Change of travel plans meant that I needed to spend a night in Thessaloniki before returning home. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend more time in a city I have visited and enjoyed over many years. Today the city is much improved in terms of its environment, cultural life and the impact of many thousands of creative students. the position on the sea is superb and, altogether, this is a great place to visit. Set near the sea, just off Aristoteleous pedestrian street, is the MonAsty Hotel. It seemed fine for a night. What a delightful surprise this turned out to be! This hotel is a gem, at every level. The welcome was outstanding. Calm and efficient as well as friendly and exceptionally informative. All helped surprisingly by a nice welcome glass of prosecco. After check-in, a staff member accompanied me to the room. The room was spacious, beautifully appointed and quite luxurious. The design and ambience of everything in this hotel is top class. It has an understated elegance that enchants - with a quiet and serene air. After exploring the streets and cafés, i was able to come back and enjoy a cocktail in the charming and swish bar. An excellent night's sleep was followed by an excellent breakfast - with some of the best eggs benedict I have ever had. Wonderful and relaxing hotel. My only regret is that I only had one night. I look forward to returning one day.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité très confortable et très confortable. La chambre propre et confortable avec toutes les installations vous pouvez demander. Excellent service. Le personnel a été vraiment utile avec tout ce que nous avons demandé, même pendant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner était merveilleux. Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce bel établissement dont les points forts sont l’emplacement avec de belles chambres avec balcon vue mer, et un toit terrasse disposant d’une très belle salle de restauration, où l’on prend les petits déjeuners. Le point de vue est splendide. Il y a une toute petite piscine sur ce toit. Les chambres sont très confortables et l’isolation de l’extérieur est satisfaisante; cela l’est moins entre les chambres, les portes claquent bruyamment. Tous les petits accessoires sont mis à disposition dans une salle de bain moderne quoiqu’un peu sous dimensionnée. Le literie est très confortable. L’accueil manque de chaleur mais est professionnel. Le service en restauration est bien plus chaleureux. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et les produits de qualité en quantité. Il y a un service voiturier dans l’hôtel mais indépendant qui est facturé 15€/24H.

Hôtel caché dans la ruelle. La chambre est relativement grande, surtout la salle de bain, qui est séparée des toilettes. Lorsque vous poussez la porte, vous pouvez sentir la légère odeur de la literie après le lavage. Le design et la décoration de l'opérateur sont visibles partout dans l'ensemble du bâtiment. Le petit déjeuner a dépassé les attentes et j'ai été servi avec une sauce à la rose maison. La réception est chaleureuse et amicale et fournit toutes sortes d'aide et de services à tout moment. A 10 minutes à pied de la rue principale centrale.

Nea Metropolis is a lovely budget hotel in a central and convenient location in Thessaloniki’s main city centre. I have stayed here numerous times and think of it as home from home. It has undergone a spruce up and some renovation during the pandemic lockdowns, and is looking good. The staff are great: friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I love this place.

Nous avons passé quelques nuits dans cet hôtel magnifique . Notre chambre était la plus grande et la plus brillante jamais . Cleaning parfait . Ainsi près de la grande zone de piéton de Katouni . Le personnel de la réception était si joyeux et adorable . Stergios. Alexandra. Anastasia était très bien . Notre chambre était dans la zone tranquille à l' arrière . Petit déjeuner parfait pour les Irlandais . Merci à tout le personnel . Nous l' aimez tous .

Hôtel récemment rénové, l’accueil est sympathique. Les chambres sont de dimension correcte, très bonne literie. La salle de bain est petite. Au restaurant ou au bar, nous avons été très bien conseillés pour les boissons. Le plus de cet hôtel est qu’il est très bien situé, à quelques minutes du centre ville.

Central, close to tourist attractions and many diverse restaurants. The staff were efficient, helpful and pleasant. We had a single en suite room each which were perfect for a short stay. Everywhere inside was clean and we loved the well-supervised breakfast. It’s worth noting that it’s situated on a side street which is much quieter than the nearby main road…

Le Park Hotel est situé à environ 800 mètres du centre-ville et de la ligne d'eau. Le personnel de l'hôtel est tout charmant et gentil (alex nous a aidé à imprimer le billet de vol et était très gentil). La douche est grande et propre.
