I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mercure Hotel Chandigarh, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the lovely reception team, who made check-in a breeze. A special shout-out to Duty Manager Ramandeep Kaur and her incredible team of ladies at the reception—they were all fantastic at their jobs! Their warm smiles and professionalism set a positive tone for my stay. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with modern decor and a comfortable atmosphere. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, ensuring a relaxing stay. The bed was especially comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. The service throughout my stay was exceptional. Ramandeep and her team were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, and their attention to detail truly made a difference. Overall, I highly recommend Mercure Hotel Chandigarh for anyone visiting the area. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice. Taj Chandigarh est un hôtel de luxe près du Sector 17. Les toilettes sont d'excellente qualité. Le plus grand débarrassement a été la chambre. Chambre no. 633, les meubles étaient débarrassés et anciens. La télévision 32' est une télévision Samsung. La salle de bain a regardé l'école ancienne. La salle Taj Chandigarh doit passer par un changement pour rester en ligne avec ses concurrents JW Marriott et Hyatt Regency.

Excellent property in the heart of the city with all major attractions nearby. Highly impressed by the prompt in room services. The staff were very courtyard. Check-in was super fast and soapless.

The hotel is very near to elante mall and They have given me the elante mall facing room also they help me for morning buffet breakfast as I am allergic to many things . The chef prepared special food for me which is very delicious… If I get another chance I will definitely stay there

The location of the hotel is perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The ambience was good. The staff was courteous. The food was average. We had opted for Breakfast and Dinner buffet and the choices in dinner items were very limited and the taste was okayish. The breakfast was good. One thing though, there was no one attending at the time of dinner or breakfast. We had do everything ourselves, be it getting more water or more chapatis or more tea. We had leave our table in the middle of eating and get those things which is not expected from such hotel. Otherwise it was a good stay.

I stayed with my family for 2 nights, in suite room. It was a nice stay, comfortable room with a massage chair. Bath tub is not exactly a bath tub and they can work on some exhaust in bathroom else becomes very stuffy. Food was delicious and service was also great.

Had a good experience at sunrise. Room 226 and 227 are quite nice and especially at this price. The location faces the main road and plenty of travel agents are available in the area for travellers. Would recommend this for people looking to stay for longer durations as well.
