De l'hôtel, comme 5 étoiles, j'attendrais beaucoup mieux l'organisation et le service. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon. Bien sûr, pendant ces jours, on attendait une grande foule, mais cela ne me donne pas d'excuse. Le personnel était bien placé, mais simplement insuffisant ou non prêt à gérer le nombre d'invités; les sièges étaient disponibles, mais les tables n'étaient pas en temps voulu et prêtes pour les invités. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Toutes les familles qui n'étaient pas intéressées par la sauna ont dû faire face aux enfants avec seulement 2 douches chacune pour les zones masculines et féminines, en position debout, sans sèche-cheveux, et de petites serviettes. Après la chambre, l'eau complimentaire n'a pas été remplacée chaque jour, ainsi que les bains et les pantalons utilisés. C'est tout ce que nous pouvons vivre sans, mais comme on l'a dit, nous parlons d'hôtel 5 étoiles, et l'argent dépensé pour cela!

It's the second time we stayed at this hotel, because of good location (near Yongsan train station). However, we had a bad experience. We booked room with sofa bed (for kid) and we asked them to prepare it after we check-in, finally they didn't do it, we can back after dinner and we had to try to reach front desk (not easy, hard to reach!) fi ally someone came around 21:00 and kids were so sleepy. Second day, we wanted to order some room service, they said it will take 1h30 to even get some French fries! We had to cancel and order from outside hotel for delivery. At 10pm our daughter was sick and vomited, we tried to call front desk to get some cleaning products and new bed sheets, we had to call maybe 30 times! Line always busy, terrible... Finally they could arrange a new room but it was 11pm. Sunday morning (last day for us) we wanted to go for breakfast buffet, we were told to wait more than 30min to gets seat, kids so hungry so we gave up and went to 1st floor instead (near lobby). They were sold out of croissants, so we bought some snacks instead at the same place than the coffee shop of hotel. See photo, and they told us we Cannot eat them inside hotel, it was apparently only for ”take away”. What a joke! I related everything at check out, they said sorry, and that's it (we left) we will never come back.

Il a eu un grand temps de refroidissement dans la chambre. Avec des installations de bains séparées pour chaque chambre! Grand pour les familles avec enfants puisqu'il est avec 2 chambres séparées. Il y a une machine Nespresso avec des capsules quotidiennes en haut. Et une belle sélection de thé. La salle de bains est très belle, mais elle est très bien située. L'hôtel est connecté à Novotel et ibis yongsan, et à la gare Yongsan. 2 stations à distance de la gare de Séoul. Facile à atteindre. Rien de plus que pour un centre commercial ipark. Le personnel de service était également aimable et utile!

La location est parfaite, à 10 minutes à pied de la ville de l'itaewon. Très de bons restaurants et de la nourriture à proximité. Le petit déjeuner était étonnant et bien que ce n'est pas un style de buffet, je préfère vraiment prendre des repas différents chaque jour. La salle de sport et la piscine intérieure sont de première classe, mais je pense qu'il est un peu délicat de payer plus pour utiliser la sauna/souffle et piscine hauteur qui m'a attiré en premier lieu. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues avec un café agréable mais un peu petite en raison du prix. Les salles de salon étaient étonnantes, j'ai juste senti que l'hôtel était plus style que la substance.

Je n'irai plus dans cet hôtel à l'avenir, car l'hôtel de quarantaine m'a fait sauter à 7h00. Lorsque j'arriverai dans cet hôtel vers 7h20, je serai facturé le tarif d'une journée supplémentaire. Arrivée anticipée. Après avoir longuement discuté, j'ai reçu une demi-journée de frais de chambre. Je pensais que je ne pourrais pas m'enregistrer dans l'après-midi, mais il pleuvait et il n'y avait aucun endroit où aller.

1. Location: Located right in front of Gongdeok Subway Station (Seoul Subway Line 5, Line 6, AREX and the Gyeongui–Jungang Line) which links to Incheon International Airport. Very convenient, but the station is big and a bit complicated. 2. Amenities: Cafe and restaurants are just opposite hotel. Hotel itself has a seven eleven. Nearby hotel has a Olive young too. 3. Room is cleaned daily. Provided additional lighting as per request.smooth checkin and checkout. 4a. Room has 3 Pin plugs but the one at desk is badly position. Better to get additional adapter plug to increase the height so that u can use it smoothly. 4b. Surprisingly, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand wash n lotion are provided. But no supply of toothbrush and toothpaste. 4c. There is a small step to trap the water from flowing out of bathtub to other part of the bathroom. 4d. Slipper is provided, but its very flat, no cushioning. Better to bring your own. Overall, the stay is good. Room (deluxe twin) is big, can put 2 big size luggage and still have a 2 seater sofa.

Avantages: 1. J'aime la façon dont cet hôtel est situé juste à l'extérieur de la sortie 10 de Sookmyung Women's Univ. Gare 2. Il y a un magasin ouvert 24h/24 juste en dessous 3. Les membres du personnel que j'ai rencontrés étaient tous très gentils. Hôtel décent pour rester avec les équipements fournis. 4. Grande chambre spacieuse avec une belle vue sous un certain angle (malheureu*****t bloquée par le grand bâtiment en face) Inconvénients mineurs : 1. Il y avait une immense baignoire / jacuzzi mais il n'y a pas de pommeau de douche extensible pour laver l'immense surface. Quand j'ai essayé d'activer le jaccuzi, des saletés sales ont jailli et je n'ai plus osé l'utiliser. 2. Les toilettes - lavabo, douche, cuvette partagent tous le même niveau de sol, donc une fois que vous vous baignez, tout le sol est mouillé même s'il y a un rideau de douche et une porte vitrée. 3. La hauteur et l'angle du support de pommeau de douche ne peuvent pas être ajustés. 4. Le chausson de salle de bain fourni est extrêmement fin, il est conseillé d'apporter le vôtre si vous êtes difficile 5. La propreté peut être améliorée...

