Hôtels avec piscine à Lisbonne

Lors de ma réservation, la chambre était indiquée comme « chambre de luxe accessible ». J’ai compris le terme accessible comme un tarif avantageux, d’autant plus que les photos ne laissaient absolument pas penser qu’il s’agissait d’une chambre à mobilité réduite. À mon arrivée, je me suis donc retrouvé dans une chambre PMR, avec en plus une odeur assez marquée, ce qui m’a un peu déçu au départ. Je me suis rendu à la réception pour expliquer la situation, et je tiens vraiment à souligner le professionnalisme et la gentillesse de la réceptionniste, qui a été tout simplement formidable. Elle a parfaitement compris le malentendu et m’a immédiatement proposé une autre chambre, sans aucune complication. La personne des étages a également été adorable et très attentionnée. Grâce à leur réactivité et leur bienveillance, mon séjour s’est finalement très bien déroulé. L’hôtel est très bien situé, extrêmement propre, avec de très bonnes installations. Tout est bien entretenu et agréable. Au final, c’est un hôtel que je recommande vivement : excellent rapport qualité-prix, personnel exceptionnel et établissement de grande qualité. Une très bonne expérience malgré ce petit malentendu de départ.

Hotel Florentine was a bit of a mixed bag for me. This was a very last-minute booking and apparently I snagged the last available room — which, in hindsight, may explain a few things. I had specifically requested a quiet room, but unfortunately ended up with the exact opposite. The walls were paper-thin, and I could hear just about every sound and life update happening next door. Having the elevator directly across from my room added an extra soundtrack I hadn’t exactly asked for. Dinner at the bistro also tested my patience a little. The team genuinely seemed to be trying hard, and I want to give special credit to one lovely server who was clearly doing her absolute best to keep everything afloat. Still, the service flow was puzzling — my drink and water arrived long after I had already finished my meal, while tables that arrived after me were somehow served before I was. It felt less like a dining system and more like a surprise social experiment. The food itself was fine, nothing particularly memorable, but the location is undeniably excellent and probably the hotel’s strongest feature. With a few operational improvements — and perhaps some thicker walls — this place could really shine.

L'hôtel est propre et confortablement décoré. Il dispose également d'une petite piscine extérieure, de chaises longues et d'un restaurant semi-ouvert. Nous sommes arrivés tôt et l'hôtel nous a enregistrés très facilement. Il y avait aussi quelqu'un pour nous conduire à l'ascenseur et nous expliquer les différentes précautions de l'hôtel. Veuillez noter que l'hôtel dispose de portes avant et arrière. La porte d'entrée est au 0ème étage et mène directement au hall, tandis que la porte arrière est au -4ème étage.

This hotel is a real gem! The public areas are absolutely stunning, like stepping into a beautifully restored palace—grand, elegant, and full of character. It's the kind of space that makes you want to linger and take photos. While the guest rooms are more modest, with a simple, 90s-style decor, they are clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious, making them perfect for family stays. The breakfast area is equally lovely, providing a bright and pleasant start to the day. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a hotel with incredible public spaces and practical, family-friendly rooms.

We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

The hotel is clean and meets standards of Iberostar hotels if you’ve been to other ones, with pleasant scents in the lobby. Used the gym but it was small, with necessary equipments so was okay. Didn’t try spa but you’d have 1 hour free access if book in advance. Service was relatively low-levelled throughout the stay. First night of arrival, there weren’t sleepers in the room and surprised that slippers at the reception were out of stock. Second morning I was made to wait in front of the restaurant to have breakfast, with loads of available tables inside, which were not cleaned up on time. The staff didn’t maintain the queue in a good way, the line was cut in by two groups of guests, and there was even one group going straight into the restaurant, with the staff not noticing this or explaining to us. No caring was shown verbally for our waiting outside of the restaurant. Third morning was told that there’s no breakfast booked with the room, but it turned out that the staff put wrong room numbers on the system when checking. The staff guided us to a table without cutleries prepared. Reception staff were friendly yet not showing the best quality of service if the hotel is 5-star. Response time could be shortened. Restaurant service was terrible given the above. No apologies made for the situations mentioned.

