Hôtels avec parking à Staffordshire, Royaume-Uni

Lovely hotel plenty of space in rooms & public areas.  two negatives. One was the request for £5 on arrival for parking which I didn’t know about or perhaps I didn’t see on the reservation.  Sunday breakfast was the usual late rush of people coming down. The buffet wasn’t being replenished so I had hard fried eggs.  Self Service tea and coffee I guess is a necessity but I would prefer a jug of hot water and a pot of tea.

Staff is friendly and make us feel welcomed. Hotel’s facility is Morden and nice. Breakfast hot item isovercooked a little bit but all others is ok.

La chambre était petite, mais elle avait tout besoin.  La seule chose qui a laissé tomber cette visite était que l'aircondition n'est pas en service et n'est pas en service depuis des mois. J'ai appelé la réception avant de réserver, et ils ont dit comment le con fonctionnait, mais quand je suis arrivé, ils ont dit que « ils peuvent travailler, dans certaines chambres », mais ne travaillaient pas dans nos.  Mais dans l'ensemble, c'était un hôtel confortable et confortable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, the experience fell below expectations. From the beginning, the staff didn’t seem as attentive as they should be. Although they were polite when approached directly, there was a noticeable lack of initiative, and at times it felt as though guests were left to figure things out on their own. The room itself had several issues that really shouldn’t be overlooked. The toilet seat wasn’t fitted properly, and on top of that, the toilet flush was wonky and didn’t work as smoothly as it should. These are basic facilities that need to function correctly for a comfortable stay. The shower also had mould on the silicone, which was disappointing and raised concerns about the level of maintenance and cleanliness. Another issue was the cutlery provided in the room. It was dirty on arrival, which immediately created doubt about the overall hygiene standards. Small details like this make a big difference in how confident and comfortable a guest feels. While the hotel has potential in terms of layout and amenities, these issues made the stay far less enjoyable. I genuinely hope management addresses these concerns so future guests can have a much better experience.

We booked to stay here as we had a daytime function nearby. We had a few hotels as options and chose here as it was a special occasion and this felt like a treat. We all arrived at different times to get changed before leaving and said we all felt like we were an inconvenience from the moment we arrived. The staff weren't friendly or very helpful. We arrived back from our function at 7.30pm and checked in, there was a change in staff but not a change in customer service. We asked if we could get food from the restaurant and was told we couldn't because of ”everything else going on” which we assume was a wedding nor could we order room service. We asked if we were allowed to go for a drink in the bar and they said we could if we ”could find a table”. We weren't informed of where breakfast was, the times or when check out was. We went out for food in the end, but be mindful there isn't anything particularly nearby so it was a challenge with taxis but we found somewhere to eat easy enough (and had a lovely time). The hotel itself is beautiful as are the grounds so we were really disappointed that the service didn't match it.

Nous aimerions vraiment rester ici, si seulement pour une seule nuit pour rompre le voyage de soir du sud au nord-ouest, en prenant notre voyage de nouveau le matin suivant. Notre dernière visite a été la première à utiliser notre nouvelle EV (à nous), de sorte que charger sur le site a prouvé anxiété calmant et très efficace - bien que coûteux! Lors de l'arrivée au poste de réception, le personnel était plus intéressé par le football et je suis dit d'attendre qu'ils regardent le football ! ! Le centre-ville est un centre de recherche et de recherche. L'hôtel dispose d'un patrimoine incroyable et la chambre partage cet patrimoine, je souhaite que le personnel réserve du temps pour le football et a effectué des contrôles réguliers sur le site chaque jour.

A great little place with a lovely swimming pool. Enough activities to keep our 8 year old daughter happy. Lovely family time together in a very clean and well equipped lodge.

Back ina time it was really great hotel and now it is till they need little bit renovation but trust me it’s a great hotel nice swimming pool you have to have swimming cap and googles to swim which was not told before and I don’t think k this is right but service rooms breakfast location is all great another thing I do t like they took deposit which didn’t make sense and they haven’t returned yet

Great receptionist who was very welcoming and friendly. Good location for access to the A500 and A34 roads as well as a bus stop only a 5 minute walk away. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is very dated and lack on soundproofing between the rooms is a major issue. I could hear the guy in the room below talking and could also hear the room next door opening and closing their toilet seat! I was awoken at 1am with an inconsiderate neighbour with their tv on very loud and coughing loudly. There is a main wing and smaller wing to the side. I stayed on the 1st floor in the main wing but I would recommend you ask for the 1st floor in the small wing to minimise the number of people around you and source of external noise. View from the room was nice however.
