Excellent breakfast, excellente ligne suédoise, excellent service, chambre et vue sur la chambre est excellent. Hôtel pour affaires, conférences, grands événements sont excellents. Il est attendu qu'il soit à grande échelle.

Positive: Clean and today appearance. friendly staff. Bottomless soda/ice and regular water. Ice machine on ground floor. Easy access to central town and the highway. Simple book in/check in process. Bar on ground floor.
Negative: No elevator. A little expensive for what it is(an ocean view with breakfast is the same price). No fridge or microwave in the room makes bringing your own food complicated. McDonalds is your immediate neighbor but your only option in safe walking distance. Nearly no soundproofing.

Before I arrived in Durban, I was always told about how dangerous the place can be. I don’t felt anything dangerous during my time. The hotel property are guarded with spike on the floor to prevent car from force entry. Entry and exit of the property, the driver are required to produce identity both in and out. I guess this all actions made us feels safe. We have a driver whom drove of to a nearby 4-6 minutes Nandos to buy takeaway. So can’t comment on the safety of the trip.
That’s a hourly rate car rental CLIQ which I believe you can prearrange to pick up on the hotel itself. Hotel does provide some tour packages. And if you need to leave your hotel early and unable to have breakfast, they can prepack for you and by far, it’s the most sumptuous packet breakfast I’ve ever received of the 80+ countries I’ve visited! Their service is good as well!

Very average service received. Room service closes at 11pm!!! Why offer it then? At least 2am gives you a chance should you miss the normal restaurants that close at around 11pm. Sad that a simple request for X2 decent size glasses and some ice can't be followed or done at 11:30pm... Instead I received 1 glass and absolutely no mention of the ice... It's the little things that make the stay enjoyable.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to the beach. Unfortunately the room itself was very small, especially for the price being charged. Breakfast was also limited. Service at the hotel was good though. Good food available 24/7 via room service. Had an amazing mutton bunny at 1am that really hit the spot!!!

Tout était étonnant... chambres propres, lits confortables, chambres spéciales, belles vues avec un énorme balcon 10/10. Je reviendrai certainement ici. La sécurité et la nettoyage des dames étaient amicales. Le seul désagréable que j'ai est le temps de check-out! Ils vont venir baiser sur votre porte à 10h ***!

Merci beaucoup à l'hôtel de pavillon pour un moment si merveilleux.Le personnel était gentil et ami, les chambres sont propres et confortables il y a parking aussi le personnel au bar sont amazing.a bar fridge et une micro-ondes auraient été gentils mais il est ok

TTraveldairies.A good place to be with a beautiful view.... ”The View” as its name . Closer to a shopping complex , gas station, 5min drive to the beach, closer to the beach there also restaurantswhere you can dine whole having the beach view, Toti Beach. its also closer to galleria Mall.
The place is too steep so be ready for that... Their food is delicious, we had dinner there at their restaurant called Giorgios but its expensive I must say. Not sure about their breakfast and lunch though.
Staff and reception is just ok. I had requested them to add a crib bed for a child and upon arrival they told us that the storeroom is closed because we arrived at 6pm so it's too late.
We then asked them to give us atleast a bedsheets or any linen so we can make a plan for our son, they said ok but never pitched , nothin, not even getting back to us to say what could be the matter. We asked again the following day, they took four hours to bring a bedsheets.
Bottom line is if you have a child do not, I repeat DO NOT book that place because they will lie straight to your face saying they could not reach you since you booked via an APP.
I'm not sure whetherI want to talk about their kitchen in the rooms. You will have to call them now and again to bring things and they take 3 to 4hours just for a simple thing like a spoon.
One thing I can say is they don't listen and listening means you respect your business and your clients
I flew from overseas to rest and have a good time and have treat ourselves since they have a spar but I ended up canceling my plans for a spa because I didn't want additional dissapointments.
The rest I don't even want to mention...and that is my experience after paying so much Money and looking forward to a good vacation 😌 BUT...

