« I had a one night stay here from 27 to 28 August 2026. Overall, the stay was fine, with several positive aspects, although there are also some areas that could be improved. Firstly, the hotel is very conveniently located and directly connected to The Mall, Mid Valley Southkey. This makes it very convenient for shopping, as you can easily return to your room to put down your purchases before heading back to the mall. The service was also good overall, and the staff I encountered were polite and helpful. I also felt safe during my stay as there were quite a number of security guards stationed around the hotel, which gave me a good sense of security. The hotel facilities are generally fine, although I hope the operating hours can be extended. The gym currently operates from 7am to 11pm, while the swimming pool operates from 7am to 7pm. It would be great if the gym could operate 24 hours and the swimming pool could remain open later. The rooftop swimming pool offers a decent view. However, the pool, especially the baby pool, was quite dirty during my visit. There was visible sand and debris on the floor of the pool, which could be cleaned more regularly. The gym was unfortunately quite disappointing. When I visited, both treadmills were not working. In addition, all of the cardio machines were not connected to the electrical outlets, which made them basically unusable. I hope the hotel can improve the maintenance of the gym equipment and ensure that all machines are functional for guests. The room itself was generally fine, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The shower water pressure was a little weak, and even after adjusting the shower to a warmer temperature, the water remained cold. The window in my room was also very dirty, which affected the view from the room. It would be better if the hotel could check the water pressure and hot water system, as well as ensure that the room windows are cleaned more regularly. On a positive note, there is a water dispenser located at both ends of each floor, which makes it convenient for guests to refill their drinking water. Each guest is also provided with two complimentary welcome drinks that can be redeemed at the rooftop view bar and lounge, which is a nice addition to the stay. Lastly, the breakfast buffet selection was quite limited, particularly in terms of fried options. I also noticed that some of the plates and bowls were not properly cleaned, which could definitely be improved. Overall, the hotel has an excellent and convenient location, polite staff, a good sense of security, and decent facilities. However, improvements in cleanliness, facility maintenance, operating hours, shower facilities, and breakfast variety would make the overall experience much better. »

« Our 1st experience stay in this hotel. We couldnt open our room door due to the door latch accidentally locked from inside. Luckily the maintenance guy help to resolved the issue. The breakfast was good and enjoy the swim at the rooftop. The fire announcement can be annoying especially early morning. »

« The self check-in is fast and easy using the self check in/out machine with the security guard's assistance. Refundable deposit RM50 is done by the machine, quite convenient. I understand there were no car park on-site when i booked the hotel. the guard was helpful to provide option like next door closed hotel's car park RM20 with RM30 refundable deposit. I stayed 1 night so I don't know what's the car park charge if you stay longer. There's vending machines for instant noodles, snacks and drinks. Hot and cold Water Dispenser is at the G level lobby area My room without window have a big space for opening luggage. But toilet sink area is small. The toilet paper holder is hard to reach Everything's are very clean and new. . Nice hairdryer not loud. TV very new. No hanger but have hooks. There 24 hours Restoran RSB less than 5 min walking distance and 24 hours Panggali Mart and others. And walk across a overhead bridge to R&F Mall. »

« Check in was smooth, deposit required. Quite an old hotel showing it's age. Room was not cleaned well on 2nd day, could see floor wasn't swept. Basic amenities provided. Bidet spray was missing the head and the bracket was half broken. Mid water pressure & lukewarm temperature for shower. Fridge was cold. One of the few hotels that has smoking rooms. Restaurant staff was great. Breakfast was acceptable altho no live egg station. There's a gym with a nice view. Location was good. Not in town but not far by grab, lots of eateries and mini marts within 5 minutes walk. There's a 7-11 in the mall attached to the hotel. Other than that, not much in the mall. »
