Un hôtel très bien situé, juste à côté de la station de métro Jiashan Road, l'hôtel vient d'être rénové il y a quelques années et les installations sont relativement récentes. Bien que la pièce ne soit pas grande, elle reste relativement hygiénique et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin, la raison principale étant que le prix est relativement abordable.

The hotel is tugged in a quiet and beautiful street in SH, somewhere we have truly felt relaxed and recharged. One of the staff contacted us before we arrived to get the ETA. When we actually arrived, she saw us with a big suitcase and showed us another room that might suite us better. All the rooms were decorated differently, so they could really suit different needs from customers. We are impressed by the quality of the mattress, pillows, everything in the room really, and the breakfast!! The food is so delicately made and displayed. They asked my son if he would like some noodles as he was overwhelmed by the food and didn't know what to take at first. The noodles arrived so well-made and flavoursome, my son just loved it! We just felt like we were really well looked after. We would definitely return to the same hotel if we stay in SH again.

L'hôtel est généralement correct. Ce n'est pas loin de la porte de chez moi. J'ai des parents à la maison qui viennent séjourner ici. Ils se sont arrangés pour rester dans cet hôtel et nous ont aidés à porter nos bagages. et nous étions très fatigués à cause de la voiture, ils nous ont également réservé une grande chambre à l'avance. Elle était très propre et avait un vestiaire. J'ai demandé au personnel quels étaient les endroits intéressants à proximité et j'ai répondu patiemment. Le soir, j'ai dit non à Miss. .6 que la pièce était un peu chaude et elle a installé un ventilateur à temps. Très prévenante et a réglé le problème rapidement. Il y a un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre pour conserver les aliments frais, mais le téléviseur ne prend pas en charge la diffusion d'écran. c'est bien.

The hotel is in a great location 3 minutes walk to the metro station, French concession with restaurants and cafe is 5 to 10 minutes walk! But there also also direct cafes beside the building!
The breakfast is amazing and very clean and tastes great! The there as well is super kind and helpful.

LLala-jiangLes dames de la réception 💁🏻 ont fourni un très bon service. La chambre que j'avais initialement réservée n'avait pas de fenêtre et ne comprenait pas le petit-déjeuner. Elles m'ont surclassé à un niveau supérieur et le petit-déjeuner était à prix réduit et comprenait des collations de fin de soirée. que nous jouions dehors trop tard et que nous n'avons pas pris la collation de fin de soirée. Je veux essayer des collations de fin de soirée la prochaine fois que j'y vais (le petit déjeuner est vraiment bon ~) Merci de m'avoir aidé à trouver des écouteurs pour réduire les pertes.

