Had an absolutely amazing stay at Four Points by Sheraton! (Lagoi Bay) From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a lovely staff member who welcomed us with a refreshing drink and snack it is such a thoughtful start to our stay. I had requested a birthday celebration for my friend, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make it truly special. Everything was beautifully planned and executed, from the setup to the little surprises, it was clear how much heart they put into it. My friend was genuinely touched, and it made her birthday so unforgettable. The service throughout our stay was top-notch, and the amenities were equally impressive. The entire experience was smooth, relaxing, and filled with warm hospitality. Huge thanks to the sweetest hotel team, we’ll definitely be back again for another staycation!

I had such an amazing experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — especially Agus, who went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. He always greeted us with a big smile and was super helpful with everything we needed throughout our stay. The breakfast was seriously impressive — there were so many options to choose from, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. You can really tell they put effort into making sure guests start the day right. Definitely one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in a while! The location is very strategic, close to everything — shopping, restaurants, and main attractions — which made it so convenient to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, everything about this place was just perfect. Great service, great food, great location. A big thanks to Agus and the team for making our stay such a memorable one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Il a séjourné 5 jours et 4 nuits. L'hôtel est vieux et gentil, mais toujours bien courant. La chambre est propre, la nourriture est limitée mais ok. Il y a des billards et une pièce de jeu amusant pour passer du temps avec les enfants. La piscine est toujours bonne, juste pas esthétique plus. Recommandé si vous avez juste besoin d'un endroit confortable pour dormir, pas pour la vue.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, pratique pour aller dans les centres commerciaux à proximité. Le personnel de l'hôtel était serviable et poli. Le petit déjeuner était également bon. La seule chose que je n'aime pas, c'est qu'il y avait une forte odeur de cigarette quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre, et je peux aussi sentir une odeur de cigarette car il y avait des clients qui fumaient à l'extérieur des chambres. Même au milieu de la nuit, je peux toujours être réveillé par l'odeur de cigarette ! Je suppose que l'hôtel doit s'améliorer à ce sujet, en particulier la direction de l'hôtel doit être prévenante lorsqu'il y a des familles qui ont amené leurs enfants pour le séjour à l'hôtel. déjà fumé à l'intérieur de la chambre ou fumé à l'extérieur des chambres. Here are my reviews for turi beach resort, as my first time solo travellers. The locals are nice, the location is good too. With welcome drinks once you check in the hotel( which i did not drink as i was busy checking in but looks delicious 🤤). It was good to unwind, to relax your mental health. The staff gave me a nice room which made me more appreciated. The only thing I'm not okay with is there is no lotion in the room which makes me a little bit sad as i expected to have one. But the overall experience is good. I love the place and the staff are friendliness. I also love the sunset and sunrise . Especially at the island bar restaurant.I will definitely come back there

Room 706 I wanted to share that despite this is a really old hotel you can tell that they trying to make little improvements for example I noticed that the curtains are new. I believed the all of the staffs are well trained - bellboy, recept. waitresses and even housekeeping staffs keep smiling at you welcoming you and always helpful really thumbs up. I observed also every detail they have done to keep every corner of the hotel clean and tidy . Restaurant food is also delicious. Despite limited choice of food, the food taste really not bad. I like it that they keep their pastries in the warmer to keep it fresh, Again despite the smaller size room, it’s so nice to have a side table and chair to have our meals, dressing table and chair, a place for baggage, so many hangers a pair of slippers, fridge also working. All that we need for a short stat really thoughtful of them. I also find the pillows and bed very good and I slept very well . Hotel is unblocked so the feelings is good. Sound prove also ok. Doorway is also very bright. Just 5 mins walk to grand Batam mall and the wet market A2 and Batam city mall where we had dim sum so yummy 1-2 improvements is that the aircon is really noisy. Thought the towels smells good but there is a bit of stain 😬

Very good location. Just stone’s throw from the hotel are the 60s tradition wet market, shops and malls to the new modern big malls. Big bright lobby with seats. Reasonable range and quality of food provided for breakfast buffet . Will be good if they provide the breakfast buffet as an option. Gave only 3 stars for cleanliness because we were given a smoking room even when we have booked a non-smoking room. The room has a weird smell even after they said they have cleaned it. They claimed all rooms were fully booked so can’t change. The hangers are those types that cannot be taken out and they were really built for tall people. Short people have difficulty hanging their clothes and if they are old, is “mission impossible”for them. No stools in the room to ease the challenge. The body soap and shampoo dispensers were difficult to press and only has very miserable drop being dispensed each time. Quality of the shampoo + conditioner (stated on the dispenser) is not good for female hair especially if is long.

The toiletries provided were very basic. The shower gel and shampoo had no noticeable fragrance and were not replenished after one night. The shampoo was also very drying; including a hair conditioner would greatly improve the experience. This is my second stay at Artotel, and unfortunately the floor mat is still stained, which gives a poor impression. Slippers were provided, but they were not disposable, making it unclear whether they were hygienically cleaned for the next guest On a positive note, the location is a plus, with convenient walking distance to the market, Grand Batam Mall, A2 Food Court, BCS, and other nearby amenities..

Absolutely incredible hotel experience! Stunning room with balcony overlooking the Singapore Strait. Several activities you can do, from eco golf to fishing and a movie night projected on to the side of the ship. The tour was excellent and all of the staff were great. I hired a motorbike through reception so I could explore the island - all organised very well, although 3x more expensive than say Thailand, Vietnam etc. The restaurant has a limited menu unless you are happy with local, mainly seafood dishes with a couple of western options and pizza. The drinks are expensive already, then they add 21% service and tax, again, significantly higher than what you would pay in similar SE Asian countries but I heard typical for Bintan. Buy your drinks from the convenience store in the ferry terminal - 4x cheaper than the hotel bar restaurant. They did say however that their profits are given to charity. Overall, I had an incredible stay here, excellent value, excellent location if you want to chill or explore the island (not suitable for walking) or just relaxing by the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Highly recommended, will 100% return and no need to look at any other hotel on Bintan!
