Je voudrais remercier l'entreprise pour une grande fête, notre chic, offert champagne, au lieu de la salle d'économie a donné un luxe avec vue sur la mer et la piscine, je ne sais pas pourquoi mauvaises évaluations, mais, je dirai le contraire, Dans ma expérience, le voyage a passé excellent 🙏 Je vais certainement réserver des hôtels et à plusieurs reprises par ce site. À propos de l'hôtelHotel est classique, la nourriture est bonne, le territoire est grand, l'alcool est quelqu'un, je conseille 🙏I est une personne publique, par moi et ma publicité est venue pour se reposer dans cet hôtel beaucoup de abonnés de moi et ils aiment tous 🙏 Je recommande certainement 😍😍😍

Yeniden merhaba ARMAS ailesi. Ailesi diyorum çünkü çalışanlar gerçekten bir aile ortamı oluşturmuş.Bundan dolayı daimi müşteri olmuş durumdayım. Bazı yorumları okuyorum ancak gerçekten doğru yansıtılmadığını düşünüyorum, yemekler oldukça yeterli ve çeşit olarak fazla(evde ne yediklerini çok merak ediyorum gerçekten) fiyat performans olarak oldukça iyi, alkollü içecekler markası değişmiş olabilir bilmiyorum (geçen sene daha iyiydi) ama bazı yorumlarda ki gibi kötü berbat değil, kaç tane otelde şişe su alabilirsiniz örneğin ve su erikli Nestle markalarından ,kapalı ayran içim marka. Çalışanlar açısından değerlendirmeye geçecek olursak ilk girişte güler yüzlü bir resepsiyon çalışanı karşılıyor o anda rahat etmeye başlıyorsunuz istekleriniz dikkate alınıyor ve imkanları dahilinde her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Özellikle Funda hanım oldukça profesyonel herşeyi çözüme kavuşturuyor , yine gece müdürü Yüksel bey hoş sohbeti müşteri ilişkileri oldukça iyi. Buradan Funda hanım ve Yüksel beye ayrıca teşekkür ediyorum. Restaurant ve barda çalışan arkadaşlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve cana yakınlar.Odalar oldukça kullanışlı ve hergun temizliği yapılıyor. Ekim 4 te giriş yapmıştım, giriş yaptığım hafta sonu genel müdürün oğlunun düğünü oldu otelde buradan yeniden bir ömür boyu mutluluklar diliyorum. Animasyon ekibi oldukça güzel eğlenceli vakit geçirmek için gayretliler. Her yerde olduğu gibi ufak tefek eksiklikler olabilir ama bunları büyük sorun gibi yansıtmamak gerekli diye düşünüyorum (Sizlerden ricam daimi müşterileriniz için ekstra bir indirim uygulayabileceğiniz bir sistem çalışması oldukça güzel olur zira müşteri hizmetlerindeki arkadaşlar bu konuda yardımcı olmuyorlar) Tatilimin güzel geçmesine vesile olduğunuz için hepinize teşekkür ederim. So, Where to start? We were here for 2 times, first time was amazing but this second.. it was also last. No english speaking staff, so it was hard to comunicate, they ignored us many times just because of we dont speak russian, how profesional. We stayed here for 8days, paid for all inclusive but we had sunbed only one day - sorry, half day cause of one russian lady who occupied our sunbed and threw away our personal stuff and refused to leave, hotel staff tried to help us but they can’t do nothing because she was a women, so.. i can go on and on about russian privilages all over the hotel, they can do everything and if you are not one of them, u can do shhhiiiiit, no one talking to you, on reception they are bothered that u speak english or german. It’s hotel just for russian and it’s shame cause the hotel itself is beautiful. If u are Europian, British, American,.. just read all the non russian feedback, they are all real, they are truthfull.

Hôtel très bien mais peut d’activités à faire et celles qui sont disponible sont chers… 70€ pour 15 minutes de jet ski… on pensait avoir beaucoup de soirées le soir pour boire un verre mais l’hôtel reste très calme sans animation en particulier. Mise appart ça l’hôtel reste très beau, propre, personnel accueillant…

L'emplacement est excellent, à quelques minutes à pied de la plage, calme et propre, le petit-déjeuner et le dîner sont fournis, les repas sont frais et variés et le personnel est très sympathique. C'est dommage que leur anglais ne soit pas très bon et qu'il soit difficile de communiquer.

L'hôtel est décent et a une grande localisation. Cependant, il y a quelques choses à travailler. Premièrement, les serviettes ne sont pas changées chaque jour, ce qui est, selon moi, obligatoire pour l'hôtel de plage. Nous les avons lavés par nous-mêmes. Vous devez également prendre votre gel de douche, le shampooing et le savon, car vous n'en recevrez que lorsque vous vous connectez. Le WIFI est très pauvre et les signaux disponibles sont de nature confusionnelle, car ils ont un pour chaque étage et chaque zone, mais aucun d'entre eux ne fonctionne bien. Par exemple, vous arrivez tôt le matin et demandez quelques lits dans la première ligne, il vous dit ”Non, c'est réservé”. Puis personne ne se présente là pour toute la journée ou quelqu'un qui n'est pas même la questie de l'hôtel prend ces. Il peut réserver pour demain il dit ”Pas de façon!”. Ce gars vous fait vraiment sentir un peu discriminatoire pour votre propre argent et traiter avec lui quotidiennement peut certainement ruiner vos vacances.
