L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Ce feu, nous avons réservé 3D2N séjour à Holiday Villa. C'était ma réservation incroyable à Holiday Villa. Connecting room in high floor and face the same direction as the main road to the hotel lobby. Nous avons dû regarder les artifices de feu libérés par les résidents malaisiens célébrant Hari Raya le soir. Nice artifices de feu à bonne vue. Le petit déjeuner était bon aussi. Les chambres ont été maintenues propres . Les deux seules améliorations sont d'abord, le lit de taille Queen avec baignoire, prendre une douche est difficile, comme l'eau s'échappe du côté du baignoire au sol, ce qui fait que le sol de toilette est mouillé. La deuxième amélioration est que le vintèbre soja a été servi à chaud , malheureusement aujourd'hui (samedi) le soja est servi à froid. Le personnel de l'autre peut être plus présentable et professionnel pour servir les clients en ligne que pour faire ses propres affaires.

For the price that I am paying, I would say this hotel is definitely worth it. Many eateries and massage places around the hotel. Soundproofing is not the best but it didn't really affect me. 2 wishes I have are firmer pillows and self service laundry facilities. Other than that, I am happy with the stay.

First time staying at this hotel, and even though it was just for one night, I really enjoyed it. The room was a bit small but clean, the pillows were comfy, and the air-cond was adjustable. We had a small issue with the TV, but the front desk sorted it out super fast — kudos! All the staff, from the security guard to the front desk and even those we met in the lift, were friendly and made us feel very welcome. And the best part is that the breakfast was really delicious with lots of choices.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot, especially if you are driving. They were having Ramadan buffet promo during my trip but it is a short drive to lots of nice restaurants. We tried Teck Sing for their curry fishhead and paper wrapped herbal chicken (prepare to queue) and Ah Soon BKT. Car park is free for hotel guest. Room design looks dated and lighting is adequate but could be brighter. Toilet looks like it belongs to a different decade. The shower curtain rod was bent and looks flimsy. Overall it is alright for a night stay but they should definitely update their rooms. Plenty of new boutique hotels around for the same price.

Had a really pleasant stay here! The room was a little small and the bed is a little short to me, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. There’s no fridge in the room, but they kindly helped store our items in the kitchen fridge when needed. The location is also very convenient — just a short walk to the customs. Overall a comfortable stay, would happily come back again!

I often stay at Trinidad Hotel when I visit Johor Bahru because the location is convenient and the rooms are comfortable. However, during my recent stay, the check-in experience was disappointing. At the lobby, the staff (an Indian girl) was quite slow. She asked us to wait, so we waited patiently. Unfortunately, after waiting for quite some time, she gave the available room to another guest who arrived later than us. It felt unfair because we had already been waiting earlier. I hope the hotel management can improve the check-in process so it will be more organized and fair for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth, and the famous warm DoubleTree cookie made the arrival even more pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the well-maintained facilities. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping everything spotless. The hotel location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping malls, restaurants, and the CIQ checkpoint. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and the food quality was excellent. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Johor Bahru to anyone visiting Johor Bahru and look forward to staying here again in the future

This was my second stay at this hotel. My first visit was a few years ago with my bestie, and this time I returned with my husband. The location is excellent, only about a 5-minute drive from CIQ, making it very convenient for a short getaway from Singapore.The Deluxe Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We were given room 2112 on a high floor which offered a nice and peaceful environment. The amenities were good and everything felt well maintained. Our room also came with breakfast. Since it was during the Ramadan period, the hotel provided sahur (predawn meal) instead. The food selection was generally okay and sufficient for sahur. However, the corn drink was not really to our taste. From the reactions of other guests after taking a sip, it seemed many felt the same way, including myself. There is also a massage parlour, Borneo Oasis, located conveniently on Level 1. This was my second time having a massage there and it was superb. Very relaxing and a great way to unwind after a day out. My husband enjoyed the stay very much and we both had a relaxing experience. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay and we would definitely consider coming back again on our next visit to Johor Bahru.
