L'hôtel est un oasis dans la folie de Mumbai. Le service est impeccable mais il faut parfois demander plusieurs fois. La vue mer et ville donne le tournis de l'immensité du pays. La tour couplée au Palais en font un site historique à ne pas manqer. Le quartier au multiples commerces est en pleine restauration. On sent bien l'histoire indo anglaise qui se fait 24h sur 24. Il ne faut pas s'étonner de l'humidité présente partout. Une ville formidable qui se transforme...

We have been in hotel from 15th August till 23rd August.we enjoyed our stay the breakfast was good as well as staff was very helpful. Le Taj est situé à Bandra West, où se trouvent d'excellents restaurants et des bars branchés.
La chambre d'hôtel était spacieuse, très propre et offrait tout le confort nécessaire pour un court séjour.
Le bar Atrium est animé et constitue un endroit agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée. Nous avons adoré les animations, du piano à la musique traditionnelle indienne, en passant par la charmante chanteuse en soirée.
Le personnel du bar était sympathique et très efficace.
Le magnifique jardin et la piscine, agrémentés de lapins et de dindes en liberté, ajoutent une touche d'amusement (et pas seulement pour les enfants).
Le personnel de l'accueil est excellent et très serviable.
Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel offre d'excellentes installations et un excellent service.

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.

IInvitéIts just 5 min walking from sakinaka metro station. My stay was for 2 days. Rooms are small & but okay for solo person. For normal drinking bottle, they charged rs 30, when i asked person, he told- on this rate only they can provide. Nothing great to tell.

I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

I especially appreciated the heated floors and the luxurious bathrobes that added an extra touch of comfort.
Service was impeccable, with housekeeping ensuring the room was spotless and well-stocked at all times. The attention to detail extended to the small touches, such as the nightly turndown service, complete with artisanal chocolates and a selection of pillows to choose from.

IInvitéThe warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas.
The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

Le premier matin, il y avait un cafard mort sur le lavabo de la salle de bain. De plus, la vitesse d'Internet est extrêmement lente, celle gratuite n'est que de 512 Ko et la connexion échoue souvent de manière inexplicable. Après avoir entré le numéro de chambre et le nom de famille, il indique que la connexion a échoué et que le redémarrage de l'ordinateur ne fonctionne pas.
