I just had another wonderful stay in this wonderful hotel which has become my second home If I feel so good in this hotel it is for sure due to the entire team who does a remarkable job The whole team was fantastic as usual but this time of the year the atmosphere had a really Christmas spirit, everyone was happy and in a good mood as usual , even if it is not Christmas the team have always a lot of joy and of kindness I booked my stay at last minute and it was a sensational surprise to discover this city during the seasons holidays In fact Wroclaw , have one of the most popular Christmas markets in Europe. Start from middle of November and ends on 7 January The decorations are magical and there is a very good atmosphere throughout the city, and I was very lucky during my stay. I had blue skies and sunshine every day The Hotel received five stars this year as unique in the world as AC Hotel by Marriott If this hotel has five stars of course it is in relation to the standard, the historical buildings, the location in the city ,the decoration and the extremely comfortable Rooms and facilities , I always enjoy the pool 29 degrees and jacuzzi 34 degrees all year around. but what makes the big difference is the professionalism of the whole team For example at the front desk, the team is always very nice and professional I would like to thank Daria who was there for our check-in she was as always nice and kind On top of all Marlena did an exceptional job during our stay, she is very responsive and efficient, extremely professional and always smiling I would also like to take this opportunity to thank and congrats the housekeeping teams who are making an exceptional job, the rooms are always very clean. L'hôtel est très bien situé pour une courte promenade dans le centre-ville, mais assez loin pour ne pas être bruyant la nuit. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas de choix sur le buffet mais vous pouvez commander des suppléments du menu. Les chambres sont incroyablement spacieuses et la salle de bain est propre et moderne. J'avais une baignoire à coins, pas sûr si toutes les chambres sont les mêmes. Nous avons passé une semaine en Pologne et nous avons testé plusieurs hôtels ACCOR pour nous cet hôtel était le meilleur hôtel de tous. L'accueil, la propreté de l’hôtel , l'attention à l'hygiène, la beauté et la tranquillité de la chambre , la literie de qualité, le petit déjeuner magnifique où chaque détail est réfléchi et l'emplacement du Novotel ont été des éléments prépondérants et totalement positifs. C'est pourquoi nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel 7 nuits. Nous étions avec un garçon de 11 ans, donc nous avons pris un triple assez large (un lit matrimonial et un fauteuil/lit - bien connu avec les bracelets très sales - d'une place et demi ouverte). Le matelas du mariage était très confortable, mais le lit ouvert était presque au sol, le sol était revêtu d'une moquette, donc il n'était pas le mieux de faire dormir le garçon si près de lui. Certains éléments de la lit ont été changés pendant le séjour, mais la mesure du lit en dessous n'était pas adaptée à la taille du matelas et s'est donc déplacée. Les toilettes étaient changées sur demande et pures, et dans la chambre, nous disposions toujours d'une bouteille d'eau et d'un cuisson avec le thé, le café et le sucre. Maintenant, les notes négatives: le télécommande de la télévision fonctionnait à peine, la douche (à droite) était hors ligne et donc tombait si vous ne vous étiez pas attentif. Trois jours plus tard, j'ai signalé que la lampe et la prise ne fonctionnaient pas et malgré cela, rien n'a été fait, je me suis arrêté et nous éteignions la lampe en désactivant la lampe :-(. Mais le pire était que, après trois jours de séjour, nous avons trouvé derrière la tente un couple de mule sales ... naturellement pas à notre ... donc je ne peux pas me réagir à la façon dont les nettoyages quotidiens ont été faits ... L'hôtel est situé en dehors du centre, mais sur une route principale bien reliée à toute la ville par des moyens publics.

L'hôtel est un hôtel de type 2 étoiles, qui est situé dans le centre de la ville de l'Ancien-Ville et sur la route principale. Les chambres sont bien rentrées, mais propres et le petit déjeuner buffet très bon (café est excellent). La chambre à petit déjeuner est très compacte pour un grand hôtel, vous devez donc choisir votre temps. Une des questions que nous avons eue était l'absence d'un bar pour un verre de soir. Le bar n'a apparu ouvert que pendant que le restaurant était servi le soir. Bon prix pour l'argent et nous retournerions certainement, mais avec la cour face chambres.
