Absolutely DIGUSTING and a joke of a 'hotel' I advise you all to avoid Grand hotel continental in Terrania Tuscancy . There is nothing 'grand' about the hotel. I cannot understand for the life of me how this has the status of 4 stars. I along with my family witnessed first hand rudeness whereby staff talk down to you. They are unwilling to tend to your basic needs. We arrived at the hotel a few hours behind schedule due to issues out of our control. We were met by an unpleasant uncooperative receptionist who seemed irritated by my questions. I was hoping to have clarification in regards to pool opening/closing time and housekeeping times. He was non-chalant in his replies and seemed clearly bothered communicating with me and didn't know how to respond. We indeed had on-going issues with housekeeping as she failed to clean our rooms for 3 out of the 5 days. We spoke to her and suddenly she became uncommunicative and almost zombie- like & suddenly didn't understand us when I had clearly viewed her communicating freely with ease amongst other guests. We requested for fresh sheets and towels, we were made to feel guilty for wanting our rooms cleaned and she refused to do this. We complained at reception and she was fairly pleasant and informed us she would pass this onto management ( we obviously didn't hear anything) On a separate occasion (due to the lack of towels & cleanliness in our room) we requested for more towels and was met with the response ' again?!' Absolute rudeness, I was held back from complaining from my family member (how dare you talk to us with disrespect!) I got the impression the staff are unable to accommodate in a fair & decent manner to guests who are paying a lot of money. The staff created segregation with failure to tend to our wants and BASIC needs. The rooms are unclean, basic shower room, tiny beds for a dwarf. We requested (on our first night) for a blanket we were offered with a tiny sheet. The A/C hardly worked and other guests also openly complained in the lobby. The rooms smelt like someone had died in there, damp, disgusting odour. We were given no basic necessities such as tea/coffee or even an iron. They have a dingy iron room but you need to walk down a dark corridor as they have turned the lights off to save electricity. Then you may iron (if you make it safely that is!) We feel and know we have wasted our time & money on a supposedly 4 star resort. Also, avoid the POMPOUS restaurant if you can. We had booked for half board meaning breakfast & dinner included yet they miraculously didn't have our room number written. whilst they pretended to look busy 'trying' to accommodate us with a table. Extremely disorganised and unprofessional. Of course we walked out and instead went out to eat. I must warn you the resort look's better on paper as there are only a handful of restaurants. In one restaurant we ordered and at the end the waitress had the audacity to state ' I was thinking you ordered so much food!' We a

Sentiments mitigés quand à cet hôtel. On sent l’hôtel cinq étoiles d’l y a quelques années qui n’a pas été entretenu au fil du temps. L’établissement est beau vu de l’extérieur et les places de parc sont nombreuses ce qui est très pratique. Situé un peu à l’extérieur de la ville, nous avons trouvé ça agréable car plutôt silencieux. Jolie piscine également.Restaurant ouvert seulement le soir avec une carte limitée, assez cher mais de bonne qualité. Par contre l’entretien des chambres laisse clairement à désirer. Comme de nombreux commentaires j’ai trouvé que ce n’était pas bien propre et la salle de bains vétustes avec une douche qui inondait le sol à chaque passage. Nous avions beau mettre le panneau « faire la chambre » sur la poignée de la porte en partant le matin tôt, à chaque retour à l’hôtel la chambre n’était pas faite alors que nous désirions nous reposer l’après-midi par exemple. De plus nous avons dû réclamer à plusieurs fois du papier de toilette, c’est le comble ! Sinon j’ai trouvé la literie confortable, grand écran télé mais aucune chaîne francophone donc inutile… Minibar pratique, climatisation. Grande terrasse avec une table et deux chaises mais tout était sale également. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique et cela nous a beaucoup plu. La chose la plus gênante et inacceptable c’est vraiment le manque de propreté. Réception : 1 jeune personne pas très sympa et une dame super agréable et polyglotte.

Personnel sympathique et serviable. Hôtel jolie et récent. Parking indiqué comme gratuit sur la réservation et sur place on a voulu nous le faire payer 18€ par nuit. Il nous on dit que c’était une erreur du site et il a fallu un peu batailler mais il nous l’on finalement fait gratuit. Dommage de devoir payer son transat à la plage de l’hôtel en tant que client

I booked one day to just sleep over at this place, but really loved its service and the facilities. Breakfast was tasty and had multiple options. The only minus is the location, which is around 25 minutes' walk to the city center and 40 minutes to the railway station.

Très belle chambre d’hôtel, propre et bien équipée. La chambre est climatisée et dispose d’une tv et du wifi gratuit. Parking accessible gratuitement, commerces à proximité. Personnel très agréable. Très bon petit-déjeuner (non compris avec le prix de la nuit). Bon rapport qualité/prix, je recommande vivement.

Hôtel 5 étoiles uniquement pour l'atmosphère que vous respirez, enregistrement avec une demande de carte de crédit en garantie et personne pour vous accompagner jusqu'à la chambre ... chambres propres mais pas soignées dans les détails, fenêtres à restaurer avec des volets qui ne douche pas proche et plate assez délabrée… ensemble de salle de bain minimal. Le parking de l'hôtel à 18€ par jour ainsi que le petit déjeuner, rien d'excellent que l'on ne trouve même pas dans les hôtels milieu de gamme si l'on considère que celui-ci est aussi servi au prix de 18€ par personne. La piscine située au cinquième étage et à partir de laquelle vous pourrez admirer le paysage de Livourne est magnifique pour son emplacement.

Ho pernottato solo una notte con smartbox. L'appartamento era pulito e tutto sembrava piuttosto nuovo. Il personale è stato gentile, disponibile, e oltre a fornirci una piantina della città di Pisa, ci ha anche proposto dei ristoranti in cui poter cenare e un luogo dove poter fare colazione la mattina successiva. Esperienza nel complesso positiva

Had a great stay in Hotel caffe Verdi , our room was nice and clean we love it. Great staff, excellent service special thanks to the reception to her smiles and warm welcome to us, she have a positive aura she extended to us during the check in and as it's the first visit to us she explained to us many things and in addressing our inquiries, thank you for make my stay good.
