wait in line every day for at least 45 min to book a la carte restaraunts although brochure says no reservations required, and only certain ones were open each night the bbq a la carte is actually a buffet, -on thursday of our monday to monday trip the locals filled up the resort so now all a la cartes were available line up even longer for reservations -no entertainment through out the week until the place again filled up with locals there was lots of activities and entertainment for those 4 days -birds fly through the buffet they are on tables and chairs bird poop everywhere and poop on people too -advertised piano bar there was a piano never anyone using it sports bar only open some of the time and disco was a joke -the smell of septic wafts throughout the resort right around 7pm just at supper time through the buffet and the upper lobby bar it was terrible everynight -we have been to many many resorts and this was by far the most disappointing resort we have every been to

Beautiful hotel by the beach with a magnificent pool and plenty of entertainment. Certainly, everything is not perfect but nothing dramatic, the hotel is clean, the staff helpful and friendly. We rated it 5 because the value for money is exceptional.

Two stars because the hotel is well kept outside; all surrounding areas of the hotel are maintained and cleaned, and the restaurant buffet offers a good variety to choose from. Now, on the other hand, the hotel rooms are not clean. When we entered our room, the same was filthy; floors were dusty, the shower had trash on the floor, the mirrors had hand prints on them, the lamps and lighting in the room were defective, there was trash in the closet, the furniture was dusty, there was salt or sugar all over the shelves, but the worst part, was the bed. There were hair strands on the supposedly cleaned sheets and the mattress cover was stained with what looked like blood. Completely unacceptable and unsanitary!! Needless to say, we called the reception area and at first, they were just going to change the sheets, but we requested a new room. Fortunately, the new room was okay, at least it was clean. What we were told by one of the cleaning ladies was that their supervisor advised them not to change the mattress cover every time a guest leaves. How is that possible?!! We requested to speak to the manager, but what a coincidence that he/she had just left for the day and the concierge was the only one available. Shame on them! Since it is an all-inclusive hotel, do not expect to be in a relaxing environment. At 10 am every day, expect loud music at the pool area and an MC trying to involve guests in different activities.

I do not recommend this place. Let start with the pros: Nice little resort with nice beach. A few pools and fun slides. The food was really good as well. The cons: the rooms. My boxspring was moldy, I had no hot water in my shower, just in the sink. My friends bathroom wall was also moldy. See attached pictures. There are no lamps in the room so it’s either dark or full bright from the ceiling light. There’s no hairdryer, you have to ask for one. There’s no ironing board, you have to ask for one. This place would be great if they cleaned up and updated the rooms.

Très grand complexe isolé de tous commerces, villages,.... Bruyant, pas très propre, très peu de transat et de parasols sur la plage Fréquenté principalement par des canadiens, américains et panameins. All inclusive permettant de manger et boire toute la journée

We stayed here for carnivals and had a good time, especially my little girls. There’s a few shallow pools that are great for little ones. They also had entertainment for adults and kids as well as a kids club area. The rooms are ok. There’s a sewage smell in the bathroom and the water pressure on the shower kept coming and going. Service was pretty good. The buffet was not bad with a good selection but they need more proper care of certain items. For example we could taste the tomatoes or watermelon were overripe and spoiled at times. The snack area in the afternoon had the toppings covered with plastic paper and did not look very hygienic. The chairs on the outside were covered by bird poop. They should try to clean them more often. They have 3 other theme restaurants but you have to reserve very early in the morning to get a spot. By the time we checked in at 3pm they were all booked already. Overall, a decent hotel we enjoyed but needs some improvements for sure.

A lovely hotel - we paid approx £130 per night for all inclusive which we thought was worth it! Check in was a little mayhemic but ok. The room was quiet, well airconned, good mattress shower etc. Food was variable and very passable - lots of options for meat eaters and veggies ( my wife is a veggie and had no problems) - drinks were good - fantastic cocktails. The location is amazing great beach. Quite locally crowd around the great fun swimming pool . The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful if a little isolated. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout our stay

It was a first vacation after long time, and we were looking forward to it. Well, a bit of history about our travels in to south, we have been in Cuba (9 times), Dominican Republic, Mexico and now Panama. Let’s start with the fact that we were flighting with Sunwing which was a big mistake, they don’t care about people just the income they get from you. We had some problems at the beginning of the trip, accidently as two families we purchase 2 different hotels. The family went to Playa Blanka Beach Resort, and we went to Gran Evenia Bijao (see my other review for that hotel). We were booking through RBC points, and some were in whole purchasing things went wrong. As advice not only check names and birthdays but also the hotel name (that was my mistake that I did not double check that). We try to move hotels and join with the family because the kids were hoping to be together for vacation and so did, we. We contact Sunwing and I can tell you the rep at the hotel was amazing she was trying to do everything to get us together. Do you think Sunwing cares…hell no, Toronto 24hr hotline in Toronto told my husband to F..k off and to leave him alone. Is that the customer service you want from airlines that you spend thousands of dollars, and you are in different country. Also, Sunwing requested payment for us to move don’t understand why if we were going to worse and cheaper hotel. Taxi we pay and I understand that this was our to pay. In this hotel we spend only two days, while waiting to be transfer to hotel that the family was. Rooms are clean and nice size. Hotel is very clean and updated. We had ocean view and view was just amazing. Mattresses and pillows were good to sleep on and clean. Bathroom was clean and big. The restaurant has great selection of food and its best food I had on my all-inclusive vacations. Hotel at this moment is building brand new slides for kids and I was told this will be done this February. I can tell you at the pool they had cotton candy for kids and music on all the time. They tech dancing at the pool. Lots of activities to keep you going and having fun. Beach is the quiet section. Bar selection is amazing from selection to even orange juice for kids. We were there in Dec 2023 nice decorations for Christmas they even had Santa coming to the lobby. Wi-fi works every were, and its pretty strong service. One thing I did not like is that all the shows are in Spanish. May be they should have shows every 2nd day in English. Cuba and Mexico is also is Spanish country but they have shows in English and Spanish. This is the hotel that I would like to come back to, management is great and chiefs in the restaurant know what they are doing. Rio Hato airport has tarmac so no sleave and you need to do stairs to get on or off the plain (Heads up for older people is hard). Airport is 4 walls with bathroom. So, make sure you have for kids some snacks and drinks because if you need to wait there for 3 hrs or more. Th

Bueno, la entrada es un poco tarde y salida muy temprano. se debería idea una manera para hacer que el disfrute de playa pueda ser un poco mas largo sin estar preocupados tanto en el check out.
