Je suis arrivé à 1 heure du matin, l'emplacement à l'intérieur de l'aéroport est excellent et l'enregistrement a été très rapide, ils m'ont montré ma chambre et un lit très propre et confortable avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, l'eau sort rapidement chaude et une bonne pression dans la douche. Le meilleur était le petit déjeuner, délicieux ! Très bonne attention. Le lendemain, je me suis enregistré et j'ai pris l'ascenseur pour prendre mon prochain vol. Cela vaut la peine de ne pas avoir à quitter l'aéroport si vous avez une escale et devez passer la nuit.

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

This place has a 120 years of Legacy banner but actually is the 120 years of bureaucrassy. Had two visits of the technician - first one when the washroom door got locked on its own. On calling they sent support after 15 minutes - upon reminder the receptionist very bluntly stated these take time. The service staff came and said the doors are old and this is normal. Great, so no repair Next day we find our room supply failed at 550AM. On calling them service staff once again appeared after 15 minutes and while they politely regretted the situation they spent 20 minutes exploring and eventually the boy shouted - sir it's the same LED driver in wardrobe - so once again we find a known issue disturbing our sleep/ stay. Room service for water refill takes 10 minutes. It could be that Indians are treated poorly at this iconic place but I have had a better experience in Paharganj than here. On checkout I was asked my email again when on check-in I had put everything. I was told we might have had technical issues. Each issue is completely small in itself but series of such careless events in a day's stay and the crass attitude of delay only leads me to write this long rant. So much for the most known name for hotels in India. Avoid - choose the ITC which is much much better and no-nonsense.

I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

Cet hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Tout dans la chambre était magnifique. J'ai vraiment adoré mon séjour là-bas et le personnel était très gentil. Si vous avez un vol tôt à rattraper, vous devriez rester ici ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and even 6 star but this hotel deserve 7 star ranking in terms of their service, amenities, management, room layout and interior everything is just so more than perfect. In every hotel you can find atleast one mistake but here, no they are not gonna give any chance of disappointment. They all are very professionals and I really enjoyed my stay here. And I'll recommend everyone to go for this hotel without a second thought. Thank you for making everything very special

Hôtel trois étoiles avec des équipements et un service cinq étoiles. Dès notre arrivée à l'hôtel, la réception était grandiose, comme dans les hôtels 4 ou 5 étoiles, avec de nombreux espaces de détente et des activités pour passer le temps à la réception. La nourriture au restaurant était également savoureuse, avec de grandes portions dans chaque plat que nous avons commandé et à un prix raisonnable.

Great room and great location...but the service was bit slow and the in room menu prices and quality I'd inversely proportionate.

A proximité de la station de métro, le petit-déjeuner est vraiment super. La chambre est propre et le personnel est satisfait et amical.

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport. But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants. Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight. Would for sure stay here again in the future.
