A cozy hotel with amazing services. All (you need) in one (stay). My family just visit this hotel during the Khmer new year. The DJ & bar make sure all the vibes you could have to celebrate the new year, while the friendliness and hospitality are served thoughtfully with huge smiles. The food is surprisingly delicious. Yet, as a family group over 15 people, the cost is more than a good deal. Special thanks to the pink hat handsome boy who took our orders, the big-smile BBQ man, the generous madam (GM?), and all adorable staffs. Last but not the least, great thanks to Mr. POV who recommande and share this heavenly hotel to my family.

The hotel and staff were above excellent. I felt that the staff truly cared about their guests. The information from the staff is trustworthy and the English skills of the staff was very good. The rooms were very clean and the food was exceptional. The hotel is very close to Pub street and the room price is reasonable. I recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel est confortable et propre il offre toutes commodités, et est d'un style ”colonial” plutôt agréable. Jolie piscine, personnel professionnel et prévenant, literie confortable et très bon petit déjeuner. Transfert gratuit proposé depuis l'aéroport. Bien situé à proximité du Old market. Le linge de toilette serait à remplacer car certaines serviettes font plus que leur âge... Il est vrai qu'après la période Covid l'hôtellerie de Siem Reap à souffert.

The room was lovely and spacious with a big window. Couldn't fault the bedroom. However the bathroom definitely needed work. The underneath of the sink just constantly dripped so the floor was always soaking wet. We had to put the bathmat in the bedroom to wipe your feet on the way out of the bathroom. We were also on the side facing the pool and bar. On one night it was incredibly noisy, with some karaoke or something. I couldn't sleep and it was late. I'm not sure if it was the hotel bar or down the street. The staff were very friendly. There were always tuktuks outside ready to take you where you wanted. Pub street was a 15 min walk away but for about $1.50 you could take a tuktuk.

J'ai été coincé dans l'hôtel, je suis surpris d'un hôtel. C'est un peu loin de la ville de Liu, à environ quinze minutes de route, juste au bord de la route, l'apparence de la première impression n'a pas été remarquée. Cela a entraîné l'entrée dans l'hôtel, c'est vraiment différent. L'hôtel n'est pas très grand, mais l'humeur coloniale française est pleine de spectacles, je me souviens d'un film ”amant” du Viet Nam. Le personnel de service de l'hôtel est très poli. La chambre est également une chambre typique en Asie du Sud-Est française. Elle est très adaptée à la famille et la piscine de l'hôtel est également très propre. Le petit déjeuner est très riche et, en résumé, un hôtel local très recommandé.

Je RECOMMANDE A 1000% cet hôtel. J’y ai séjourné 3 nuits et tout était parfait. Le gérant Emmanuel qui est français a de belles valeurs et nous a expliqué tout ce que l’on peut faire au Cambodge avec de bonnes adresses (merci pour les recommandations à Siem Reap et autres villes). Le personnel est juste adorable et aux petits soins. La nourriture du restaurant est a testé ABSOLUMENT ! Tout est fait maison et d’excellente qualité ! Que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner. Gros plus pour le serveur du restaurant qui est un show à lui tout seul et a animé notre repas et notre séjour. Un excellent hôtel de qualité et une équipe adorable !

Their dedication and willingness to assist me were truly commendable. I must add that all the other staff members were equally helpful and contributed to making my stay exceptional. Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Their passion for Siem Reap was evident, and I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the city with their guidance. My experience at The Sarai has been nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of exceptional service, top-notch amenities, and a dedicated staff has made my stay truly memorable. I am grateful for the outstanding hospitality and will not hesitate to recommend The Sarai to anyone visiting Siem Reap. Thank you once again for providing me with a remarkable experience.

Emplacement merveilleux! - à quelques pas du vieux marché, de la rue des pubs, du marché Made-In-Cambodia, des restaurants et des dépanneurs. L'hôtel était propre et avait une ambiance cocon qui nous a donné un répit après une journée dans la chaleur. Notre suite familiale était très spacieuse et bien aménagée. Ce qui a rendu le voyage encore plus spécial, c'est le personnel attentionné et sympathique, en particulier le responsable de la réception Sakada qui s'est mis en quatre pour répondre à nos demandes, nous a fait sourire avec son grand sens de l'humour et nous a même conduits à l'aéroport pour notre vol. retour à la maison!

Lee, le gestionnaire de Kamreuk, a été très agréable pour moi et mes amis tout au long de notre séjour et est toujours prêt à aider avec des choses comme faire le laver, nous sortir avec les conducteurs si nous avons besoin et les voyages il était plus que disposé à nous aider. Les chambres sont très belles et propres et pour le moment où nous avons séjourné, il était très bon prix. Il y a une cuisine que j'ai pu utiliser si je voulais cuisiner moi-même, et qui a aidé quand je ne voulais pas sortir et acheter de la nourriture. Je recommande vivement cet endroit à quiconque vient visiter Siem Reap et à l'autre hôtel Solitaire Damnak qui est tout aussi agréable de rester à.
