Hôtels 5 étoiles à Lisbonne

L'hôtel du dernier jour de la conduite, la position, le parking, la nourriture, le service, l'excellence inattendue de la moda, le sentiment que tous les services sont fournis à tout prix et méritent d'être recommandés. Situé à la vieille ville de Hiada, le restaurant à pied, la performance de la France, la station de métro et le marche-citywalk sont très confortables. Le transport de l'hôtel est très pratique. Il y a un petit parking temporaire sur la place à la porte, la réception peut être utilisée pour le parking public. Le petit déjeuner est un mode de menu, mais il y a une riche sélection délicieuse pour manger rapidement et vous pouvez également choisir le service de restauration. Le sous-sol a un petit musée très intéressant, avec une salle d' fitness et un grand bar, et le design est très prudent. Il y a des services de survaleur à différents moments, y compris Citywalk, minibar gratuit et vin de fruits de mer partout. La disposition de la chambre est raisonnablement magnifique, il y a un choix de guérison de la musique de la lumière, les fournitures sont Molton Brown, en Grande-Bretagne, toutes les boissons frigorifiques gratuites.

La chambre est très calme et l'air est très bon. Très malheureusement, je veux une chambre avec un sac à main et j'ai vérifié à l'avance quel sac à main avait une salle à main, mais il n'y avait pas de place libre ce jour-là, donc je n'ai que lavé un sac à main. En outre, il est très bon.

La position géographique est excellente, la réception, l'hygiène, le service est très bon, sauf la chambre est un peu petite. La sortie est très pratique, le bas est la viande bovine française, il est préférable de réserver une date préalable. Le magasin de produits de l'hôtel est également délicieux, pas très épais, il vaut la peine d'essayer. Le petit-déjeuner est unique et très riche. Un séjour de deux jours peut économiser beaucoup de corps.

Séjour absolument fantastique au Martinhal Lisboa Oriente. Nous avions réservé un studio dans cet appart'hôtel pour 4 nuits. Spacieux et propre, il offrait une connexion Wi-Fi stable. Le petit-déjeuner, inclus, proposait un excellent choix de fruits, pains, céréales et plats chauds. Le service client était également de qualité. L'établissement se situe à environ 1 km de la gare d'Oriente, l'une des principales gares de Lisbonne. Son emplacement était donc idéal pour prendre le train pour Sintra et Porto. En revanche, il est un peu plus éloigné d'Alfama, de Baixa et des autres quartiers animés avec leurs boutiques, restaurants et cafés. Comptez environ 8 à 9 km, soit 10 euros en Uber. En résumé, le Martinhal reste une adresse à recommander sans hésiter. Je n'hésiterai pas à y séjourner à nouveau lors de mon prochain voyage à Lisbonne.

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

Hotel moderno, muito bem equipado e com equipa simpática. A localização não é a mais central, mas compensa. Falta piscina interna.

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.