La chambre était de base et un peu en bas (pouvant utiliser un lit de peinture et peut-être une nouvelle matrice, le lit était super squeaky!). Mais dans l'ensemble, une salle de bains privée propre et propre qui a été un plus pour le prix. Le petit déjeuner était encore bon mais de base - c'était du pain, du beurre, du jambon, des céréales, du lait et du jus, mais c'était encore un bon touche pour le prix. Le gestionnaire était très ami et laissez-nous partir notre bagage pour la première fois le matin, le jour de notre arrivée, et aussi toute la journée, le jour où nous avons vérifié.

Nous réservons pour 3 jours et 2 nuits et l'emplacement est superbe ! L'hôtel est idéalement situé par rapport à la plupart des attractions touristiques de Séoul et il y a aussi une station de métro juste en face de l'hôtel. Les restaurants sont abondants dans la région. L'hôtel est propre et le personnel de la réception est très arrangeant et les autres membres du personnel sont vraiment sympathiques

La station de Samgakji est très confortable et vous dispose de 2 chambres. Il dispose également d'un magasin de confort à proximité, et est entouré de nombreux restaurants et cafés, de sorte que vous n'aurez pas à vous inquiéter de l'endroit où aller au déjeuner ou au petit-déjeuner. La plupart des clients que j'ai rencontrés sont très aimables et vous donneront des conseils sur ce que faire si c'est votre première fois dans la ville. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de voir le toit et les étages supérieurs parce que nous étions si fatigués au moment où nous rentrions. Le plus grand étage de la maison d'hôtes est au 2ème étage, y compris le bureau de réception, et vous devez monter un étage rigide pour y arriver qui s'est avérée très difficile quand la plupart de leurs clients transportent des bagages énormes - pas de traces à main, Je porterais un poids collectif de 20 kg quand j'arrive et j'ai dû obtenir de l'aide de Johnny, car c'était impossible pour moi de le faire moi-même. Avec sa popularité parmi les voyageurs, le problème évident est qu'il est entièrement emballé avec des gens, qui peuvent devenir chaotiques quand tout le monde veut utiliser les douches en même temps. Le lieu est un peu petit et il n'y a pas beaucoup de place pour se déplacer en un moment où tous les invités arrivent et se débrouillent.

J'avais un chargeur de téléphone dans la chambre, donc je ne pouvais pas l'utiliser. Je suis désolé de ne pas pouvoir le charger, et il y avait une peinture sur un toilet parce qu'il n'était pas bien lavé. C'était bon.

Il ne devrait pas être un hôtel. La position est très bonne pour la station de métro et la station de bus à l'aéroport. Dans le même endroit, la station de métro est située sur le même endroit que le bus à l'aéroport et les bus à tous les quartiers.

I stayed the New World Hotel, Hangang daero 84 gil, Namyeong dong, Yongsan gu, Seoul, South Korea, August 26 to 31. This was easily the most expensive place on my trip (and I was in Tokyo for a week). And the New World Hotel was the worst place of my trip. The location is central ish, but dirty and gross, with shops selling junk and scrap metal. This should not be a 3-star hotel. The first problem was that the listing was cheap, but had a shared bathroom, so compared to other listings (which had their own baths), it looked good. By the time you got your own bathroom, the price was a lot higher. This is a classic bait-and-switch sales routine. The listing also promised a free shuttle to the Inchon airport, so I thought that despite the room price, at least I get a ride to the airport. When I asked the staff, that was a ”misunderstanding”. Instead of offering to take me the 30km to the airport or pay for the shuttle, or pay me the 80K Won amount of the shuttle, they offered to take me to Seoul station, 1.5km, and said a taxi would cost 85K Won, so they were compensating me well. That is the biggest lie I ever heard. I can provide information from *********** that shows the hotel changed its listing page to a paid shuttle after I asked at the front desk about the free shuttle. The room was gross. The bathroom had mold in it. Regular soap was shared in the shower. The shower drain was rusty. The water temperature varied while you were showering. There was no shower curtain, so all the water went on the ground. There were screws sticking out of the doorknob and toilet flusher (I have pictures). There's holes in the tile, huge scrapes on the floor, lack of electric switch covers, smudges on walls and other cosmetic things easy to fix, if anyone cared. The sink was cracked and fixed with duct tape!!! Just things I haven't seen since a refugee camp I had the misfortune to be in while in my youth. The water temperature went up and down significantly during a showering without my touching the knobs. From the 6th floor, anyone taking the stairs down to the 5th floor is in danger of falling down the steps, because one step is significantly higher than the other steps. I wouldn't want to get paid to stay here. I talked to the only English speaker, and presumably the manager, who was somewhat apologetic, but wouldn't address the problems, nor lower the price. When I paid the high price, I assumed a decent room, and the free shuttle and there the hotel failed.

Réservé cet endroit pour l'emplacement près de la gare de Séoul si vous devez marcher. Johnny était très flexible avec nous et nous a permis de mettre nos affaires même si nous étions de Séoul. Nous pourrions stocker nos bagages même quand nous avons fait 2 voyages à Séoul Il est certain que cette maison d'hôtes sera examinée à nouveau Bonus nous avons trouvé un très bon endroit pour manger et 2 minutes de Dalgona.. très abordable à 7000

清掃やタオルの補充は伝えないとしてもらえないタイプのホテルです。それ以外は特に不便はなく近くにコンビニもオリヤンもキョチョンチキンもあるしソウル駅から一駅なのでとても便利です！
