I am a regular inter state traveler for work and whenever I visit Sydney I prefer to stay in Quest Chatswood for their excellent service. The location is spot on, lots of cafes, restaurants and malls around. The rooms are clean, fresh and equipped well. The staff at the reception are very friendly and prompt. Sam, I guess who is the supervisor always helps me and my colleagues with the bookings and any other requests very well. It's hard to see such service now a days in hospitality industry and I can assure that I will be very loyal to Quest Chatswood for their wonderful service. I just wish that the gym was better equipped. A rowing machine and few more heavy weights will be great

Le discours que vous avez payé pour les anneaux est très vrai sur ce voyage. De la fois vous tournez dans la voie jusqu'à l'entrée de votre chambre, vous vous souvenez de vieilles et intimes personnes qui ont été agréables à la réception, mais il n'y a pas de sens d'échappement ici. Les photos de la piscine ne ressemblent pas à la piscine, la piscine réelle a une chose verte et tout le béton sur le fond est patché et perd sa couleur. A proximité de notre chambre, il y avait un ashtray communal et un petit bin qui contenait probablement une centaine de bouts de cigarettes et semblait terrible, il y avait aussi quelques boîtes de pizza vides, etc, qui se promenaient autour de la zone de bin mais sur le sol. La chambre était assez grande et propre mais date comme le reste du lieu. Je pense que je me souviens de ce lieu qui était réservé pour les mariages et les fonctions il y a de nombreuses années. Je ne recommande pas le lieu dans son état actuel et je recommande fortement la gestion d'employer certains nettoyeurs et garde-fous. Une rénovation du cœur peut faire quelque chose pour sauver ce lieu, mais malheureusement je pense que cela coûterait trop cher.

We have previously stayed here when it was still the Travelodge. There have been a few upgrades since, which were needed. Bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. Some negatives however: no bedside lights, no hand towel in the bathroom and no luggage rack. When we asked about these we were met with blank stares. We purchased a portable LED light from our local Bunnings to use as a reading light. We paid for parking ($20 per night), but found 2 out of our 5 nights the car park was full and we were unable to park in the hotel car park. It appears that when there's a rugby game on, guests at the hotel let their friends park in the hotel car park. In addition, the disability parking spots were frequently occupied by those without the applicable parking permit. Hotel staff was not at all interested, but did give us a refund for the 2 nights when parking was not available.

Le lit est extrêmement vieux et coloré. Il se sent très délicieux de dormir sur le lit. L'appartement n'est pas bien nettoyé. Ne vous attendez pas à l'hôtel comme le service. Il n'y a pas de nettoyage quotidien de la maison. Kitchen semble usagé et sale. Balcon rempli de webs de spider. La chambre sent comme une salle de commerce.

It was a really pleasant stay. Was up in Sydney this Christmas to attend some stuff. Was able to have a quiet and enjoyable stay in the hotel. Location was wonderful, close to all the shop. The layout of the apartment was great, plenty of space for a solo traveller. The balcony was handy as usual. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommended, would stay again in the future.

We had a lovely time at the Metro Mirage Newport - great value, great location and beautiful views over Pittwater. The place is a little tired but the rooms were large and very clean. We loved staying here!!!!

Recently renovated from the old Killara Motor Inn, this motel has some real advantages - clean rooms, a great location ~10 minutes' walk away from the Lindfield station, plenty of parking just off the Pacific Highway, and a terrific little restaurant serving up-market Japanese cuisine. Disadvantages of highway noise and external access to rooms (although well protected by a roof) are minor downsides, but you might ask for a room at the back with views south-west. There aren't many options if you are staying in the central north shore area - Chatswood and Macquarie are further away and much more expensive, and few local pubs offer accommodation.