Their room was absolutely beautiful, clean and what a breathtaking view of the ocean! Truly amazing and relaxing stay - a home away from home in an abundance of excellence! The sound of the ocean and balcony view was one of many highlights that made this stay truly unforgettable!
The food was exquisite, with dinner and breakfast being another highlight of their stay. But what truly made their experience special was the attention to detail and the way the hotel celebrated their anniversary in grandeur. The gifts, chocolates, flowers, and balloons were a lovely touch that made the occasion truly unforgettable.
My parents were blown away by the hotel's excellence and the staff's dedication to providing a memorable experience. They left with lifelong memories and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay. Five stars isn't enough – this hotel deserves a glowing review!

IInvitéThe hotel is in a great location and the staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't particularly like the restaurant/ room service menu as it ONLY had milkshakes on their drinks menu. You have to inquire about other drinks like wine, juices, coffee etc. It would be nicer if all the drinks prices were listed. The kettle in my room was dirty but housekeeping and the front desk were apologetic and replaced it with a clean kettle quickly. Every cafe or restaurant around the hotel opens at 9a.m, so I recommend paying for the hotel breakfast buffet if you're an early bird like me. I learnt about loadshedding after coming back from a day out and finding no power except a light and the tv in my room. For foreign guests who don't know about it, it might be a nice touch if the hotel could place the loadshedding schedule in guest rooms so it doesn't come as an unwelcome surprise. The bed was comfy and the wifi was usually fast. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel.

PPinkGirlLe New Hotel dispose de la meilleure chambre, de la piscine, du paysage et de la localisation. Thami , Sbo et Giraad ont toujours été utiles et ont fait de leur mieux pour nous accueillir et nous rendre confortables. Notre chambre - 100A (séparée de l'hôtel principal, qui était étonnant, puisqu'il avait la vue du jardin et notre propre parking et espace), n'avait pas de couverture wifi. Si vous n'avez pas de données ou une carte SA Sim, ceci peut être une question.
Nous avons fait les activités suivantes, qui étaient toutes dans une proximité de 20 à 30 minutes.

2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat sanctuary
3. False Bay
4. Interaction éléphant de Bayete
C'était le meilleur moment de notre vie, car nous nous aimons très attentivement à la faune et à l'extérieur.

Cons: ce BnB sert de lieu de mariage (qui est exquis); cependant, le BnB ne devrait pas permettre aux particuliers de réserver une chambre si un mariage se déroule. J'ai choisi cette BnB à proximité de l'aéroport mais je n'ai pas eu un coup de sommeil car la fête de mariage a été effectuée dans les heures précoces et les chambres n'étaient pas acoustiques.
J'ai particulièrement réservé ce BnB comme il a annoncé qu'il avait un transbordeur aéroportuaire. Cependant, je suis déçu de savoir que BnB ne le fait pas en fait - ils appellent un service de navette qui charge un ridicule R600 pour une vingtaine de minutes de route à l'aéroport!

IInvitéLe site est un franc, donc j'attendais plus, nous avons fait un voyage au milieu du mois, nous n'avons jamais été en mesure de répondre à nos besoins dès le début, en raison de mauvaises gestions et de règles ridicules. Nous avons demandé d'être mis à niveau dans une salle de vue sur la mer parce que l'hôtel était vide ils ont menti et dit qu'il est plein. J'ai demandé d'être aidée à organiser un picnic romantique sur la plage, ils m'ont offert une aide mais m'ont fait attendre une quantité ridicule de temps, donc je l'ai laissé hors de moi ils étaient réticents à me aider à tous les services exigent un grand temps d'attente, même des choses simples. Le personnel était gentil, mais il a essayé d'aider à être réglé par des règles inhabitées. L'accès à la plage était la meilleure partie. Le petit déjeuner était aussi bon. Je ne reviendrai jamais !

IInvitéWe arrived late and had some trouble getting in the gate but as soon as I emailed and my husband honked the gates opened. We were greeted at the door and were helped with our bags. Was a beautiful home and we were in a double room for me my husband my step daughter her fiancé and one year old daughter so a bit squishy but slept the night very well in comfy beds. We had to leave early and they let me use their kitchen to make smoothies for my husband and I. My step daughter and her little family stayed for the breakfast which they enjoyed, very sweet little dining room, lovely communal areas to gather in. We found ourselves the only ones using these. Would be very happy to return if ever passing through the bay again.