C'est un hôtel très agréable où séjourner. Le personnel est sympathique et peut répondre à toutes les demandes que nous avons formulées. Comme notre départ pour l'aéroport était à 4h45 tôt le matin, j'ai demandé à avoir des sandwichs et des boissons à emporter avant de quitter l'hôtel, au lieu de cela, ils avaient préparé une grande boîte de nourriture composée de sandwich au fromage et au jambon, de pommes, de bananes, de jus et d'eau pour nous. Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour ce qu'ils nous ont fait. En effet, tous les jours, nous recevons un petit-déjeuner complet dans notre chambre et la nourriture était correcte. De plus, une nuit, il y avait une soirée cinéma au bord de la piscine, et j'ai trouvé qu'ils étaient incroyablement attentionnés et faisaient de leur mieux pour répondre aux besoins de chacun. La chambre d'hôtel est propre et de très haut niveau. Je recommanderai vivement aux gens de séjourner dans cet hôtel/appartement avec services (car il dispose d'une cuisine ouverte). Et nous avons séjourné dans leur hôtel pour leur premier anniversaire et avons célébré avec nous et avec un délicieux gâteau ! 😜

The location is quite off from any decent metro if you're with a big luggage. The cobbled path is just not walker friendly, I did not have this information throughout hotel booking or through Google Map. However, I took a private hire after checking out from the hotel and did not bother by the cobbled path at all. Btw, please fixed the broken tiles right in front of your revolving main door, so the guests can have a smooth entrance and exit with their luggages, much appreciated!

C'est un hôtel très approprié pour amener des enfants car il y a plusieurs consoles de jeux pour que les enfants puissent jouer. C'est juste que c'est un peu déroutant d'entrer dans le parking. Après avoir obtenu le ticket, ce n'est pas trop d'attendre que la porte roulante se lève pour une place de parking. Il se trouve en dehors de la ville de Lisbonne, il y a un très grand supermarché à 10-15 minutes à pied.

Emplacement correct. La taille de la chambre était correcte, mais le sol aurait pu être plus propre. La couverture était très fine et même avec le chauffage allumé, j'ai dû plier la couverture en deux pour avoir plus chaud. La chambre était assez bruyante, j'entendais les gens parler dans les couloirs, leurs chambres, et il y avait beaucoup de circulation près de l'ascenseur. La salle de bain était correcte, la pression de l'eau de la douche était agréable mais le contrôle de la température était un peu difficile à tourner. L'eau du lavabo n'avait pas d'option d'eau chaude, et c'était assez gaspilleur à chaque fois que vous aviez besoin d'eau du lavabo, elle continuait à couler jusqu'à ce qu'elle s'éteigne. Le wifi était parfois irrégulier, mais quand il fonctionnait, c'était bien. Ils avaient un bar et une boisson de bienvenue, ce qui était agréable, le patio extérieur avait également l'air mignon. Le petit déjeuner était un peu décevant : du pain grillé, des céréales, des fruits, des concombres et des tomates. Un monsieur a demandé du café et le préposé a pointé la machine et a dit ”tout est là”, mais quand j'ai regardé la machine, toutes les options de café indiquaient ”indisponible”. La machine avait également besoin d'être nettoyée. La sélection de thés était plutôt sympa. L'emplacement est correct, à environ 10 minutes à pied du début de l'Avenida da Liberdade. Ils ont une cuisine au rez-de-chaussée si vous préférez préparer votre propre repas (ce qui aurait été mieux que le dîner décevant que j'ai eu). Ils proposent également des visites à pied, ce qui est sympa. Expérience typique d'une auberge de jeunesse.
