I’m glad that I made a great choice between all the big hotel brands in Amman. Ritz Carlton is still very new, beautiful and elegant. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, elegant marble bathroom. Breakfast comes with excellent choices and quality. Needless to say the impeccable service from the hotel staff.

Super hôtel pour explorer Amman pour les affaires et les loisirs. Merveilleux petit déjeuner, grande chambre et salle de bain ainsi qu'un WIFI correct. Restaurants, supermarchés et banques à proximité. Facile de se déplacer avec Uber. À proximité de la rue Rainbow. Belle piscine et bar sur le toit.

Notre séjour dans cet hôtel a été plus que fantastique ! Le personnel a été chaleureux et accueillant du début à la fin, et nous remercions tout particulièrement **Oulaia** pour son service exceptionnel. Elle a non seulement organisé notre arrivée anticipée, mais a également généreusement surclassé notre chambre et veillé à ce que nos trois chambres soient au même étage, ce qui a rendu notre séjour incroyablement pratique pour notre groupe. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié, à quelques pas de nombreux restaurants et supermarchés, idéal pour se restaurer et répondre à ses besoins quotidiens. Les chambres sont modernes et bien équipées, avec un éclairage intelligent et des rideaux automatisés pour une touche de luxe. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et délicieux, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Cet hôtel est un choix idéal pour les courts séjours d'affaires comme pour les séjours de loisirs. Fortement recommandé, nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

Hôtel idéalement situé proche des principaux lieux touristiques. Chambre spacieuse mais mériterait un petit coup de neuf (très Old style). Petit déjeuner correct mais manque un peu de saveur.

그동안 여행에서는 주로 힐튼 계열 호텔을 이용해 왔고, 이번 암만 일정에서도 처음부터 인터컨티넨탈 호텔을 염두에 두고 있던 것은 아니었습니다. 아시안 마트에서 장을 본 뒤 아카바로 이동해야 하는 동선상 위치가 가장 편리하다는 이유로 암만 인터컨티넨탈 호텔을 선택했고, 솔직히 말해 특별한 기대 없이 방문한 숙소였습니다. 그러나 호텔에 도착한 순간부터 그 선택은 완전히 다른 의미로 다가왔습니다. 27시간이 넘는 장거리 비행과 시차로 지친 상태였음에도 불구하고, IHG 멤버가 아님에도 오전 11시 조기 체크인을 세심하게 배려해 주었고, 덕분에 긴 여정의 피로를 객실에서 편안히 풀 수 있었습니다. 객실 업그레이드 또한 깊은 인상을 남겼습니다. 이러한 업그레이드는 언제나 제공되는 서비스가 아닌, 객실 상황과 호텔의 재량에 따라 이루어지는 배려임을 알고 있기에 그 감동은 더욱 컸습니다. 멤버십 여부와 관계없이 슈페리어 룸으로 안내받았고, 매일 정성스럽게 준비된 웰컴 과일과 다과는 이 호텔이 투숙객 한 사람 한 사람을 얼마나 세심하게 바라보고 있는지를 보여주었습니다. 조식 역시 기억에 남습니다. 조식당에서는 직접 파티쉐가 제과를 담당하고 있는 듯, 갓 구운 빵의 풍미와 완성도가 인상적이었고 아침 식사의 즐거움을 한층 더해주었습니다. 일부 신선 채소류는 현지의 식문화나 유통 환경의 특성 때문인지 자연스러운 상태로 제공되는 모습이 보였는데, 이는 불편함보다는 요르단이라는 지역적 특성을 이해하게 되는 소소한 관찰로 남았습니다. 이틀간의 조식 이용 시에도 할인 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 친절히 안내해 주었고, 이러한 일련의 경험은 오랜 기간 힐튼 아너스 멤버로만 머물러 있던 제가 IHG 멤버로 가입하게 만든 결정적인 계기가 되었습니다. 머무는 동안 Aga, Mahguacl, Wavcl 매니저를 비롯한 여러 직원분들께서 보여주신 진심 어린 응대 덕분에, 이 호텔에서의 기억은 암만이라는 도시 그 자체보다도 더 깊고 선명하게 남았습니다. 숙박을 넘어 ‘환대의 본질’을 경험한 시간이었습니다. 진심으로 투숙객을 맞이하는 암만 인터컨티넨탈 호텔의 모든 직원분들께 감사의 마음을 전합니다. 조용하고 안락한 휴식, 그리고 기대를 뛰어넘는 배려를 원한다면 이 호텔은 충분히 그 답이 되어줄 것입니다.

L'hôtel était spectaculaire, les chambres étaient très grandes et propres, le lit était tout à fait confortable. Le service de la piscine ne pouvait pas être meilleur, et la nourriture de l'hôtel très bon, le bar de la terrasse était spectaculaire, 100% recommandé. Je reviendrais avec les yeux fermés. Les existent font des fêtes dans la piscine du jour, tant pour les enfants que pour les adultes, avec Dj y compris. Et avec beaucoup de sécurité, donc vous sentez comme chez vous.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Amman! The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was perfect. Everything worked smoothly, including the Wi-Fi and check-in process. Highly recommended!

The issue this hotel has many locations buildings at the same area and its not clear in which building you will stay and you have to run from one to another to find your building

Great stay with excellent service I recently stayed at the Mövenpick Hotel Amman and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and overall experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive and always ready to help with a smile. The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. Overall, the Mövenpick Hotel Amman is an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city. With its exceptional service, comfortable accommodation and convenient location, it certainly lives up to the Mövenpick standard. I would be happy to stay here again and recommend it to others.
