Hôtel spa à Serik

Un hôtel chic, bon, gentil et attentif. Lors de la réservation, ils ont été demandés de mettre le canapé pour une troisième personne. Il y avait aussi deux vêtements et deux paires de pantalons. Correction. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel tôt, à 10 h , bien que l'hébergement avec 14-00 n'était pas disponible, nous n'avons pas pu réaménager avant, mais nous avons été pris immédiatement pour le petit déjeuner. Отдыхали в этом отеле третий раз, всё замечательно, отдельно хочу выделить взрослых аниматоров Дмитрия и Алину, ребята вы супер. Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Limak Atlantis in Belek rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I recently stayed at Innvista Hotel Belek during the winter season, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel stands out for its cleanliness and friendly staff, who were always willing to assist with any requests. 15-16 Şubat ve 22-23 Şubat tarihlerinde haftasonu için 3 aile kaldık. Çocuk alanı ve Kids Club çalışanlarının ilgisinden memnun kalınca sonraki haftasonu da rezervasyon yaptık. Yemek lezzeti ve temizlik güzel, çalışanlar saygılı, güleryüzlü ve mutlu görünüyorlar. 3-4 sene önce yazın kalmıştık, o dönemde birakar şişeyle veriliyordu ve paketli cips, dondurma vs vardı. Kış dönemi sebebiyle bu tatillerimizde bunlar yoktu ama yine de fiyat performans olarak ***et memnun kaldık. Tüm Kids Club ve Entertainment ekibine tekrar teşekkürler

Очень понравился отель Megasaray Club Belek. Обслуживание на высшем уровне везде - на ресепшн, в ресторанах и кафе, уборка. Отличная локация и состояние объектов отеля. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, огромный выбор, также понравился кафетерий - и сладости и качество кофе. Отдельная благодарность сотруднику Мирзе за поздравления моей маме на ее день рождения.

Excellent all round. Staff all go the extra mile. Great location on a not so great beach but the amenities make up for it. Look out for Mehmet in the restaurant and Ongur at the concierge desk. Both brilliant.

Sadece şikayet edeceğim nokta 4 kişilik aileyiz bize 3 kişilik oda ayarlanmıştı ailecek orada yatak dar olduğu zorlandık gerisi çok iyi ve güzeldi.

Dans l'ensemble, j'ai apprécié l'hôtel. Peu de touristes, donc c'était calme, et le service était excellent. Nous avons apprécié la nourriture et les boissons. Nous avons profité du spa, et tout était parfait. Le seul bémol concerne la température des piscines : elle était fraîche la première fois, puis trop chaude. À notre arrivée, l'hôtel a refusé d'appliquer l'accord conclu avec trip.com, ce qui a eu des conséquences : malgré la disponibilité de chambres, le surclassement nous a été refusé. Il n'y avait pas de lit king-size, mais deux petits lits, qu'ils ont finalement séparés, malgré les instructions de l'hôtel. De plus, le hall était en travaux par endroits. Le service clientèle devrait être plus attentif et diplomate.
