Tout s'est très bien passé, mais il y a quelques points à améliorer. Seule l'eau potable est gratuite dans le hall de l'hôtel. Des pizzas, des hamburgers et des gâteaux lavash gratuits devraient être proposés aux enfants. En effet, sur le boulevard devant l'autre hôtel, en plus de l'eau, de la nourriture et des glaces étaient également gratuits.

Un hôtel chic, bon, gentil et attentif. Lors de la réservation, ils ont été demandés de mettre le canapé pour une troisième personne. Il y avait aussi deux vêtements et deux paires de pantalons. Correction. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel tôt, à 10 h , bien que l'hébergement avec 14-00 n'était pas disponible, nous n'avons pas pu réaménager avant, mais nous avons été pris immédiatement pour le petit déjeuner. Отдыхали в этом отеле третий раз, всё замечательно, отдельно хочу выделить взрослых аниматоров Дмитрия и Алину, ребята вы супер. Детские аниматоры все замечательные👍🏻По питанию есть вопросики, очень всё жирное, для здоровья это конечно такое себе. Всё остальное чудесно, новый аквапарк хороший сделали, новая детская игровая 👍🏻

Хочу поделиться впечатлениями о нашем волшебном отдыхе в отеле Xanadu Resort в Белеке. Нам есть с чем сравнивать (мы много где побывали), и могу с уверенностью сказать: это был действительно райский отдых на высшем уровне. Всё понравилось — от момента заселения до дня отъезда. Отдельно отмечу: везде идеально чисто, территория огромная, зелёная и очень ухоженная. Благодаря этому совершенно не чувствуется скопления людей — всегда можно найти уединённый уголок для спокойного отдыха. Еда — отдельное восхищение. Всё очень изысканно, продукты качественные и свежие, огромный выбор блюд — от кондитерских шедевров до горячих блюд. Ассортимент настолько широк, что мы не смогли попробовать даже 10% за все дни пребывания. В каждом уголке отеля чувствуется забота персонала. Все улыбаются, приветливы и готовы помочь. Особая благодарность сотрудникам на ресепшен (к сожалению, не запомнила имя, но очень душевные и профессиональные люди) — они встретили нас тепло и оперативно решили все вопросы по заселению. Рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет изысканный, комфортный и безупречный отдых. Мы обязательно вернёмся всей семьёй и в полном составе.

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Limak Atlantis in Belek rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation. The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing. Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood. I was especially impressed by the level of service — the staff were polite, attentive, and not intrusive. Traveling alone felt comfortable and relaxing. The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach. Regnum Carya is a perfect choice for solo travelers looking for a high-quality, peaceful, and truly luxurious holiday. I would happily return again.

Excellent all round. Staff all go the extra mile. Great location on a not so great beach but the amenities make up for it. Look out for Mehmet in the restaurant and Ongur at the concierge desk. Both brilliant.

Mme Hamide, responsable de notre étage, a veillé à la propreté constante de notre chambre et de l'étage. Je tiens à remercier Mme Saadet, M. Ferhat, M. Hasan, Mme Anna, l'équipe des relations clients, ainsi que tous les membres du personnel dont je ne connais pas le nom. Boissons : Un choix de boissons haut de gamme est proposé, notamment au bar du hall et au bar She&He. Cependant, sauf demande expresse, des boissons de gamme moyenne peuvent parfois être proposées. Le choix de boissons haut de gamme est plus restreint au Signature Bar, tandis que des boissons de gamme moyenne sont disponibles au Beach Bar. La carte des cocktails est très variée. Cet hôtel mérite d'être considéré pour la qualité de ses boissons. Mer : La mer est magnifique et agréable. Restaurants à la carte : Nous les avons trouvés satisfaisants en termes de goût et de variété. Relations clients : Lorsque nous avons signalé un problème à la responsable des relations clients, Mme Şerife, elle a pris le problème au sérieux et a présenté ses excuses. Cette attitude a été très importante pour nous. Divertissements : Les activités en journée se déroulent principalement autour de la piscine. Des tournois de volley-ball et de fléchettes sont organisés sur la plage. Différents spectacles sont proposés chaque soir. Nous avons apprécié les animations du soir et surtout le soin apporté à leur organisation. Starbucks : La présence d'un Starbucks dans l'espace réservé aux adultes est une attention appréciable. ⸻ Points à améliorer à l'hôtel Restauration : Bien que notre concept de vacances ne soit pas axé exclusivement sur la restauration, nos attentes étaient élevées compte tenu des avis précédents. Le restaurant principal proposait un choix limité de viandes rouges ; on y servait principalement de la viande blanche, des boulettes de viande et, occasionnellement, des viandes sautées. Le goût était globalement moyen. En raison de la forte demande pendant les vacances, le grill a eu du mal à répondre à la demande. De plus, certains clients achetant plus que nécessaire ont contribué à l'affluence. Dans un hôtel de cette catégorie, je m'attendais à un plus grand choix de viandes rouges et à des variations quotidiennes du menu. Les desserts étaient corrects, sans plus ; conformes aux standards habituels de l'hôtel, ils répondaient à mes attentes. Le choix au petit-déjeuner était satisfaisant, mais l'attente était longue au stand des toasts. La mauvaise utilisation des machines alourdissait le temps d'attente. La présence d'un employé à ce stand, comme pour les omelettes, permettrait d'accélérer le service. Restaurant She&He : Le service était trop lent. Nous avons attendu environ 45 minutes pour notre poulet pane. Service de navette : L'hôtel se situe à environ 3 km de la mer. Les navettes circulent toutes les demi-heures. Augmenter la fréquence des passages ou prévoir des véhicules supplémentaires aux heures de pointe serait judicieux. Files d'attente : Attendre 10 à 15 minutes pour obtenir un verre au Signature Bar, dans l'espace dédié aux événements en soirée, peut s'avérer contraignant. Malgré le dévouement du personnel, la capacité du bar est insuffisante. On observe parfois une affluence similaire au bar du hall. Serviettes : Les serviettes des transats, nettoyées par un prestataire extérieur, peuvent parfois être désagréables. Il est donc conseillé d'apporter la vôtre. Évaluation générale : La direction et le personnel de l'hôtel mettent tout en œuvre pour assurer la satisfaction des clients. Cependant, en raison de l'affluence des vacances et de la configuration des lieux, certains services fonctionnent à pleine capacité. Des formules pour adultes et familles sont proposées simultanément. Certains services relèvent de la zone Belek, tandis que d'autres sont rattachés à la zone Alanya, ce qui crée un manque de spécialisation et de cohérence. Le profil de la clientèle est également hétérogène.

Overall, we had a positive stay. We especially enjoyed the opportunity to dine at the hotel’s à la carte restaurants free of charge, in addition to the main buffet — it added a nice variety to our experience. The food was delicious, with plenty of options for every taste. The entertainment team was friendly and welcoming, and there was an evening show every night. However, we would have appreciated a more varied and active daytime entertainment programme. The rooms are a little dated and could benefit from renovation, but they were still comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Overall, we were happy with our holiday and left with great impressions of the hotel🥰
