The hotel is in a beautiful and peaceful location with convenient parking, making it a very pleasant stay. The only small drawback was that the check-in process took a bit longer since only one staff member was managing a large group. Otherwise, everything else was very nice and enjoyable.

7-11Jul25 was my 2nd time in All in Hotel this year, this time with my husband, mil & sil. All loved the stay, the clean room & toilet, the comfortable bed & pillows with clean linens, the attentive room service, last but not least the welcoming friendly staff.
My last visit with my sister was for an event in Apr2025. Told myself then that i will come back to All in Hotel again at my next visit & will recommend family & friends too.
We enjoyed very much the good coffee, croissant & breakfast set at the hotel's cafe.

Check in was fast with no dep charged. Hotel parking is limited in front of the hotel, but I was told if you come back late at night, guest can park behind the hotel. For some of the room, guest have to access through the door next to the restaurant(door can only be accessed using the access card). Only stairs available. Hotel is located on a shoplot with restaurant in the same row. Do note that the restaurant only opens in the morning til lunch. For dinner guest have to drive out. Room was small and basic, TV cannot be used, no channel is available. Towel was clean but very dated and in need of changed with thread coming out at the other end. Same goes to pillow cases which turned yellowish. Toilet was OK with good water pressure. However cleanliness could be improved (there's cigarette leftover under the sink) location wise was great, right in front of the Jetty Kuala Perlis where people took ferry to langkawi. Good for 1 night night stay for guest going/coming back from langkawi. 20 mins drive to Kangar.

The hotel booked was in a very strategic and convenient location — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made traveling around so easy and enjoyable. Really satisfied with the booking process and overall experience! Terbaikkk 👍👍

It’s actially bad at all for a 3-star hotel! The location is super strategic, making it easy to get around.
I booked the deluxe room, and it was very spacious, which was perfect for a family of four. The cleanliness was and there’s also a smart TV too!
The hotel also provides useful utilities like an iron and a hairdryer, which was really convenient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay. Would recommend!

PPhilip06The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful.
The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.

Pour l' amélioration :
1. Fournir 2 dans 1 sachet de café 2 paquets au lieu de 1 seulement.
2. Pour fournir un étireur de café . eau chaude nous devons prendre de l'extérieur du même étage par covoie. Comment étirer le café. Nous ne sommes jamais d'étireur. Au moins étirer en bois.
