« Great location, although not exactly close to any tourists hot spots but there is a mall and metro station right underneath the apartment, so there is no need to worry about weather and can get to anywhere easily. Hotel facilities include a full gym, ping pong table (my parents loved it), and female change room has a big jacuzzi (which is NOT in operation in winter, which is a pity!), and steam room and sauna. To use them, you need to tell the front desk 30 min prior for them to turn it on. The change is cold and there is no hot water for the shower (something to improve on). Breakfast has a nice varieties of Chinese buns, and hot food, it is more suitable for a Chinese/Asian appetite. If you order food delivery, they deliver it to you with a robot, impressive! The 3-bedroom apartment was very spacious and me and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. »

With subway access just at the basement, it’s an ideal destination for both business travelers and vacationers looking to explore the area. Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future! »

« Location: About 10min walk from the main jianghan pedestrian street. Very close to to top class spa if need massage after a long tiring day Facilities: As newly opened, facilities are new. Surprisingly, it comes with free washing machine and dryer at #5. Food: Couple of local food options around the hotel for quick bites. If walk for 5min, there is a food street and ”Da Pai Dang” behind the hotel Service: The lady reception manager with black suit is very customer centric, always providing patience and advisory from questions asked. She There is a customer service manager (grey suit) whom pro-actively asked for feedback and improvement. La plus intime est de préparer la chambre à l'avance, ne pas attendre, la réception du séjour est rapide. Après avoir entrer dans la chambre, le gestionnaire de l'invité Xiao Su a également visité spécifiquement, présenté les détails de la chambre et les services voisins en détail, a récemment rappelé qu'il y avait une nécessité de la trouver à tout moment, et a recommandé avec enthousiasme le restaurant spécialisé voisin, superbe. Lorsque je ne veux pas sortir, le robot vend directement la chambre, et surtout le soin. « What can I say? What an amazing stay again. I’ve stayed for work events in which we used the ballroom for our work celebration. I then came here for peace when my father passed away. This was the one place I knew I could come that brought me peace and happiness. This trip was for my anniversary and it was beyond amazing. We decided to to go with a suite and the reservation came with a free photo shoot. Our photographer, Xiao Liu, was kind and the photo shoot was an amazing experience. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the dinner buffet has live entertainment and amazing chefs as well. We also wanted to get massages too but ran out of time. We will get them next time. Overall, I’m grateful for Optic Valley Hilton and the true peace our experiences bring each time. Exactly what we need on vacation. »
