« L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout. »

« Came here for a night with my kid.Hotel is very near to the checkpoint.I got here around 4pm so it wasn’t crowded.Super smooth check in.I did request on the spot for a complimentary upgrade but was told they’re unable to do that.Maybe that’s something they can work on.I was given a later check out at 12.30pm so it’s not too bad.Room was amazing and clean.The toilet has a bidet so it’s a plus point!We were on the 29th floor.Staff were friendly.The breakfast buffet spread was good too.I loved the pastries.Swimming pool was empty when I brought my son so it was really good and I feel the size of the pool is perfect.It isn’t small.Overall it’s a pleasant stay and I’ll come back again! »

« 🧻Quite stingy on the towels. They won't automatically change out your towels. One night I came back to the hotel and used the towel provided on the bed. I thought it was new, but it had very strong chlorine or water smell. Not sure if the cleaner had folded the same used one in the toilet and put it on the bed. I think they generally don't have enough towels because they don't want to provide extra towels if you already have 2 in the room. Maybe it's because of Sustainability efforts, but because that towels feel worn and dirty, I feel like they should be changed every night. 🦐Room service of the seafood pasta is a miss. Located near the sea hence thought the seafood would be fresh, but prawn heads are black. Meat is very soft and lumpy. Means they have kept the seafood for a long time. 🏊🏽Swimming pool is a very bright place, nice and very clean. Starts from 8am to 8pm. 🏛️Architecture of the hotel is very vintage style and vast. 🍛Breakfast buffet starts from 7am is not super, although ✅the milktea cart man is amazing. Overall the breakfast buffet and room service food (I only ordered one seafood pasta meal) wasnt a good experience for me at all. 🎶Below the hotel there is a sexy dancers club, hence you might hear loud music reverberations if you are located on the lower levels. I was located on level 11, and the music thumping could still be felt into the wee hours. Luckily I was on level 11, so the thumping still tolerable. Connecting room walls are very thin. Can hear the Chinese man speaking next door. 🤢Bathroom sink has no stopper, goes straight to the pipe. 🌊Sea view room was great！！Room floor cleanliness is ok. Bring your own hair conditioner. »

« Booked this last minute, and it turned out to be the best budget hotel I’ve stayed at in JB. The room was clean, and the location was super convenient. It’s surrounded by plenty of shops and eateries, with Chagee, KOI, Mixue, McDonald’s, KFC, FamilyMart, laundromats, and pretty much everything you need within walking distance. »

« I was downgraded from a Superior Room to a Deluxe Room because I requested a smoking room, but no refund was offered for the downgrade. I was informed that smoking rooms are only not available in the Deluxe category. This should be stated clearly on the website to avoid misunderstandings during check-in. After the room change, I was first assigned a room that was quite warm. I was then moved to another room, but the TV kept restarting automatically and was not working properly. A technician was sent to troubleshoot the issue, and the entire room change and repair process took more than an hour to resolve. On a positive note, Trip.com made the effort to call me to follow up on the issue and compensated me with Trip Coins for my next booking. I appreciate their prompt customer service and support. « Encore amusez-vous avec ma femme à Opéra. Tout est propre et bienvenu. Nous remboursons le bout en bouteille, ils arrivent et réparent avec la brise. Tout le monde est ami. Pour améliorer encore en donnant une douche décevante sera plus agréable. La location est bonne pour éviter une heure de détresse pour mon client »

« Had a fantastic stay at Tune Hotel Danga Bay! 🌟 The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a short getaway or business trip. The room had everything I needed, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (a lifesaver in the JB heat 😄). The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The location is also convenient, with easy access to Danga Bay and other attractions around Johor Bahru. For the price, this hotel offers great value. If you're looking for a budget-friendly stay that is clean, safe, and comfortable, Tune Hotel Danga Bay is definitely worth considering. Would happily stay here again on my next trip to JB. « The stay was great. The staff delivered a complimentary slice of cake as the check in date coincided with my hubby’s birthday. Very nice and sweet of the reception staff. All guests received warm chocolate cookies too. Just nice to have them for supper or snack😊 Facilities were good too though we didn’t use it. Buffet Breakfast was good but we didn’t try all the food as there were just too much food to try.. room amenities were basic and good and room was spacious. Overall stay was good. Will consider coming back due to their great service. Location is also quite near to JB Sentral about 10-15 minutes walk. »

« Took about 15 to 20-minute walk from the custom. We stayed here for a quick 1-night trip. The hotel itself is very modern, and visually nice. the room doesn't have any fridge available, we found a few dirty stain on the bedsheet (which I forgot to take pic) & the complimentary mineral water provided in the room had already been opened and drunk by a previous tenant. We didn’t touch it. The TV didn't have any free subscription channels or built-in shows to watch, so we could only watch YouTube. The soundproofing is very poor. At midnight, between 3:55am-4:15 am, we were repeatedly woken up by people talking and laughing loudly outside the hallway. Because of this constant disruption, we had an incredibly bad night's sleep and left the next day feeling completely exhausted. »

La pression de douche était bonne et ont un bidet. Les gens du bureau frontal étaient amis et le check-in était rapide. De nombreux restaurants ont entouré l'hôtel et acheté un bon lemak nasi à Meldrum. »