IInvitéJ'ai toujours fait confiance à Novotel. Les installations de l'hôtel sont très récentes et le service est rapide. La chambre était propre et le petit déjeuner était très copieux. C'est très pratique pour aller à Disneyland. L'hôtel se charge de venir chercher et déposer les enfants. Si les enfants sont fatigués de jouer la nuit, ils peuvent se rendre directement à la navette de l'hôtel. , ce qui est sûr et pratique. Un merci spécial à sœur Zhang, la guide de la navette qui a récupéré et déposé Disneyland, pour nous avoir aidés à planifier l'itinéraire, ce qui a rendu l'ensemble du voyage rapide, économisant du travail, du temps et de l'argent. L'heure et l'itinéraire de chaque activité sont planifiés de manière très raisonnable, et l'itinéraire peut être modifié de manière flexible en fonction du flux de personnes sur place. Économisons de l'énergie, du temps et de l'argent. C'est l'expérience Disney la plus sans soucis que j'ai jamais vécue. Je reviendrai au Novotel Sichuan et je reviendrai voir sœur Zhang. Unable to travel over the festive season, I decided to treat myself to a few days in a local hotel. What other choice was there, other than the Bvlgari?
Prior to my arrival I received a call from the hotel. They confirmed my arrival time, made dinner reservations for me, added me to WeChat and offered me any other help that I required.
Upon arrival I was greeted by Eva. She checked me in and immediately offered me a late check out time of 14:00. This was extended further on the final day to 16:00. Fantastic! More time to relax by the pool and in the sauna.
Having checked me in, Eva gave me a tour of the property. The Bvlgari is stunning!From the stylish restoration of the Chamber of Commerce building to the sleek, modern interior of the main building.
The Bvlgari is located in an excellent position by Suzhou Creek. It offers dazzling views of Lujiazui , the Huangpu River and the rear of The Bund. Perhaps one of the best views in the city.
Of course, the room was magnificent. Huge TV, super comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and a wide selection of drinks and snacks, most of which were complimentary. I especially thought the pillow mist was a nice touch.
In addition to the welcome snacks, Eva brought me a desert from their little cabin outside. A delicious Italian, vanilla donut- like desert. Good job I didn’t have lunch that day.
I dined at both the Italian and Chinese restaurants. Both of which offer amazing food.
The Italian presents simplistic fare with the emphasis on fresh ingredients. The vegetable broth and specialty bread is to die for.
The Chinese restaurant offers high quality Cantonese food and an alternative wine selection to that in the main building.
The sommelier suggested a great wine pairing for the meal and also provided a complimentary glass of champagne and a coffee liqueur before escorting back to the hotel.
Le Mer products are used in the spa! Yes, this is fantastic. My therapist, Daisy, had me in the state of being between consciousness and unconsciousness many times during the course of my treatment. Just what I was looking for.
The staff at the Bvlgari are excellent. Young, professional and obviously well trained, evident through their subject knowledge and warm hearted service.
All the staff consistently addressed me by name and ensured that my stay was perfect.
Whilst at the bar, one of the girls presumed I was asking for the bill, when actually I was asking for another drink. I left to visit the WC and returned to find a note apologizing for her misunderstanding of English accompanying a complimentary desert with my drink. That was amazing! Thank you, Elsker.
It’s often the small things that make a difference. Whilst walking to my room one of the room attendants was vacuuming the carpet. She abruptly stopped and waited for me to pass. Whilst at the pool, I headed towards the jacuzzi. Some of the staff appeared to be fixing or checking something, but they swiftly disappeared as I emerged.
Upon checkout, Eva was waiting for me with a gift bag containing chocolates. This was in addition to the luggage tags and toiletries that were gifted by the turn down service the previous night. Eva called me a car to take me home. Whilst I waited she filled my gift bag with sweets from the huge jars of confectionery in the lobby. As the doorman approached to let me know my car had arrived, he also presented a small gift of Bvlgari toiletry products.
What an amazing experience.! Truly remarkable.
I will definitely return and I’ll be adding locations in Paris, London, Bali and Milan to my list of places to visit.

Ms Vanessa and all front desks staff were very accommodating, We had a great dinner at Estilo restaurant, staff were great! food was delicious! especially the steak was perfectly cooked as requested. Will definitely come back to Senz for another relaxing getaway.

Cette fois, je suis resté deux nuits en raison de circonstances particulières. Ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. La réception, le service, les installations et le petit-déjeuner sont tous d'un niveau correct, ni exceptionnels ni décevants. Après tout, les besoins de chacun pour séjourner dans un hôtel d'aéroport sont très uniques. Mais cette fois, je dois féliciter le service de nettoyage des chambres d'hôtel ! Il s’agit du service de ménage le plus responsable, de la plus haute qualité et le plus louable que j’ai jamais rencontré pendant plusieurs nuits. Même au niveau de la propreté des chambres pendant le séjour, cet hôtel est l'hôtel n°1 parmi tous les hôtels dans lesquels j'ai séjourné ! Les normes de nettoyage et de rangement d'une maison neuve sont réellement assurées aux clients pendant leur séjour consécutif. Merci au personnel qui a nettoyé la chambre 1212 le 19 avril ! Dis merci! Merci pour la joie que vous avez apportée à moi et à mes enfants.

IInvitéJ'ai temporairement décidé de partir en vacances le week-end et j'ai pris une chambre à prix spécial sur la plateforme. Il n'y a pas eu d'augmentation de prix vendredi, et c'était très rentable ! Le logement est très unique. C'est une maison conteneur. Les enfants sont très excités de découvrir l'environnement unique de l'hébergement. La nuit, il y a un chœur de grenouilles et les enfants de la ville font l'expérience. nuit à la campagne pour la première fois ! A cette époque, les petites grenouilles sur l'herbe à l'extérieur du logement voyageaient vraiment en grand nombre. Je n'ai jamais vu une scène aussi spectaculaire auparavant. La station est comme une forêt de conte de fées. Restez à l'intérieur pour respirer de l'oxygène et faites une promenade. Les yeux sont verts et rafraîchissants ! Il y a aussi une aire de jeux pour enfants, qui est la préférée des enfants. J'essaierai d'autres types de chambres la prochaine fois !

