Hôtel excellent, très propre et personnel accueillant. Le parking est abordable : 23 $ pour 24 heures. Si vous prévoyez de stationner plusieurs fois par jour, vous pouvez acheter un ticket à la réception. Sinon, le tarif est de 23 $ par stationnement. Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

I've never stayed in a school residence before, but with my frequent travels, I eventually got tired of staying in hotels and motels and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, my arrival was not smooth. My Lyft driver dropped me off at the wrong building, and I had a lot of luggage with me. There weren't many students around since it was summer, and no one I asked could give me clear directions to the correct building. When I finally arrived, the front desk told me this apparently happens quite often with Uber/Lyft drivers. My first impression of the residence was that it was quiet and clean. Unfortunately, the elevators had broken down about 20 minutes before my arrival, something I likely would have avoided had I not been dropped off at the wrong building. Front desk staff member Jessica kindly helped carry my luggage up to my room on the 4th floor. I assume this was not part of her job, and I really appreciated her help. In fact, nearly every front desk staff member I encountered during my stay was exceptionally kind and helpful, more so than staff at some upscale hotels I've stayed at. The unit looked smaller than it appeared in the photos, but that's almost always the case, and I still had more than enough space for my needs. The bedroom had very high ceilings, which helped the room feel open and not cramped. Only two hangers were provided, but I travel with folding travel hangers so it wasn't an issue. The large desk was especially useful since I work remotely. The bed was simple but clean, and once I figured out which pillows worked best for me, I slept well. The kitchenette was dated but clean and included a microwave and a full-sized refrigerator with a freezer. The empty refrigerator was somewhat unstable and would shift forward slightly when opened, but otherwise I had no complaints. The bathroom was small, especially the shower stall. Water pressure was good and drainage worked well. My main complaint was the shower curtain, which was so long that it frequently blocked the drain. The sink also drained slowly. The towel rack was loose, and the towels were thin and smelled strongly of vinegar, but they were clean and absorbent. The residence was generally quiet. The walls seemed fairly thin, although no worse than many hotels. There was nearby construction early in the morning, one instance of drilling at 7 AM, and a child crying each morning for a couple of days. None of it significantly affected my stay. I usually keep my home between 19-20C, yet I often found myself cold in the unit and ended up turning off the AC most of the time. The gym on the 4th floor was clean and quiet, although I think cleaning wipes and hand sanitizer should be available. Access also required a staff member to unlock the door, which seemed unnecessary since room-key access would make more sense. There is also a communal kitchen with a stove, oven, and full-sized refrigerator. A movie theatre, games room with a pool table, and meeting room are also available. The only downside is that most amenities require staff assistance for access. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. The building was clean and generally quiet, the room provided everything I needed for a working stay, and the staff delivered excellent service. While there were a few minor maintenance issues and some inconveniences regarding amenity access, none were significant enough to negatively impact my stay. Most importantly, I enjoyed my stay enough that I've already decided to return.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est acceptable, mais il n'est pas recommandé de rester si vous n'avez pas de voiture. Le petit déjeuner est simple et il n'y a aucun problème à manger complet. Le ventilateur d'extraction de la salle de bain semble trop bruyant. L'hôtel devrait-il le remplacer ? Le lit était haut et moelleux et je ne me sentais pas à l'aise.

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel. C'était pour le travail. J'ai toujours eu une chambre acceptable pour une personne. Cette fois-ci, on était deux. La chambre était trop petite : on avait du mal à se déplacer. Les fenêtres n'étaient pas calfeutrées et le vent y entrait par les fentes. On avait beau augmenter le chauffage sans résultat. Le chauffage est une autre affaire ! C'est une tour où sont installés et le chaffage et la clim. La ventilateur de la clim fonctionne en permanence; il n'y a pas moyen de l'arrêter, ce qui empêche la chambre de se réchauffer. La chambre est bryante et le problème des fenêtres la rend encore plus bryante.

Installations: l'hôtel est ancien et il y a beaucoup de restaurants autour de lui. Il y a un parc aquatique dans l'hôtel. Il peut prendre des enfants pour jouer. Mais il est comparable à un parc aquatique dans la grande ville nationale. Santé: la chambre est propre, mais l'eau dans le paradis aquatique n'est pas très propre. Environnement: l'hôtel est plus ancien, le parking est perçu à l'extérieur, le restaurant environnant est nombreux, mais le parking est plus difficile. L'isolation sonore de la chambre de l'hôtel est particulièrement mauvaise. Il y a un chaud à la nuit, la neige est très épais, mais quel prix il faut pour cette vélo Service: Aucun service, pas de bagages, mais! C'est ce prix, ne pas faire de vélo.

L'hôtel est très bien situé pour faire du tourisme, et la vue sur la Tour CN depuis la chambre est magnifique. Je remercie également le personnel de la réception pour leur gentillesse.

Au départ, le clavier de notre chambre était déchargé, mais le personnel, très aimable, nous a aidés et nous a immédiatement fourni une autre chambre, sans attente. Le personnel était très serviable et poli. Hôtel parfait, à l'écart des foules de touristes. Le parking sur place coûte 15 $ supplémentaires. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. Il n'y a ni fumée ni odeur désagréable dans les chambres. Les chambres avec balcon offrent une vue. La vue donne sur la rivière et une partie des chutes. Hôtel exceptionnel ! Les prix sont élevés le week-end, mais sinon, c'est mieux que les grandes chaînes hôtelières. L'hôtel était un véritable havre de paix.

Clerk was friendly and expedient with check in. The room was as expected and they provided parking for my truck and trailer. Overall I had a good experience.

L'hôtel semble être un magnifique logement de montagne. Tout était très propre et la chambre était incroyablement spacieux. 15 minutes à pied de la voie ferrée inclinée vers les tombeaux. Excellent sur le restaurant site.

I booked the hotel because it came up as having an airport shuttle. However, you can not use it as a park and fly location. I had to book a separate park and fly location which ended up cost me just as much as the hotel night. Which we only stayed for 5 hours.
