Les chambres étaient spacieuses, magnifiquement décorées et sans place. Le personnel était tout magnifique. Je vis dans cet hôtel pour la deuxième fois et pour la première fois, je suis très loin de l'ancienneté, parce que le temps est juste de huit jours. Après mon retour, la chambre est bactérienne et je dois rester au 1er étage. L'attitude générale est que les produits de santé de la chambre sont souvent oubliés de mettre à jour. Pour vivre ensemble cinq jours, il faut proposer une mémoire pour remplacer les équipements de santé, car ils ont souvent oublié, A l'arrivée, appelez le camion pour aider les gens à prendre leurs bagages pour le taxi, et la prochaine fois, ils ne vivront plus dans cet hôtel!

L'un de mes hôtels préférés à Lisbonne est très similaire dans son style à l'hôtel Burj Al Arab de Dubaï, mais le prix n'est qu'un sixième, voire un septième de celui du Burj Al Arab. Il coûte 9 euros pour un aller-retour et offre une belle vue. Il y a de nombreux restaurants le long de la rivière devant l'hôtel, il y a un centre commercial et une gare à proximité, et il se trouve à seulement quelques kilomètres de l'aéroport international de Lisbonne. Je dois vous rappeler que si vous voyagez avec beaucoup de monde et avez beaucoup de bagages, il est préférable de donner un pourboire au chasseur lors du transport de vos bagages à l'hôtel, afin qu'après votre enregistrement, les bagages soient livrés. directement dans la chambre. This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

Next to Four Seasons. Clean . Helpful staff. Easy to get around using Uber. Have shopping mall nearby within walkable distance or just a short car ride
