Hotel located at the heart of tokyo making it accessible to go anywhere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those who wants to stay in quiet area but still nearby to the city center should try this hotel. Recommended.

We had a great stay at Smile Hotel Sapporo. The location is excellent. It is close to entertainment areas, with easy access to the bus stop and subway station. The airport bus stop is also very close, just about a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, and the free amenities for guests were a nice bonus. The only thing I’d suggest is having a free water refill available. Overall, I love Japan, and you really can’t go wrong staying here.

L'hôtel est juste à l'opposé de la gare JR Hakodate. Le marché matinal est également juste à côté. La chambre est grande et ils ont servi un bon petit déjeuner. Souvenirs et boutiques cosmétiques attachés aux hôtels.

Positives: Free bike rentals, free karaoke room, free ping pong, free manga library, free soft drinks and free alcohol (Sochu and whiskey). Night time free ramen. Breakfast was good. Negatives: room a bit old, wifi was really bad (if you ask, front desk will give you a wifi extender, which will make it usable), around 12-14min walk from JR Hakodate The positives way outweigh the negatives. Would stay again 10/10, recommend just borrowing a bike and ride all around Hakodate and to get food

Warm and cozy retreat in snowy Sapporo” We had a wonderful stay at Keio Plaza Hotel. Even with heavy snow, the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with many local Hokkaido specialties. My mother loved the comfortable beds and the beautiful city views from our room.

This looks like a higher-tiered hotel, but the amenities they provided were sorely lacking. For example, they did not provide any lotion or emulsion or essence in the room or at the reception desk. And for the razor and hairbrush, they were chargeable. Even the onsen was chargeable too. I thought the onsen should be included in the stay. My child and I used it for three times and I had to pay more than 5,000 yen.

Seul le problème est qu'il n'y a pas de place allouée pour l'ouverture des bagages. Nous avons utilisé leur chaise pour le faire. La salle de bain est propre et agréable, mais malheureusement j'avais une cuillère dans la baignoire car elle était trop slipper. Je l'ai dit au gardien du foyer le lendemain et j'ai demandé qu'un mat de caoutchouc soit placé dans le tube mais elle ne semblait pas comprendre. A part cela, il s'agit d'un bon hôtel pour rester.
