Nous sommes des habitués d’hôtels de la catégorie du David Intercontinental situé à Tel-Aviv, Ce que nous avons subi lors de notre séjour au David Intercontinental situé à Tel-Aviv est inadmissible. En effet, on nous a donné une chambre (420 € la nuitée) qui sentait la moisissure et qui était humide. Le taux d’humidité de la chambre était telle que l’on pouvait glisser à l’entrée de la salle de bains. De ce fait, à cause de l’odeur et l’atmosphère insupportables le Directeur (Ian YOUNG), dont l’attitude est inacceptable, a refusé le changement de chambre puis nous a demandé 200 € de plus pour une plus petite chambre : incroyable ! De plus, aucune personne de l’hôtel ne s’est déplacée pour voir la situation. Nous avons refusé l’échange vers d’autres chambres du même étage car tous les Clients se plaignaient du même problème et il était pour nous inadmissible de ne pas accéder à notre demande car payer 420 € environ par chambre et par nuit et avoir une telle chambre c’est une vraie escroquerie !!! Nous avons informé M. Ian YOUNG que s’il n’acceptait pas notre demande en compensation de la très mauvaise nuit que nous avions passée, nous dormirions ailleurs. Cela ne l’a pas dérangé et il nous a vus partir avec notre valise tranquillement. Nous avons dû rester au David Intercontinental situé à Tel-Aviv car, vu l’heure tardive et que nous ne pouvons pas conduire jusqu’à Samedi soir, nous étions avec nos deux Enfants qui occupaient une autre chambre et avec des amis et leurs enfants (2 autres chambres) qui venaient de France. De plus, tout le mobilier dans la Salle de Bains de la chambre était rouillé. Nous avons passé la nuit majoritairement hors de notre chambre : l’acceptez-vous ? Nous avions réservé pour deux nuits, mais avec ces conditions insalubres et désastreuses nous avons dû partir Samedi soir, en étant dans le Hall de l’hôtel la majorité de la journée du Samedi ! Malgré cette situation intolérable, nous avons dû payer la chambre pour la nuit du Vendredi au Samedi…: qu’en pensez-vous ? Le montant prélevé est de 7354,62 Shekels (1.883 €) qui correspond à 2 nuits pour 2 chambres et il y a 4 repas inclus pour le Vendredi soir : numéros des chambres 1412 et 1414 : alors que nous sommes restés qu’une nuit, c’est du vol pur et simple. I really enjoyed staying at Selina. I wish it was more than one night. The location is amazing and the staff is great. They were very helpful and friendly and help with anything and everything I needed. I stayed at a private room so I can't comment on the shared rooms. I think the place is better suited for younger crowd but everyone can enjoy the place.

Un accueil assez ordinaire est ce que vous obtiendrez de la réception, l'homme allant même jusqu'à dire qu'il n'aimait pas la région. Nous arrivons ensuite à notre pod à 15 heures et il est sale depuis la dernière personne. La réception nous donne alors le pod et la clé de quelqu'un d'autre, mais n'ajuste pas le système, donc à mi-chemin de notre séjour, nous avons été enfermés hors de notre pod. Les installations sont correctes, mais bruyantes avec la façon dont elles sont construites. L'emplacement est génial et la vue encore meilleure. Je souhaite juste que le service puisse s'améliorer.

Je suis très reconnaissante pour tous les membres du personnel, puisque j'ai dormi très bien, puisque la chambre était propre tout le temps.

We arrived in the evening and self-checked in as no staff are available after 5pm. We found this easy to do. The room has a fan and air conditioning, with the latter appearing dated but functional. Both were controlled by the same unit which wasn't easy to understand, but we managed to have both on, which was needed, as the room was very hot without it. When we first arrived, we both had a shower. Unfortunately, a clump of hair was clearly visible in the plug, which I had to remove myself. I did bring this to the attention of staff the following day, and was advised this would be looked into it, but never received any further feedback regarding this. The shower consisted of a fixed waterfall head and another flexible corded one. The waterfall shower was weak, so we used the corded one, which was better, however, this was positioned at waist height on the wall, so had to be held whilst washing, which wasn't ideal. One of the pillows appeared to have signs of mould on it, that had been washed, but signs of it remained. I also advised staff about this, and was again advised it would be looked into, but the pillow we had put to one side just got returned to the bed each time the room was checked. There was a fridge in the room, which we were really happy about, as it was hot outside, and this meant we could cool water for use in the night. However, it became evident that the fridge didn't work properly and only cooled items left in it for a prolonged period. Water we had in the fridge still wasn't cold after two days. I was advised a cleaner did not come into the room every day, which was fine, however, we noticed that an old receipt which we found when we pulled back the curtain remained until we put it in the bin ourselves. There is a cafe attached to the hotel which served a sandwich or pastry along with a hot drink as part of the included breakfast. We found this to be adequate for the day ahead, with a bag being provided in advance for those days we set off early. On Saturdays, the cafe is closed and a voucher is given for alternative cafes nearby, the one we went to provided a plentiful breakfast, more than we'd ever had in the hotel cafe. We are unsure if we would have ever received this voucher however without querying the arrangements for that day. The hotel location is very good for a short walk to the beach, a good sized supermarket, bus stop, and local bars and restaurants. I would strongly advise against having room 320, as this room also had no outside space, and didn't seem well maintained or cleaned.

Expérience exceptionnelle. WOM est situé dans un emplacement privilégié en bord de mer près de Shuk HaCarmel, et à part une entrée légèrement déroutante, facilement accessible à toute la ville. Les chambres sont super propres et bien équipées avec des serviettes, des peignoirs et des tongs. J'ai été surclassé gratuitement dans une chambre King, ce qui était très confortable. Je reviendrai absolument.

Hotel à taille humaine dans le meilleur quartier de Tel Aviv. Accès aux plages en 5 min, à 10 min de Jaffa, les meilleurs restaurants à proximité. Déco industrielle très réussie, tout le confort grâce aux chambres très fonctionnelles. Produits d'hygiène de grande qualité. Petit déjeuner de 7h30 à 10h30, très complet surtout en salé. 8 vins au verre en libre service pour les clients de l'hôtel disponibles 24/7. Roof Top superbe avec solarium. Service discret et efficace. Personnel de bon conseil.
