L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard.
Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

Very clean hotel with air con and water heater. Rooms have in built hairdryer inside toilet too. Nice bed and comfortable place. Provide only soap and one tiny shampoo. No toothbrush so remember to bring your own. Nice greenery ambiance there. Friendly and helpful hotel staff everywhere you go. There’s lifts too to get to the rooms. Overall a comfortable stay and pleasant experience there. Thank you Tune Hotel 😄😄😄

Hotel was conveniently located nearby KSL Shopping Mall, which meant plenty of foods nearby. However, the room was not soundproof as you can hear the people along the corridor and the next door neighbour. Moreover, the room had a few ants on the table. Lastly, this hotel does not have a moveable showerhead in the toilet, but only a rain shower. However, service provided by staff was good.

We stayed at Trove Hotel JB for one night on a whim to avoid traffic. It’s a comfy 4-star hotel, and the extra bed we ordered was set up quickly.
I rated cleanliness a 4 out of 5. While the room was generally tidy, there was litter under the beds, and the toilet corners had some dirt. It’s a bit disappointing since the hotel is relatively new. But overall, I’d stay here again if needed.

Un peu de distance de marche des restaurants. Bazar Karat juste en face. Très belle vue. La chambre est très spacieuse. (On se sent un peu vide 😅) Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas correctement. Dans l'ensemble, un assez bon séjour pour le prix. Une meilleure propreté avec une bonne sécurité car une carte d'accès est nécessaire pour entrer dans le hall de l'hôtel.

A decent stay for one night. Just that the hotel is a little rundown, the bed and toilet was old but was clean. We took the room that have the seaview and it was beautiful. But, it was abit noisy throughout the night from the disco sound. Package included the buffet breakfast but variety was limited.. Book a grab to city square was about RM9, 10 mins drive.
So for less than SGD55 a night, I would say it was reasonable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Capri by Fraser JB. The location is great, it’s just a quick Grab ride from the CIQ. Being so close to City Square Mall and Komtar JBCC was very convenient for shopping and dining. The staff were incredibly welcoming and check-in was smooth. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free stay near the border.

Pour un voyageur solo, cet espace est petit mais suffisant. Propre. Ils ont un sèche-cheveux, une brosse à dents, une serviette et des cintres. Eau chaude et froide, pommeau de douche fixe et puissant. Réceptionniste très sympathique. Il serait bon de fournir des chaussons. Et l'oreiller peut être meilleur !
À proximité, le nasi lemak hantu, le café starter, le délice de gaufres et le mamalicious kueh sont bons !

Le service client était agréable et les personnels étaient très aimables, ce qui m'a fait sentir vraiment bienvenu. J'aimais aussi le lobby, c'était très invitant. La chambre était propre et confortable, le séjour était confortable.

We had an excellent stay! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were well-made and the overall ambiance of the room felt relaxing after a long day.
The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our stay—lots of variety and everything tasted fresh. We especially enjoyed the selection of local dishes and the drinks section.
Service was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The facilities were well-maintained, and overall the stay was definitely worth it. Would happily return again!

TTezza5130We weren't planning on staying overnight in JB but life happens and we needed a room for 2 nights. Trip.com came through for us and when we got to this hotel, the staff at Doubletree, especially ROZLIN and MOHAR from their Careline department, were SUPER helpful and kind. Their level of care for their guests was truly impressive and it was evident to us that this is part of their culture and we extended our stay for a 3rd night as a result. Doubletree by Hilton Johor Bahru is now our top choice for JB!

AAidaLizLe séjour de Fraser Puteri est très relaxant et refroidissant.
La chambre était très spacieuse et les lits étaient incroyablement confortables, ce qui facilite la détente et la bonne nuit de repos. L'environnement seren a créé une atmosphère calme et pacifique, parfaite pour tout le monde qui cherche à échapper à la rush et juste à se détendre.
Si vous avez besoin d'un repos tranquille avec le confort et de beaux moments naturels, Fraser Puteri Harbour est une excellente option.

PPollyanna PoonOverall experience was good. Quiet ambience. A very convenient location as we took a direct bus from Boon Lay to Aeon Mall and the hotel was just a 5 mins walk. Besides Aeon Mall, there also various eateries within walking distance. Our family would definitely consider staying at this hotel in the future.

The dinner set could have been better, it was clearly indicated that a main, soup, drink and dessert would be about 35rm nett, but when we enquired, they said we had to add on for the dessert. It was clearly stated but i didn't feel like arguing because the food wasn't very great so I just left.
The receptionist and everyone else was good, breakfast was okay, no other complaints aside from the above.

悠悠哉闲哉C'était ma 3e réservation ici. Bien que généralement bien, ce séjour était terrible. La carte clé était dans une caisse de verrouillage cassé, et sans internet de lobby, je ne pouvais contacter personne. Pour empêcher cela, le parking était dans un endroit séparé.

We were told that our room would take an extra 30 minutes for birthday decorations, but we were taken aback that the towel decorations alone took 30 minutes to set up. We also requested connecting rooms, but since we had booked king rooms, they were unable to change one of our king rooms to a twin and told us to rebook.
However, the rooms are big, spacious, and clean. They come with a sofa that can fit an adult to rest on. The pool and the small playground next to it were great for keeping our kids entertained.
The breakfast spread was good, with a lot of choices. Location-wise, it is very good. There were supermarkets, plenty of food options (many outside the hotel), and even a laundromat.

Sent a series of pictures and videos, shock to see they asked for deposit and my passport photo as part of their requirements. I’m not comfortable with that.
Drivers beware: This unit located at B1-2 is damn troublesome. I had to park outside the gantry and walked all the way to the end of the building (approx 200m one way) to get the card. The guard weren’t familiar with such arrangement had to call another guard over to assist in order to let me into the mailroom to retrieve the access card.
After that had to walk all the way back again to the entrance. When I drove to the gantry, the access card didn’t work, guard had to come over again to assist. End up found out it’s because the previous user did not “tap out” so we can’t “tap in”.
The wayfinding in the carpark is worse ever. Don’t know where to go up, don’t know where to exit. Turn round and round the entire carpark to find and realised it’s in the middle of nowhere.
Now for the accommodation itself, it’s decent. Towels were provided. No toothbrush provided but 8 combs provided instead (pic). The cups were damn disgusting (pic).
Overall will not return as the carpark and checkin experience was really a huge turnoff.

SSchwarzmaSmall hotel located near a bunch of food, basic needs and hobby stores no less. Aircon was cold, water heater worked while shampoo, shower cap and dental kits provided. Hotel looks pretty old in some corner and the room floor looked a little dirty but was not sticky. Good if ur just looking for a place to crash but don't expect luxury. Overall a comfy and quiet place to stay

AahhyLes chambres sont très spacieuses avec plafonds élevés. La douche était l'accent. La seule question possible est que aucune salle de bain n'a été placée dans la chambre, sauf sèche-cheveux, serviettes et savons. Il pourrait être un mouvement de durabilité. Nous avons dû demander des brosses dentaires, des pâtes dentaires, de la laine de coton et des boutons qui sont rares pour un hôtel de marque de luxe. La salle de bains de change n'est pas non plus destinée à la douche complète, car il n'y a pas d'aménagements sauf pour les serviettes de piscine. Cependant, nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

However, the 2nd floor surface area is not even. Walk with caution. The door locking also seems to be outdated using physical key. Otherwise a very decent stay and walking distance to Sutera mall (less than 10min)
