Great breakfast that is not to be missed. Room is great. Nice and quiet environment to get a good rest after a long day at the office. Will return.

Mlle Liu Tai est très gentille, l'environnement est beau, l'environnement est très propre, vous avez l'occasion de vous réinstaller la prochaine fois. Les États-Unis et la Chine sont défavorisés par le tifon, et certaines installations sont inexploitées.

After trying several hotels, now I always stay in Lin whenever I am in Taichung. Centrally located and best hotel. Room size is too big and breakfast buffet spread is also very vast

We booked 2 rooms this time, all on 8th floor. But the view of twin room is much better than the double room. A huge difference. You can take a look of the photos. We just tried their lobby cafe this time, service and food taste were ok, but the toast that we’ve ordered arrived cold, due to the malfunction of their oven, what a surprise!

La location est excellente! Il y a une station de taxi/ligne juste devant l'hôtel. Il y a tellement de choses à faire et à explorer autour de l'hôtel, les enfants l'aime. Nous avons aussi le petit-déjeuner buffet! Nous voudrions rester là encore la prochaine fois!

服務人員都特別友善而且很貼心 由於是週末入住，所以車輛通往酒店的入口是封住的，加上司機不熟路，所以我只能在酒店附近不遠處下車。 飯店人員得知後，特地出來幫我拿行李辦入住，服務非常好。 晚上回飯店手上拿了大包小包，門口人員也是主動提議可以幫我放進房間，讓我不用回去房間，直接去外面吃用餐～回到房間後發現人員特地幫我把拖鞋都擺好了 這邊服務真的非常好～100分 但是酒店的設計就有諸多不便的細節： 1、衣櫥：我住的房型是有兩個衣櫥，由於兩個衣櫥是在轉角處，所以打開門的時候會影響到，也非常佔空間 2、動線：房間內的動線不太符合一般人，沒有地方放行李，進門口有桌子跟椅子（不是很實用）。如果商務人士需要熨衣服會很不方便、因為熨斗的線很短會卡到廁所的門，再加上熨斗會漏水…椅子的擺設也是卡在浴室門口， 洗漱的時候會卡卡的 3、房間內備品：全新的牙刷備品裡面居然多了一條用過的牙膏…感覺是供應商的品質問題；酒店提供的睡衣領口還破掉….感覺品質非常差 4、酒店位置說實在不太好，因為太市中心，基本上都會塞車，如果是週末還封路….很多司機是不清楚路的，加上如果真的開進去馬路上還會造成安全隱患（因為很多行人） 5、飯店人員專業訓練不夠，入住時有些必要資訊沒有提供 如果再選擇的話應該不會花8000多台幣入住，同價位有更好的選擇～

Everything was great except when it was cold at 7 degrees. I tried to take a hot bath in the tub and the hot water turned cold after few minutes and there was no more hot water after that. The next morning the heated pool was also not warm enough. I was told by the pool guard the that the heating system for the rooms was out of order the night before but only the rooms were affected. Rooms are spacious. Would be great if hotel can provide shuttle service to town, night markets, places of interest or major hot spots on demand.

The staff is attentive, ensuring a seamless experience. The highlight is the breakfast - a culinary delight with a variety of delicious options. It's the perfect start to the day. Highly recommended for those seeking good service and a delectable breakfast.

Hotel is located at a great location, nice facilities and good cleanliness in my room. My only feedback is that for people who drive, please be aware. The carpark entrance is at the back entrance of the hotel where the convenience stall is located. This hotel uses an Over Car Bonnet Storage system. We were greeted unpleasantly by the carpark assistant (an old man), not only were we not allowed to unload our luggage before parking, he didn't even bother assisting us with our carriage. To make matters worst, we saw him help another guest on arrival that was behind us at that time, to unload their luggage and give them guidance in parking. On my last day, i was awoken by the hotel staff through the hotel phone. They told me that my car was not parked properly and they could not activate the lever system for the carpark. Yes i would apologize if i have parked off by 2cm outwards, but I was woken up rudely in the morning after a long tiring night before with no apologies whatsoever. A note to future hotel guest, if you intend to have your car parked in the hotel, please be mindful the space is not very SUV friendly.
