今次係第二次入住，因為7年前入住過一次，感覺非常良好同開心，今次再來台中，成為手選入住民宿😄，房間不是套多，入住人都比較守規矩，所以都比較寧靜，絕對係一個好好休息嘅地方，晚上坐喺外面因為有微風一直吹，絕對係一個放鬆嘅好地方, 樹木都長高，原本還想下次到台中，說好一定會再次入住，但因為我個人問題，我漏左個頸枕在民宿，😭😭😭😭😭😭😭，我可以明確話到，我留咗喺咩位置，但係都可以話冇見過，點解會咁話，只有一個原因😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭，留代大家自己想，因為自己過失，失去咗最喜歡頸枕，所以，下次再去台中，不會再選擇此地方，不是民宿唔好，只係……………☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Had a splendid stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and provided a thorough explanation of our room. The nearby area is beautiful, making it a perfect location for a getaway. Our room featured an in-room hot spring, which was a fantastic addition, especially in such cold weather. The food offered a wide variety of options; however, it could be improved to enhance the overall dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place, but I advise booking your transportation or the shuttle service in advance for a smoother experience.

Le service de la chambre était satisfaisant et très rapide. Nous avons vu que la taille des pantalons fournis était trop grande. À notre surprise, ils se sont occupés presque immédiatement du problème. Je donne le service cinq étoiles. En ce qui concerne la piscine, la qualité de l'eau est aussi assez bonne pour les enfants de 6-12 âge. TTW, merci pour les personnes de service de piscine. Ils nous ont donné des médicaments pour mordre des mousquitos en urgence. Bien sûr recommandé pour le voyage familial.

Has free private parking, great for drivers. Slightly away from the buzz, about 10 mins walk. Is a safe and peaceful zone, not too far away from fengchia night market.

設施景觀5星：但大眾溫泉櫃子設計難開關，吹風機等級太低❌ 人員4星 : email管理部門無法有效掌握客人需求，一個問題確認3次還❌，但現場服務人員很👌🏻 價格2星 : 比起日本其他hoshinowa,谷關這家不但不含餐費，每樣都分開算，造成旅客麻煩，且美味程度和精緻度無法和價格劃上等號，有點被騙消費餐費的感覺，住宿收費在日本都起碼包括一泊二食了❌

Il a été dit de mettre à niveau le type de chambre lors de l'hébergement et je me sens bien. Si vous êtes dans l'hébergement, vous pouvez garer dans le parking intérieur, mais le défaut est que la position est moins bonne. Vous ne pouvez pas rentrer à dîner la nuit. Le parking intérieur n'est pas connecté à la cabine de contrôle, il faut passer par un autre bâtiment pour rester et sortir. L'ensemble peut évidemment être ressentie comme un hôtel âgé, certains détails doivent être renforcés, comme le sol devant le lavabo, avec un dernier hébergeur utilisé, le linge de cuir n'est pas nettoyé. Le petit-déjeuner est un modèle de bar de secours. Choisissez riche, le style occidental doit être le plus grand à la Chine, et manger très bien.

I misread the description in Chinese so this was partly my fault for booking a rather shabby room! The staff were very helpful and friendly though, so that was really lovely. The location was great, and I could easily get around. The only thing was really the amenities inside the room for this room type was flabbergasting! In short, every item inside was just old and of bare quality. You can have old furniture but have the furniture well-maintained. To name a few, the slippers provided were torn, the inside of the fridge was rusty, and there was no shower curtain inside the bathroom! The price was within my budget during peak season and I didn’t want to spend more, plus all other rooms were full, so I didn’t have much to complain about my stay. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious enough. But objectively speaking for the price I was charged, it was definitely pricey given the quality of the room. All I can say is, the photos provided by the hotel were definitely adjusted heavily for lighting and colour. Nevertheless I enjoyed my stay as the room fit my purpose for the stay. It was rather cozy. :)

山上蚊蟲一定比較多 忘記帶防蚊液 店家免費提供 吃飯期間還幫忙點艾草驅蚊 遠離都市感很棒的地方☺️ 而且對待我的寵物相當友善包容☺️

Très propre! Le hôte est facile à rapprocher des gens, très goûtant! Les biens d'architecture résidentielle sont très curieux, intimes et prudents. Le petit déjeuner est choisi avec l'excellence, frais et délicieux! Les petits chaussures et les petits trucs sont bien adaptés aux enfants. Continuez à travailler. Merci.
