Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

Protection contre la foudre! ! ! La qualité du personnel de nettoyage de cet hôtel est inquiétante ! J'ai réservé un hébergement du 7 au 11 mars. Le premier jour du 8 mars, le personnel de nettoyage est entré dans la chambre pour nettoyer. Ma valise était initialement ouverte, mais leur personnel a cassé la serrure de ma valise et l'a retirée. enfermer la valise et la recouvrir de couches de vêtements, c'est très mauvais ! Parce qu'il était caché si profondément que je ne l'ai découvert que le dernier jour, alors que je faisais mes bagages ! ! Je l'ai montré à la réception de l'hôtel en vain. L'hôtel ne s'est pas excusé ni n'a pris de mesures correctives. Il a seulement dit qu'il enquêterait sur l'affaire et m'enverrait une explication de l'enquête par e-mail après mon retour en Chine. Cependant, cela fait 7 jours depuis aujourd'hui et aucune réponse n'a été reçue au soi-disant courrier ! ! ! La photo montre le scotch que j'ai acheté à mes frais dans un dépanneur ! Une sérieuse protection contre la foudre ! ! ! Endommager la valise et cacher la serrure est un très mauvais comportement ! !

1. L'hôtel est très pratique pour l'entrée et la sortie. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au parc Merlion en 20 minutes pour vous enregistrer. Juste en face de l'hôtel se trouve la rue des bars. Divers bars sont plus animés la nuit, mais les routes sont propres et sûres. La ville chinoise voisine accueille beaucoup de touristes la nuit, elle ne semble donc pas spéciale aux Chinois. Le thé à la viande d'os Songfa est à proximité, vous pouvez naviguer pour l'essayer. C'est plutôt bon au goût ! Actuellement, les taxis de Singapour peuvent utiliser les cartes de crédit Alipay, WeChat Pay, Visa, Master et Union. Vous pouvez également utiliser Grab pour héler un taxi à l'étranger. Il y aura un guidage par code QR lorsque vous quitterez la douane ou vous pourrez rechercher un taxi à l'étranger dans le mini-programme. 2. L'hygiène de l'hôtel est moyenne. Le sol était un peu collant à notre entrée. Peut-être qu'il n'était pas nettoyé ? Les toilettes sont très petites et se retourner peut être un problème pour les personnes de grande taille et de grande taille.

J'ai été surclassé dans une chambre avec une vue magnifique, grâce à la gentille dame de la réception. L'emplacement est excellent. Il y a une station de métro en bas. Nous comptons sur le métro pour nous déplacer à Singapour. Nous pouvons marcher jusqu'au Merlion, au musée d'art et à Clarke Quay, qui est un lieu idéal. un peu plus loin, mais il est toujours rentable de marcher, promenez-vous le long du chemin, la station de métro en bas est reliée au centre commercial, où vous pouvez manger du Yakun, du café au lait de soja, des toasts au beurre kaya et des œufs de source chaude. Il y a aussi un monsieur noix de coco dans le centre commercial, qui est délicieux. Achetez une tasse en cours de route, c'est agréable de boire en se promenant, mais faites attention à ne pas boire dans le métro. Je continuerai d'envisager de réserver ici si j'emmène mes enfants jouer à nouveau à l'avenir. Des sachets de thé TWG sont fournis dans la chambre. Si vous êtes intéressé, vous pouvez boire et regarder.

Les installations sont très vieilles. J'ai parfumé quelque chose de leur évacuation. Mais leur petit déjeuner est étonnant. Il est préférable d'essayer. Et la piscine est également très bonne. Il a séparé une petite piscine pour enfants. Il est également très gentil pour la famille.

les installations et les services de l'hôtel étaient très bons. le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable et gentil. l'emplacement est stratégique, près de Bendemeer et de Lavender MRT, il y a également plusieurs arrêts de bus urbains à proximité de l'hôtel. Fortement recommandé pour ma prochaine visite SG ! continuez votre bon travail!

I actually booked a King, Marina Bay View for my birthday staycation and requested for higher floor. But during check-in, I was told that the hotel had overbooked the King room and whether I would mind taking a room with two single beds joined together with a $100 dining credit as a form of compensation. We decided to accept the offer but when we went up to the room, I'm a bit disappointed with the view as we were located at level 11 and once I opened the door I could immediately see the construction site directly infront of me before the Marina Bay View. It was really an eye sore. As it was a birthday staycation for myself, I had decided to see whether can I pay for an upgrade. In the end, I managed to pay for an upgrade to the Millenia Suite (the only suite left). The staff had given me a $300 discount and let me retain the $100 dining voucher. They are very fast in responding, and I'm impressed that all their staff are given the autonomy to provide guests the discount and benefits As I had stated, it was a birthday staycation, and the hotel had given me some chef's desserts and a handwritten personalised birthday card - this is really a very nice gesture! It actually costs a lot more than expected, but the view and the room at level 31 do make my birthday a memorable one.

We stayed here as a group of 8 people during our business trip and I can fully recommend the hotel. the area was great for us, lot of bars and restaurants and good night life. Further, the bus which brought us to the company every day was just around the corner (Bus no. 15). The hotel itself is very clean, has a big shower (so good!!!) and was cleaned every day. I liked that in the bed there was two different pillows, a soft one and a firm one! since I only like soft ones it was great for me! the stuff is really nice and helpful. booking taxi middle in the night for us or giving good tips as we had some issues with the credit card (it wasn't hotel fault, it was the bank!) and the best : the stuff is always smiling!! not to forget the nice orange juice machine (two!). having a fresh orange juice after the hot working day was great! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did from the juice machine :) Breakfast was nice and there is always something for everyone. me for my part love Asian food, so I enjoyed kaya buns and the fresh fruits. Also the coffee is nice and I loved the masala tea! Around the corner of the hotel you can eat famous Katong laksa! the best in the city in my honest opinion! Also five chicken star is nice place to eat since they are serving very good hainanese chicken rice. If you go down the street from five chicken star, you will find Mel´s Place, a nice beer garden with local people. You can watch football here, play billard or enjoy live music on some events. When traveling, I like to connect with local people and get more nice tips where to go, so my tips here are far away from the touristic areas and events.

Le service du personnel était très attentionné lors de mon enregistrement. Comme la nouvelle aile est relativement éloignée, le personnel a pris l'initiative de montrer la voie, mais le hic, c'est que la nouvelle aile est vraiment dans un endroit relativement accessible. vous voulez entrer et sortir de l'aéroport, Jerwel prendra un long chemin. Bien que la chambre d'hôtel ne soit pas grande, la salle de bain est super et c'est très relaxant quand on est fatigué. Le Jerwel, récemment ouvert, propose de nombreux plats délicieux et il est très satisfaisant de le racheter à l'hôtel. Je reviendrai si j'en ai l'occasion.