IInvitéLe hall de l'hôtel est très grandiose. Dès que vous franchissez la porte, un concierge vous guide pour l'enregistrement. La réception est très accueillante et a aménagé une très bonne chambre. Nous avons rencontré quelque chose pendant notre séjour Justin, le responsable du lobby, a rapidement aidé à résoudre le problème, a fait preuve d'un grand professionnalisme et a patiemment écouté nos besoins, ce qui nous a rendu très satisfaits. Les préposés aux chambres sont également très polis et enthousiastes. L'expérience globale du séjour est excellente. Je recommande cet hôtel aux personnes qui viennent à Shanghai pour le plaisir ou pour affaires.

ZZiyouzizai789Quand je suis arrivé au magasin à 21 heures, j'ai reçu un accueil chaleureux de la part de la réception et j'ai aidé à améliorer la suite. Elle dispose de grandes baies vitrées et d'une belle vue nocturne. La chambre est spacieuse et les installations sont complètes et propres. et bien rangé. Les transports environnants sont pratiques, le temple Jing'an est à seulement 500 mètres et il y a de nombreux plats délicieux aux alentours. Recommandé à des amis et je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois.

Le design des chambres est plein d'ingéniosité, les couleurs sont harmonieusement assorties et chaque meuble révèle une texture élégante. Le lit est aussi doux qu'un nuage, ce qui me garantit une bonne nuit de sommeil chaque nuit. Ce qui est encore plus surprenant, c'est que le système de contrôle intelligent de la chambre a rendu mon séjour plus pratique.
Le service de restauration et de boissons de l'hôtel est inoubliable, qu'il s'agisse du petit-déjeuner exquis ou de la salle de sport bien équipée, chaque endroit est plein d'éloges. Surtout les boissons dans le salon exécutif, combinées au magnifique paysage de la ville devant la fenêtre, sont devenues le moment le plus inoubliable de mon voyage.
Le professionnalisme et l'enthousiasme du personnel de service Xiao Zheng m'ont fait sentir comme chez moi. Qu'il s'agisse de manutention de bagages ou de demande d'informations, ils sont toujours là pour vous aider.
L'emplacement est excellent. Non seulement il y a un transport pratique, mais il y a aussi de nombreux restaurants de spécialités et centres commerciaux, ce qui a rendu mon voyage plus coloré.
Dans l’ensemble, la qualité et le service de cet hôtel ont dépassé mes attentes. J’ai hâte d’y retourner et de découvrir cette beauté unique !

IInvitéLa dame de la réception était chaleureuse et attentionnée et a patiemment répondu à toutes les questions que j'ai posées. Le concierge était également très bon lorsqu'il a vu que j'avais apporté plusieurs sacs, il m'a rapidement aidé à les amener et a appuyé sur l'ascenseur. Les équipements de la chambre étaient également très complets. C'est un appareil électroménager intelligent. Vous pouvez appeler Xiao Ai pour vous aider avec tout. Le plus important est qu'il y ait une baignoire. Vous pouvez prendre un bon bain moussant après avoir couru toute la journée. détendez-vous. Il y a aussi une buanderie et une salle de sport au cinquième étage, qui sont assez complètes, il y a aussi un robot pour la livraison lors des commandes à emporter. Les enfants l'aiment tellement qu'ils réclament toujours des plats à emporter. très complet, tous sont en libre service, et il y a de nombreux petits snacks qui plaisent beaucoup aux enfants. Un autre point est qu'il est si proche de la gare de Shanghai et qu'il n'y a aucun bruit bruyant. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également très pratique. Il est très proche du Bund, du temple du Dieu de la ville et de Nanjing. Rue piétonne, je le recommande🥰🥰🥰 Si vous venez à Shanghai à l'avenir, restez ici dans cet hôtel.
