Protection contre la foudre! ! ! La qualité du personnel de nettoyage de cet hôtel est inquiétante ! J'ai réservé un hébergement du 7 au 11 mars. Le premier jour du 8 mars, le personnel de nettoyage est entré dans la chambre pour nettoyer. Ma valise était initialement ouverte, mais leur personnel a cassé la serrure de ma valise et l'a retirée. enfermer la valise et la recouvrir de couches de vêtements, c'est très mauvais ! Parce qu'il était caché si profondément que je ne l'ai découvert que le dernier jour, alors que je faisais mes bagages ! ! Je l'ai montré à la réception de l'hôtel en vain. L'hôtel ne s'est pas excusé ni n'a pris de mesures correctives. Il a seulement dit qu'il enquêterait sur l'affaire et m'enverrait une explication de l'enquête par e-mail après mon retour en Chine. Cependant, cela fait 7 jours depuis aujourd'hui et aucune réponse n'a été reçue au soi-disant courrier ! ! ! La photo montre le scotch que j'ai acheté à mes frais dans un dépanneur ! Une sérieuse protection contre la foudre ! ! ! Endommager la valise et cacher la serrure est un très mauvais comportement ! !

Greetings esteemed reviewers, it is with great dismay that I pen this review to share my recent experience at the Conrad Orchard Singapore which was well below expectation. This isn't my first time to stay here. In a previous review, I had bestowed upon the hotel a rating of four stars and had made mention of the General Manager's name, Oscar Postma, as a mild critique of their performance. My stay had been quite wonderful, albeit marred by their proclivity towards complacency in providing minor special requests. However, I found myself the subject of ill-treatment at the hands of the hotel's personnel. Their behavior was nothing short of bullying, as they proceeded to pursue punitive measures against my top-tier membership in their esteemed chain of hotels, ultimately resulting in its suspension. The road to reinstatement was replete with challenges, and I was disconcerted by their unseemly conduct, which seemed to be directed towards punishing me for my candid review. It is my duty to warn other fellow reviewers that these individuals are not to be mistaken for gentlemen of standing and refinement, but rather, they utilize tactics that are more in line with the mindset of a thug, targeting those who dare to voice their concerns. Any potential guest at the Conrad Orchard Singapore should be prepared to navigate such hostility. In summation, I find the behavior of the hotel's personnel to be wholly unacceptable, and I would caution any prospective guests to prepare themselves accordingly. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a warning to all who might consider a stay at this establishment.

L'environnement à Singapour est similaire à celui de Hong Kong, où les terrains sont rares. Les chambres ne sont pas grandes, mais elles sont propres et raffinées. Il y a des services chinois et anglais à la réception. L'enregistrement est pratique et l'attitude du service est également très bonne. Parfois, il est aussi bon de se reposer ou de travailler dans le hall de l’hôtel après une promenade. Les installations sont complètes, non loin de la fenêtre se trouvent Chinatown et Pearl Square, et il est relativement calme pour dormir la nuit. Les rideaux à double couche sont abaissés pour offrir un blocage élevé de la lumière. C'est également pratique pour manger aux alentours. C'est très proche du parc Merlion et de Clarke Quay. Vous pouvez vous promener le soir.

J'ai été surclassé dans une chambre avec une vue magnifique, grâce à la gentille dame de la réception. L'emplacement est excellent. Il y a une station de métro en bas. Nous comptons sur le métro pour nous déplacer à Singapour. Nous pouvons marcher jusqu'au Merlion, au musée d'art et à Clarke Quay, qui est un lieu idéal. un peu plus loin, mais il est toujours rentable de marcher, promenez-vous le long du chemin, la station de métro en bas est reliée au centre commercial, où vous pouvez manger du Yakun, du café au lait de soja, des toasts au beurre kaya et des œufs de source chaude. Il y a aussi un monsieur noix de coco dans le centre commercial, qui est délicieux. Achetez une tasse en cours de route, c'est agréable de boire en se promenant, mais faites attention à ne pas boire dans le métro. Je continuerai d'envisager de réserver ici si j'emmène mes enfants jouer à nouveau à l'avenir. Des sachets de thé TWG sont fournis dans la chambre. Si vous êtes intéressé, vous pouvez boire et regarder.

