Bonjour, vous pouvez vous reposer et revoir à l'hôtel, à partir de la position de l'hôtel, vous pouvez aller dans le centre et revenir à l'hôtel. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre VIP au plus haut niveau. La chambre était propre et très belle, la vue était très belle. Je vous dis que vous êtes un appartement, mais vous avez trop besoin. Les employés étaient très chauds et très heureux, ils ont aidé à nous demander, ils ont expliqué où se rendre, ils ont aidé à louer des voitures, je recommande de faire un prix pour chaque coupe, et je suis sûr. Nous vous remercions également pour votre aide. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre VIP au plus haut étage. La chambre était propre et très jolie, le paysage était bien. Laissez-moi vous dire qu'elle est sous la forme d'un appartement mais elle voit plus que suffisamment. Le personnel était très aimable et utile. Ils nous ont aidé avec tout le souhait que nous avions. Ils ont été utiles à louer une voiture.

Hotel Berr is just an exceptional hotel in the heart of Old Town Sarajevo! I really enjoyed my stay here. Location couldn't be better - the hotel is a stone's throw from Pigeon Square (maybe 100 metres at most) and about a 10 minute walk to all of the main attractions in Sarajevo - City Hall, the various mosques scattered throughout the city and the main artery of Old Town (the pedestrian area). There are restaurants, shops, money exchange bureaus (watch out for those with high commission!), cafes and souvenir shops as far as the eye can see. There is no lack to choose from. There is also a medium sized supermarket on the corner across from Pigeon Square, open early and stays open quite late. The yellow fortress is about a 15 minute walk from the hotel and the white fortress is approximately 20-30 minutes uphill on foot. Note that the white fortress is closed indefinitely for restoration but the views of the city from the top of the hill is well worth the walk! The hotel owns 3 buildings - the result of expansion and buy up of other hotels over the years. So your room will be in one of the building adjacent to the main reception areas or it will be in the primary building. This was not at all an issue, but just so guests are aware of it! Note also that there is no lift/elevator in any of the buildings and the stairwells are rather narrow. I travel with only a small backpack, so for me, it wasn't even a concern, but for guests with large/heavy luggage or with mobility issues, be aware that you will need to climb the narrow stairs. Some of the rooms are in an almost ”attic” which might be a problem for some guests. The room was spacious and very clean! Although I was in a single room, there were two twin beds in my room. I believe all rooms have the same setup, regardless of how many guests you are staying in the room. The room was equipped with a desk, a small coffee table, two chairs, a large cabinet to store your luggage and a little electric kettle for boiling water (though no tea or coffee were provided in the room, I would nab instant coffee packets from the breakfast buffet to use the next morning). There were two mugs, a glass water bottle and two glasses. There was no air conditioning in the room, but there was a small fan which was sufficient for my needs. There was a flatscreen tv also in the room with approximately 30 channels available. Mostly local channels, however I was able to find about 5 in English. Some rooms have a mini refrigerator, but mine did not. It would have been a nice perk, but I managed without. The bathroom was very large and ample towels were provided (2 hand towels, 2 massive fluffy bath towels and a bath/floor mat). The bathroom had a large dispenser of hand soap as well as a dispenser of ”shampoo” (it was exactly the same as the hand soap), but I used it on my hair and I didn't have any issues with residue. My only (minor) complaint would be the lack of an enclosed shower (only a very thin shower curtain) wh

L'hôtel est très agréable et récemment rénové ! La dame de la réception est très sympathique, et l'emplacement est également bon.En descendant, c'est la rue piétonne ! Il y a un restaurant local dans la rue piétonne. Le mouton est très bon. Le goût est exactement le même que le restaurant chinois. Il y a aussi une pâtisserie. Aidez-nous à attendre le bus, le service est excellent, donnez toutes les notes

Presidential is an understatement for this superior, modern hotel in the heart of Sarajevo’s attractions, restaurants and pedestrian streets. Our Overseas Adventure Travel tour group was assigned to this hotel. The tour company could not have made a better selection. The room I occupied overlooked the river and the base of a mountain range. The room is beyond spectacular, especially considering less expensive rooms are generally assigned to tour groups. The bathroom features an entire glass wall with curtains to close for privacy. But why? Many of the rooms overlook a busy street and the river. Besides, who’d want to look at a 71-year-old geezer shaving?☺ Windows are insulated blocking cold and street noise. The room is spacious, clean, modern, and has all creature comforts. But beware of the minibar prices. There are small grocers nearby that sell wine for about 6 euros. Buffet breakfast was included for tour group members, so I don’t know if there’s a separate charge for other guests. The hotel staff are amazing and courteous. If only Orlando area hotels could learn from Hotel President Sarajevo.

Le service de la maison est un service de qualité, un service de qualité et un service de qualité. La location ne pouvait être mieux située juste au-dessus de la colline de Pigeon Square dans la vieille ville, l'un des plus magiques. C'est donc, je pense que nous sommes encore sur terre.

L'hôtel Divan a une très bonne position dans la vieille ville. Le plus grand désavantage est lié à cela - une ligne de tram très bruyante passe toute la journée. Nous avons choisi une chambre dans le fond et le côté arrière-garage, où il était OK. La chambre était confortable et équipée dans un style agréable. Air conditionné bien fonctionné. Il y avait un réfrigérateur et une caisse dans la chambre. L'hôtel est assez petit, il n'y avait pas de petit-déjeuner buffet, mais certaines options servaient à la table. Cependant, il était bon. Le récepteur était très utile et nous a donné de bons conseils sur la ville.

hôtel sympathique, confortable, avec un goût de bonnes decorations. Chambre confortable, tout bien nettoyé et bien réparé. Bon petit-déjeuner et la réception a été bon service. Mais il y a eu un problème à la sortie : nous avions demandé à l'administration de l'hôtel de nous demander un taxi, car nous sortirions encore demain matin. Ils ont dit que tout était bien. Cependant, à la réception, personne n'était à l'heure de notre sortie. Nous avons fait tout le bruit pour nous venir nous répondre. Rien. Mon mari et ma fille sont allés chercher un thaï dans la rue alors que j'attendais à l'hôtel avec les valises. Nous sommes sortis de l'hôtel avec l'arrivée du taxi et personne n'est apparu. C'était une expérience très mauvaise..

Emplacement : C'est dans la rue piétonne de la vieille ville, l'emplacement est particulièrement bon, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à n'importe quel endroit de la ville antique auquel vous pensez en 3 minutes, à 200 mètres du coin du pont latin, à 250 mètres de la fontaine , et la mosquée est visible à l'œil nu. À côté du rez-de-chaussée se trouvent un bistro et un restaurant chinois, et il y a de nombreux restaurants de célébrités Internet à proximité. Service hôtelier : Objectivement parlant, l'hôtel est très rentable, et on s'y sent mieux que l'hôtel express. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Le chauffage et l'eau chaude sont particulièrement suffisants en hiver. L'hôtel sert le petit déjeuner tous les jours, ce qui est très ponctuel. Il faut souligner que tout le personnel de service de l'hôtel est super sympa ! ! ! Surtout la tante blonde à la réception, elle sourit vraiment tous les jours, et elle se soucie de l'endroit où vous allez et essaie d'aider tout ce que vous voulez. ❤️
