Relatively close to the city center and bus station (10 minutes walk), but need to climb going to the hotel. The staff helpfull. Very spacious, clean apartaments and bathroom as well. Equipped with portable air conditioner and nice, stylish furniture. Excellent breakfast with variety of hot dishes! What is bad in my opinion: ground floor apartament without balcony with view to the very close rock wall and street. No soundproofing at all. You can hear all the conversations from the main hall and reception. What was the worst, the street is by the wall of the apartament and without soundproofing windows you hear all the cars passing by. For light sleepers (like me) it is not a good place to have comfortable rest and sleep at night.

Nous avons fait une réservation dans Apartamentos Centro Cancajos. Nous partons de l'aéroport et nous allons à l'hébergement. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à cet endroit pour effectuer le check-in (14.00 heures), nous avons rencontré la première surprise; la réception était fermée. Nous n'avons pas été informés lors de la réservation. Ils ont un cartel à la réception où ils signalent qu'à partir des 16.30 heures, ils reouvrent. La question est que à 17.00 heures, nous devions déjà être dans une autre commune de l'île pour travailler. Nous avons donc dû partir avec tout le bagage et rentrer la nuit. À 22.00 heures, je rappelle à nouveau l'hébergement (après avoir essayé de nous communiquer avec eux toute la soirée sans succès ) afin qu'ils soient informés que nous étions en route et qu'ils nous disent qu'il n'y a pas de problème, que jusqu'à 06.00 heures la réception sera ouverte. À 23.50 heures, nous sommes arrivés à l'hébergement et la fille qui m'avait répondu au téléphone quelques heures plus tôt, affirme que la réservation a été annulée parce qu'elle ne nous a pas présentés à l'hébergement. On est restés atons, parce que nous avions appelé deux heures avant et tout était bien. La réservation de nos chambres a été annulée sans préavis, parce qu'elle ne nous a pas présentés dans le complexe. Ils n'ont jamais été en contact avec nous, ils nous ont laissés tirés, littéralement dans la rue et à ce moment-là. Je trouve cette situation surréaliste. Je n'ai jamais connu une expérience aussi terrible, si regrettable. Je suis triste, très triste pour ce qui s'est passé. Nous sommes en pleine pandémie, avec toutes les restrictions que cela implique pour pouvoir loger**** dans n'importe quel l'établissement et à cette heure de la nuit. Je ne recommande pas pour rien cet hébergement. Je trouve dangereux, car je pense que si le voyage est avec des enfants, l'expérience peut être encore plus terrible.

Il y avait un parking, mais l'espace de stationnement était étroit. Je me suis garé sur le parking public en face de l'hôtel pendant deux nuits. Le petit déjeuner est correct, il y a du champagne et le restaurant a une belle vue sur la mer. La chambre était propre et spacieuse, il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur, mais le serveur a aidé à apporter les bagages dans la chambre. Un hôtel d'un bon rapport qualité/prix. Il y a un agent de voyages d'une journée à l'entrée de l'hôtel.

Nous sommes restés en famille là-bas, très propre et confortable, la réception répond rapidement, même si vous arrivez horaire et tout est sorti parfait, très près de Santa Cruz de la Palma, nous reviendrons, qualité prix très bien, 100x100, merci