Generally had a good stay as usual, the room was a little dated but very clean at least for the room we had occupied. Would like to highlight the lady housekeeping staff on level 6 was very detailed and helpful. Was unfortunately unable to get her name (she could speak Chinese well and sounded like she was from Vietnam) but things definitely worked better when she was around. Grateful for the housekeeping gentlemen staff on the 4th level for passing us a fresh set of towels. Very appreciative of their efforts in making our stay a restful one. Staffs at reception / check in was also very helpful and friendly. Just one small gripe. The usual super cheerful and nice breakfast managers seem to have left. Recalled they were better in terms of managing the crowds, tables and disposition. There are now more than 5 staffs around during breakfast hours on some days but tables are still mostly uncleared. Also, there was a Chinese lady with long hair seemingly with strange set of manners towards local guests which left a sour impression for myself. Thankfully only encountered her on 2 out of the 7 days of our stay. Breakfast spread is decent albeit the croissants were hard as rock for 3 out of 7 days but all in all, would recommend for a stay!

J'ai réservé un King, Marina Bay View pour mon séjour de anniversaire et demandé un étage supérieur. Mais au cours de l'enregistrement, on m'a dit que l'hôtel avait surréservé la chambre du Roi et que je voulais prendre une chambre avec deux lits uniques, avec un crédit à manger de 100 $ comme compensation. Nous avons décidé d'accepter l'offre mais quand nous sommes montés dans la salle, je suis un peu déçu de la vue, car nous étions situés au niveau 11 et une fois que j'ai ouvert la porte, je pouvais immédiatement voir le site de construction directement devant moi devant la Marina Bay View. C'était vraiment une douleur oculaire. Parce qu'il s'agissait d'un séjour de anniversaire pour moi-même, j'avais décidé de voir si je pouvais payer pour une mise à niveau. Enfin, j'ai réussi à payer pour une mise à niveau pour la suite Millenia (la seule suite à gauche). Le personnel m'avait donné un rabais de 300 $ et m'a laissé garder le bon de repas de 100 $. Ils répondent très rapidement, et je suis impressionné que leur personnel ait l'autonomie de fournir les rabais et les avantages aux clients. Comme je l'avais dit, c'était un séjour de anniversaire, et l'hôtel m'avait donné quelques désserts de chef et une carte de naissance personnalisée, écrite à la main - c'est vraiment un très bon geste! Il coûte beaucoup plus que prévu, mais la vue et la chambre au niveau 31 font de mon anniversaire un mémorable.

les installations et les services de l'hôtel étaient très bons. le personnel de l'hôtel était très serviable et gentil. l'emplacement est stratégique, près de Bendemeer et de Lavender MRT, il y a également plusieurs arrêts de bus urbains à proximité de l'hôtel. Fortement recommandé pour ma prochaine visite SG ! continuez votre bon travail!

We stayed here as a group of 8 people during our business trip and I can fully recommend the hotel. the area was great for us, lot of bars and restaurants and good night life. Further, the bus which brought us to the company every day was just around the corner (Bus no. 15). The hotel itself is very clean, has a big shower (so good!!!) and was cleaned every day. I liked that in the bed there was two different pillows, a soft one and a firm one! since I only like soft ones it was great for me! the stuff is really nice and helpful. booking taxi middle in the night for us or giving good tips as we had some issues with the credit card (it wasn't hotel fault, it was the bank!) and the best : the stuff is always smiling!! not to forget the nice orange juice machine (two!). having a fresh orange juice after the hot working day was great! I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but I did from the juice machine :) Breakfast was nice and there is always something for everyone. me for my part love Asian food, so I enjoyed kaya buns and the fresh fruits. Also the coffee is nice and I loved the masala tea! Around the corner of the hotel you can eat famous Katong laksa! the best in the city in my honest opinion! Also five chicken star is nice place to eat since they are serving very good hainanese chicken rice. If you go down the street from five chicken star, you will find Mel´s Place, a nice beer garden with local people. You can watch football here, play billard or enjoy live music on some events. When traveling, I like to connect with local people and get more nice tips where to go, so my tips here are far away from the touristic areas and events.
