Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

Very nice hotel with spacious and nice rooms. The breakfast was awesome with many hot and cold options. The hotel is in a safe area, it’s just a bit outside of visiting areas, but with taxis and Ubers it’s not an issue. And the shuttle service to/from the airport is a real + The staff were lovely too. Recommend the place

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

Our experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

Hôtel du centre-ville établi de longue date (à ne pas confondre avec son homonyme l'hôtel Tequendama, situé à un pâté de maisons). L'emplacement est pratique pour accéder aux transports en commun et à l'aéroport - même si cela peut au début sembler un peu intimidant, surtout la nuit, lorsque le quartier est beaucoup plus calme et qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options pour se restaurer. L'hôtel lui-même propose des chambres spacieuses de style suite qui, bien qu'un peu datées, sont bien entretenues et très propres. Je n'ai pas non plus entendu de bruit de la part des autres clients. Le WiFi était un peu irrégulier et l'eau chaude pouvait prendre un certain temps à fonctionner (peut-être parce que j'étais à un étage supérieur). Le petit-déjeuner était copieux avec un certain nombre de plats locaux, qui pour moi étaient un peu lourds - donc peut-être que des options plus légères pourraient être envisagées. Je n'ai pas utilisé la salle de sport ni le spa, donc je ne peux pas commenter. Enfin, tout le personnel avec lequel j'ai eu des contacts était très accessible et professionnel. Je communiquais généralement en espagnol, mais je pense que le personnel de la réception avait au moins des compétences en anglais. Dans l'ensemble, je considère que l'hôtel offrait un bon rapport qualité-prix pour le prix que j'ai payé (environ 43 £ par nuit)

Le personnel n'était pas très aimable mais le lit et la douche étaient super. Je suis un peu déçu que le minibar dans la chambre soit vide/indisponible. J'aimerais que la viande cuite soit disponible pour le petit déjeuner comme vous l'attendait d'un Hilton. Le service de l'aéroport était très bon. Pour l'argent, il est plus décent que le Wyndham que j'ai séjourné la dernière fois à Bogota.

Dans la région des riches, dans le bâtiment de bureau, il y a des plats japonais, des plats mexicains, des plats locaux du Sud-Amérique, très pratique, le service est gentil et attentif. Recommandé.

J'avais toujours été très bien dans cet hôtel, tout le monde avait été si gentil et respectable jusqu'au 3 décembre 2023 à la sortie, quand la réceptionniste vulnérable et désagréable face à une erreur que nous n'avons pas commis, Parce que, selon elle, le paiement n'avait pas été effectué avant le check-in, il appelait la police, le jour où nous sommes arrivés, nous nous interrogions sur le fait que le paiement avait été effectué et nous avions reçu un avis favorable. Nous avons alors proposé d'envoyer un lien de paiement mais ils n'ont pas fait ça pour le faire et ils n'ont pas fait ça, mais cette fille a été une verdure, nous criant et nous améliorant devant les autres invités qui faisaient leur check-out, Il n'est pas une personne qui est capable de traiter des êtres humains, il ne connaît pas de décence moins de attention à la clientèle. Il est supposé qu'il y ait une personne efficace et respectueuse dans une réception, mais cette femme n'a pas de décence ou d'éducation. D'autre part, je voudrais faire une remarque particulière à la fille qui a été chargée du restaurant Dyana qui, si elle devait être en poste de réception, car c'est la personne la plus décente et la plus aimable, Toujours en attente de tout et avec tout son charisme, il me porte 10/10, ce si vous êtes personnel de qualité, comme pour Carlos il boutons qui est rempli de bonté et d'efficacité. Je vous recommande de être plus efficaces à fournir. Pour vos clients, il n'y avait pas de clients qui puissent établir un lien de paiement ou qui puissent surveiller la sécurité de l'hôtel.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.
