We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel was less than ideal. The staff were very kind and helped us with recommendations of what to do in the city, however the hotel itself was very disappointing. The room had many things that were broken. The sink was falling off, the shower was dirty and broken, the closet door was broken and peeling. The swimming pool was not clean. The breakfast was almost inedible. The first day my egg was completely raw and the second day there was a hair baked into my pastry. We were honestly so upset about the state of the hotel, it looked so nice on the pictures and it did not live up to what we expected. Especially for the price we paid, this was unbelievable.

Visited Ioaninna and King Pyrros provided everything I expected. We spent a couple of nights and had a pleasant stay. Service at the front desk was attentive and prompt. The bedroom had all basic amenities including a fridge and AC. The drainage and general condition of the bathroom could have been better but the bedroom was totally satisfactory. Municipal parking nearby. A great bakery, Mikels Coffee and 2 brilliant ice cream shops within 1 minute walk. It's a slightly longer walk to the fortress but it's certainly a scenic one.

L'hôtel semble tout simplement étoile dans une vieille maison de ville très proche du centre-ville. Le parking est possible directement à l'encontre de l'hôtel. Beau chambre aménagée, immaculate propre, lit confortable - grand personnel amiable. Petit déjeuner était bon, également. Très recommandé!

The Dioni is like a jewelled oasis in the middle of Preveza. The public spaces are interesting and elegant. The pool is small but pretty and the lady who attends for towels and drinks is lovely. In fact all the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was a good selection of hot and cold items. I would easily recommended this hotel. Thank you Dioni for a great stay.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre a été très calme et a été très calme, avec un balcon avec une vue magnifique et un son de la cloche des chèvres du matin et du soir.

La qualité de la décoration est très bonne, le mobilier et la décoration sont tous en bois massif, et le lobby luxueux est de très bon goût. Même s'il est touché par l'épidémie, il n'y a pas beaucoup de convives, mais le copieux petit-déjeuner conserve tout de même la qualité d'un hôtel cinq étoiles.

Personnel super amical. J'ai demandé une chambre tranquille et mon souhait a été respecté. La chambre était assez spacieuse avec une vue sur le lac. Eau chaude 24/7. Mini frigo également dans la chambre. Le lit était confortable. Le seul négatif pour moi était le petit déjeuner qui n'avait pas d'options chaudes/soufflées comme les morceaux, les œufs, le pain toast, etc.

Love, love, love this place. Plan to come back winter to experience the winter vibe. Hosts are exceptional, old world charm feeling. We had a fire place and balcony with amazing rural view. Would rate as one of the best places that I have stayed. Can’t wait to head back.
