Basically, if our company staff comes to surabaya, will stay in this hotel. The hotels is very good in environment.The buffet/breakfast and the basement is perfect. The staff there are all very nice.This hotel is perfect for vacation also business.

The staff in the horizon club were excellent, in particular, Sania was always ready to greet us with a smile and help with our queries. It was a great atmosphere in the horizon club. Breakfast was varied and enjoyable and the hotel has extensive facilities. The pool was not busy and our children really enjoyed it. As others have noted the hotel is dated in places, but staff work hard to keep it maintained. We did have an issue with one of the pillows in our room which was brown due to staining, it wasn’t ideal, we asked for a replacement but the room service put 2 pillow cases on instead. Would definitely stay here again.

I like the hotel design, very spacious and family-oriented environment. The staff are friendly and helpful with our early check-in request. The room is clear and the spa room is huge. The breakfast is a ritual and the food at the restaurants are delicious. I spent 2.5 hour enjoying the morning breakfast. I will come back again.
