Hôtels 3 étoiles à Ipoh

La chambre était propre et bien rangée, et le service à la réception était également bon. Il y a de nombreuses pâtisseries et options de restauration tardive juste en face de l'hôtel. On trouve aussi une très célèbre boutique de daifuku aux fraises à proximité. La chambre est un peu petite, mais compte tenu du prix abordable, tout le reste était plutôt bien. Cependant, l'insonorisation était vraiment mauvaise, donc je recommanderais cet hôtel avec prudence si vous avez le sommeil léger. Le samedi soir, vers minuit, des personnes de 2 à 3 chambres voisines ont commencé à parler fort dans le couloir et à frapper aux portes à plusieurs reprises. Cela a continué jusqu'à environ 0h30. Après que nous leur ayons demandé de faire moins de bruit, ils ont cessé de parler fort dans le couloir, mais nous pouvions toujours clairement entendre des coups répétés, des gens qui donnaient des coups de pied dans les portes et quelqu'un qui riait très fort. Le bruit était extrêmement fort et pouvait être clairement entendu depuis l'intérieur de la chambre. Nous sommes finalement descendus nous plaindre au personnel de l'hôtel, mais il y a eu encore des bruits d'ouverture de porte et de coups de temps en temps par la suite. Le bruit a continué jusqu'à environ 1h00 du matin. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel lui-même était plutôt bien, surtout compte tenu du prix, mais la mauvaise insonorisation a sérieusement affecté notre qualité de sommeil.

This place is awesome for those who wanted to stay away from the noise of the city, I am happy that I stayed here mostly everything is automatic. So the neighborhood is quiet and the whole co living house is clean. Like no noise at all! 10/10.

For the price, I think it is a reasonable option.  However objectively: 1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking.  The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the ”fix” was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about.  To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.  2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews.  However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.  3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the ”make my room” card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both.  They only cleaned 1.  I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.  4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.  5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.  6. The staff were helpful and friendly.  Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).  7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible.  It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.  All in all, it was a decent stay.  Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained. 

Had a very pleasant stay here. The staff were polite and friendly. The room had everything I needed and was very quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. There is a famous dim sum restaurant nearby that’s worth trying.

Le service est excellent et très attentif! Très sûre zone de séjour avec garde de sécurité soignant 24h. La piscine était grande et il ne permet pas d'avoir un atout de nageur inapproprié pour aller dans la piscine. Très recommandé pour séjour familial!

Après avoir réservé, le cœur est un peu hésitant, et craint que le lieu où il est soit très éloigné. En fait, c'est un quartier résidentiel de haut niveau. Certains jardins sont aussi grands que les terrains de terrain, à côté du palais. La maison de rouge est très caractérisée, le prix est très élevé, et le lieu est très propre. Il y a des animaux qui peuvent se faire chasser.

Great location especially around Ipoh old town. Staff was friendly however, poor communication skills. Overall, the place was ok but before we arrived, we were told, there was water disruption and we were offered to their other outlet, fortunately, when we arrived, water supplies installed and we chose to stay here. Room was tiny but we are not complaining on this as we only took this room for zzzz, we were out the whole time we were there. Toilet roll was not available in the room as we checked in we had to ask from the staff

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

PROS: Unité propre et agréable. Situation à proximité de la ville; à l'intérieur par voiture 5-10mins. Tout dans l'unité fonctionne correctement, sauf le Wi-Fi. Il y a même un lave-linge. Recommandez de porter vos propres toilettes et lave-linge Détergent. Globalement, il est un grand endroit pour un court-circuit rapide. CONs: La mauvaise gestion des bâtiments, qui n'est pas une faute de la des gardes de sécurité russes, signe incertain à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des parkings, même La mauvaise gestion du trafic est la pire. Si vous conduisez et vous garez dans ce bâtiment, je Suggérer que vous allez lentement et prenez votre temps de regarder à la signature, afin que vous ne tombez pas victime de leur les règles ridicules de la gestion. C'était mon deuxième séjour à The Anderson condo, Alors que je savais depuis le premier séjour que leur parking lots a eu mauvais éclairage et signe, je suis surpris qu'il peut devenir pire.
