Had an absolutely amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton! (Lagoi Bay) From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a lovely staff member who welcomed us with a refreshing drink and snack it is such a thoughtful start to our stay. I had requested a birthday celebration for my friend, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make it truly special. Everything was beautifully planned and executed, from the setup to the little surprises, it was clear how much heart they put into it. My friend was genuinely touched, and it made her birthday so unforgettable. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, and the amenities were equally impressive. The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and filled with warm hospitality. Huge thanks to the sweetest hotel team, we’ll definitely be back again for another staycation!

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Il nous a toujours accueillis avec un grand sourire et a été super utile avec tout ce qu'on avait besoin pendant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner était très impressionnant il y avait tellement d'options à choisir, et tout goûtait frais et délicieux. C'est certainement l'un des meilleurs petits-déjeuners d'hôtel que j'ai eu en un moment ! La chambre est très confortable, propre et confortable, avec tout ce qu'il nous faut pour un séjour relaxant. Globalement, tout sur ce lieu était tout simplement parfait. Grand service, grand repas, grande localisation. Merci beaucoup à Agus et à l'équipe pour faire de notre séjour un tel mémorable. L'hôtel est un hôtel de qualité, et il est très bon de se rendre à l'hôtel. Par rapport à d'autres hôtels avec saunas, le prix ici était très raisonnable compte tenu des équipements et des environs luxueux qui m'ont fait choisir cet hôtel. Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très important de se rendre à l'intérieur de la ville. La chambre était propre, standard 5-star, avait un bain, la télévision fonctionnait parfaitement, et j'étais très excité et heureux dans l'ensemble. Les installations et l'environnement de l'hôtel étaient aussi beaux et impressionnants – le lobby était élégant et exclusif, la zone de levage qui mène aux chambres était spacieuse et luxueuse, la piscine était grande et belle, le café était large avec de délicieux aliments , et des services de spa payés étaient également disponibles. En résumé, tout était beau et luxueux, et je suis très satisfait – certainement une séjour à la valeur de l'argent. Le seul défaut n'était pas en mesure d'expérimenter la sauna. C'est ça. 4/5 étoiles. Suivez le haut.

my second stay at this hotel, decent location, A2 just next door, 3mins walk to grand batam mall, si fang yuan dim sum and infinity massage just right opposite, short walking distance to pure, after work and spring massage too, not noisy at night for my room and we got free upgrade to suite during our stay. It was my birthday on last day of my stay with this hotel. come to my surprise that the hotel arrange a cake with candle while i having my bf. Thank you for the warm act to your guest, the birthday song and all the wishes, it make my birthday day even more memorable. thank you for the surprise arrangement, we appreciated it.

Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

Morning view from the hotel room. Only concern I have is that I have requested additional small bottles of water but was being rejected and need to pay. Even though the rooms comes with 2 free bottles per day per room. The aircon is quite noisy and maybe need regular maintenance. 🧑🔧 took a while for the aircon to be cold enough for the room too. Recommended to stay here as it is very convenient too.

Harris Nagoya is a new hotel in Batam. It is situated next to Nagoya Hill mall, placed within a cluster of other hotels with bustling food and amenities all around. The hotel is modern and impeccably spotless. The staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast service is fast, efficient and offers a decent variety of delicious food, pastries, fruits etc. The only thing I would highlight is that the gym is not in the building itself and is not yet open. However, that didn’t dampen my experience at all. All in all, a 5/5 experience

Il n'y avait pas de nettoyage de la chambre après que je leur ai dit de venir. retour un peu plus tard, car nous n'étions pas encore prêts à partir pour le jour. Autrement, l'emplacement est le facteur le plus important de rester ici, car il est à une distance de marche à tout ce que vous pouvez vouloir. Les boutiques de confort pour les boissons, car l'eau de boisson n'est pas boissonable.

Overall is good. Only a bit disappointed is they forgot to decorate or provide birthday amenities for my son. When check in reception counter tell me there is birthday deco in my son room, in the end nothing. But I will be back again for my next visit. 😀

Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!
