Le petit déjeuner était étonnant, il y avait des options limitées, tout était délicieux et suffisant. Les chambres étaient propres tous les jours et les équipements étaient excellents. I had a wonderful experience at the Holiday Inn in Taichung! The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to all the main attractions, even when driving a car. The parking situation was smooth and hassle-free. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!

Aime les équipements de l'hôtel comme le souper complimentaire, la baignoire de pieds, etc. Apprécie la proximité du marché de nuit de Feng Chia. Il est à environ 8 minutes à pied. Tout en général, il semble très nouveau. La chambre est bien conçue. Le parking est derrière l'hôtel, pour entrer dans une petite rue. La réception a réussi à nous placer à côté, même s'il n'y a pas de salle de connexion.

SStephen EricGrand hôtel 🏨 vérifié en dernier lieu. Chambres grandes et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin. A eu un beau bain avec des sels fournis par l'hôtel. Mon ancêtre a été gonflé et a demandé un peu de glace qui est arrivé dans 10 minutes. Le petit déjeuner du matin était délicieux.

IInvitéDifficult to find at night. There's no signage outside that says ”Mulan” and there is no front door or desk. Instead, you walk up a driveway to find the office which resembles a guard shack. You must also let them know every time you return so that they can open the garage door to your unit, allowing you access to your room door. The room was very impressive. Huge and very luxurious. It's a lot space to clean, so I was not surprised that it wasn't spotless, but it was fine. The fish (minnow) pond was very tiny and barely noticeable in the corner of the bathroom. Lights cannot be controlled individually, instead there are set ”scenes” that you must toggle through. Some features in the room were simply not functional (i.e. the Music controls on the bedside table and some of the jacuzzi controls. The breakfast was a mixture of Mcdonald's-type food and traditional ********* breakfast. During my stay, the smoke alarm in the garage was low on battery and chirped all night. I told the staff the next day and instead of replacing the battery they simply removed it, however I could still hear chirping smoke alarms in other adjacent units. Overall it is a great value for the price, despite the few inconveniences.

IInvitéLove this hotel! It's modern, quirky, clean, good breakfast, spacious room and service was so warm. I booked the deluxe king room for 3 nights and it was spacious and clean by my OCD standards. The bathroom was also big and I love soaking in the bathtub. The toiletries like shampoo and body wash provided were very good too. Breakfast was a highlight for me as it wasn't the common, boring hotel buffet. I chose a different breakfast set for every morning when I checked in and I was wowed by the freshly prepared, beautiful and delicious plate set on my table every morning. Kudos to the chef for being creative. I also tried the slide from the 2nd floor and it was funny for an adult since I stopped moving in the middle and had to push myself down. Absolutely love this hotel and was sad when I had to leave.

UUtilisateur anonymeLocation - I’m not sure if we just missed out on what’s nearby. But we did walk on the sides, we were searching around of what’s there to see. We didn’t see much, like we realized after walking for a few minutes that we just found the convenient store which is kinda far if that was the nearest available (or again, there could be one the other side we don’t know haha).
So after walking around, and realizing there’s nothing much to see. We already booked an Uber going to the night market.
It wasn’t that far from the HSR Station. I couldn’t remember the exact distance and travel time. But if I find it far I’d normally remember it and say it.
Service - it was an easy check-in and check-out. Though, I almost forgot to get a receipt. Had to proactively ask for one. Luckily we decided to stay for a bit after checking out, we remembered it and got to request for it.
I like how they already asked upon checking in if we need a room cleaning service. That was convenient.
The breakfast was so so (on my personal taste bud). Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that bad.
I love the room the most! We were happy about how spacious it is. And it has an AI box which we loved. The bathtub has a tv, the shower area was spacious, the ambience of the room, hallways and lobby. The free snacks. The brand of the body wash and conditioner. The free Nescafe machine in the lobby.
I’d definitely recommend it and I’d stay here again.
(Though I still have a pending concern that I have to figure out myself, cause the amount showing in the invoice was different from the amount showing on tha app. Haven’t checked how much was the final amount taken out on my card)

Llorraine0323Super aimable, je pensais que c'était une voie de ski, mais je trouve que la réservation était erronée, mais cette chambre est également très bonne, il y a deux toilettes, la sauna est vraiment confortable, il est très chaud de prendre le massage la nuit, avec les enfants pour lancer le massage, Les étages de la piscine de massage sont éclatés, et il n'y a pas peur que le bébé ne soit pas en place pour se déplacer. Il est recommandé comme hôtel parent et parent!

I asked the hotel staff and they said it will cost money to buy a bar of soap. I ended up using the body wash from the shower to wash my ends. This was kind of ridiculous. I have stayed in other hotels in Taiwan and they provide a bottle of hand soap in the bathroom.

糖糖包可乐On ne peut pas en dire assez sur l'emplacement de l'hôtel. On a l'impression que vous pouvez rejoindre divers dépanneurs, centres commerciaux, marchés nocturnes et la gare de Taichung en quelques pas ! Vous pouvez aussi visiter le marché matinal le matin, et le prix est vraiment très beau🤩L'hôtel en lui-même a encore un certain sens de l'histoire et est relativement ancien. La porte de l'ascenseur ferme très vite, alors faites attention à ne pas vous faire pincer🤣.

JJgoh81Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier.
But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm.
Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in.
On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.
