Accueil super avec verre de bienvenue, chambre spacieuse et impeccable, au calme car j’ai demandé en arrière cours et petit déjeuner magnifique (énormément de choix et produits locaux j’ai adoré). La carte du bar est cher et le choix pas terrible, j’ai commandé deux verres de vin de région en faisant confiance à la serveuse qui en fait nous a apporté chacun une petite carafe et la facture salée : 65€ pour le vin! Pour un vin en pichet. Mon mari a insisté pour que je ne fasse pas d’esclandre mais la serveuse aurait mérité que je me plaigne à la direction car c’est de l’abus de confiance. A cause de cela, avec un pizza et un burger nous avons payé 115€! Bar à éviter et bien s’assurer du prix avant de commander « un verre de vin ».

Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

Très bon, la position est excellente et très proche de la gare. Il y a plusieurs restaurants en bas. Viens ici la prochaine fois. Le petit déjeuner est également super, il y a des légumes chauds, et les pommes de terre sont délicieux.

Nous avons traversé la France d une traite ( 14 h) de route , nous avions réservé pour deux nuits mes enfants et moi ; erreur de réservation entre single et double pourtant j avais spécifié les noms des occupants soit quatre personnes. La réceptionniste était très très désagréable parlant très vite anglais et ne voulait rien entendre de mon erreur … pourtant l annulation est prévu dans le descriptif sans pénalité . Je lui demande si on pouvait petit déjeuner il était 9h 15 ,elle nous réponds que non c est over . Nous avons mes enfants et moi eu les chambres les plus bruyantes de l hôtel et pas du tout proches les unes des autres … moi au-dessus de la terrasse du bar qui est ouvert toute Léa nuit , mes garçons côté rue très bruyante,ma fille dans une partie plus ancienne , je vais au bar pour m entendre dire que le petit déjeuner pouvait être pris , nous avons ressenti un profond malaise de pseudo racisme anti français ,d ailleurs en rentrant un soir deux employés nous ont traités de français de m…ils ne pensaient pas que nous avions compris ou entendu . Le lendemain je reviens m expliquer avec la réceptionniste après mes réflexions elle s est retournée en disant un seul ok dédaigneux . La discussion est close . Nous voulions avoir une expérience familiale en séjournant à Stuttgart,voilà nous l avons eu … incroyable oui incroyable

Je trouve le personnel très positif. Dans toutes les zones de la maison, des collaborateurs super amies. Pas seulement professionnel-hospitalité, mais vraiment amical. L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité d'une station de métro, mais on ne l'entend pas. La chambre est relativement petite, mais a tout ce dont on a besoin. Bureau, chaise, coffre-fort, coffre-fort, lit. Positif: il y a un ascenseur et l'hôtel tout entier a été très propre, y compris la chambre et cela aussi dans les endroits névralgiques. Si le prix est approprié, je le réserverais à tout moment.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel con booking.com, siamo andati in macchina quindi abbiamo scelto un hotel che avesse nelle vicinanze anche il parcheggio. Appena arrivati (alle 5 del pomeriggio) non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception, non ci era stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto fare il check in automatico arrivando dopo le 14. Abbiamo chiamato il numero che c'era scritto sulla porta e ci è stato detto come dovevamo fare. Poi abbiamo pensato al pagamento del parcheggio che era proprio di fronte all 'hotel e, trovata la colonnina per il pagamento abbiamo provato a pagare (€ 10,30 per l'intera giornata). Il parchimetro non accettava né la carta bancomat né la carta di credito, non potevamo neanche pagare in contanti perché non avevamo tutte quelle monete (non accettava neanche le banconote), quindi abbiamo richiamato il receptionist che ci ha comunicato che il parcheggio non era loro e che non sapeva neanche come risolvere il mio problema. Alla fine abbiamo chiesto alla reception di un altro albergo lì vicino se ci potevano cambiare 10 euro in monete e fortunatamente lo hanno fatto. Dopo 5 gg dal nostro soggiorno ricevo una mail dove mi si informa che la reception non è disponibile dopo le 14 e il check in va fatto in modo automatico con la macchinetta posta al di fuori e inoltre che il parcheggio lì di fronte costa 10.30 al giorno ma che se non dovesse esserci posto è possibile parcheggiare in un altro a 150 m. dall'hotel con 8 euro al giorno. Allora mi chiedo : ma devo avere tutte queste preziose informazioni quando sono già tornata dal mio viaggio???? E poi, non poteva dirmelo al telefono il receptionist che c'era un altro parcheggio lì vicino???!!!! Sono davvero arrabbiata e delusa! Organizzazione pessima! Per non parlare della disponibilità zero del receptionist. Il resto sarebbe anche passabile se non fosse per il poco spazio in camera ma di certo non sarà questo il motivo che non mi farà più tornare lì.

Très belle place décorée à la réception Nous avons réservé un Noël spécial pour un prix très bon et attendu une petite chambre, mais quand nous avons ouvert la porte, c'était une grande surprise : Il était une chambre spacieuse et bien équipée avec un bel balcon au dessus. La salle de bain était très grande, les lits étaient également confortables. La zone est calme. le seul problème: l'ascenseur n'a pas fonctionné pendant la nuit après 23h00 mais aucun problème réel, vous pouvez prendre les escaliers. Avec la clé, vous pouvez sortir et rentrer toute la nuit Parking dans la zone est gratuit seulement pendant la nuit. Durant le jour, vous devez payer pour le billet de stationnement. Mais nous avons réussi à trouver gratuit parking 3-4 rues plus loin. Il y a une machine à vendre à l'hôtel, afin que vous puissiez acheter des boissons à des prix très équitables Wifi bien travaillé Personnel du soir était très aimable. Pour le petit déjeuner, un supplément et un nouveau test de covide aurait été requis pour un supplément, donc nous n'y avons pas mangé ce matin.

Le personnel qui parle de nombreuses langues vous permet de connaître les détails de l'accès à l'immeuble après des heures, des équipements et de répondre aux questions sur la zone. Ils étaient à la demande de mon entrée précoce et de mon départ tardif, en raison des heures de travail. Comme indiqué dans l'autre avis, les murs sont de nature fine, vous pouvez entendre les voisins et les gens dans les halls. - Ils ont même fourni des appareils pour aider à ”quitter” votre séjour. :) Simple séjour, peu d'équipements, mais juste assez pour un séjour rapide ou un voyage lié aux affaires.

Je voudrais remercier la sagesse qui a une attitude formidable, un bon sourire et une bonne personnalité qui travaille dans le restaurant principal ”Mme Ploy”, elle fait vraiment son travail avec passion. L'hôtel à Stuttgart se trouve à proximité de la gare et à environ 1,7 km de la place centrale de Stuttgart. Louer une voiture est très rentable, mais si vous n'avez pas de voiture, il sera un peu gênant de faire du shopping le soir. . L'emplacement général de l'hôtel est plutôt bon, avec des restaurants et des bars, ainsi qu'un magasin de nouilles de riz vietnamiennes à 1 000 mètres, qui a bon goût. L'hôtel est magnifiquement conçu, avec un extérieur simple de style allemand. Le lobby est conçu avec un couloir central pour accéder aux chambres du deuxième étage, ce qui est très beau. La pièce fait 20 mètres carrés, ce qui n'est pas trop grand lors de mon voyage et est suffisant. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et l'effet global était satisfaisant. Il y avait beaucoup d'étrangers. J'aimerais revenir dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois.
