Easy check in and check out, the size of the room is kinda small for the three of us but still very bearable, we need to open our luggage one by one, the bed is sooo good, i sleep easily every single day, we choose the economical package so they don't clean our room every single day but they will change towel and clean the trash if we put it outside the room the next day, the location is excellent is really near nijo market and near sapporo tv tower, also tanukikoji street

Nous avions initialement prévu de prendre la navette de l'aéroport jusqu'à la gare de Minami 3, l'hôtel étant juste à côté. Cependant, en raison d'une forte chute de neige, le service de navette a été suspendu. Nous avons donc pris le JR puis le métro. La station de métro de Susukino est très proche, permettant d'accéder facilement à toutes les attractions. Le seul inconvénient est que la plupart des stations de métro de Sapporo n'ont pas d'ascenseur pour remonter au niveau de la rue, ce qui est un vrai calvaire avec de gros bagages. Le petit-déjeuner proposait du riz au poisson cru (sashimi), ce qui est rare pour un hôtel de ce standing.

Really happy with the stay of 9 days there with this good rates. Room is spacious for 2 and the bathroom is very comfortable with great toilet facilities. It is way better than the photos online. You can drink the tap water directly as it is from the underground natural creek of various healthy minerals even though they provide free bottled snow mountain water every day.
Love the shuttle bus services provided from and to hotel on a quite frequent daily timetable easy for us to get to the ice sculpture festival at Odori, and JR station for transportation.
Ice cream and coffee jelly ice cream dessert is another reason to visit. Their buffet breakfast is hearty yet delicate very delicious.
Overall we have a great stay there and would recommend those travel to Sapporo.

L'emplacement est très bien situé, à proximité de la rue Tanukikoji.
Pour les personnes venant en voiture, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking ; le tarif est de 1 800 JPY, plus 300 JPY de taxe par personne.
J'avais réservé une chambre triple, composée de deux lits simples et d'un lit superposé.
Mon arrivée était prévue le 11 avril. Sans doute parce que c'était encore l'hiver, la chambre n'était équipée que du chauffage, sans climatisation, ce qui la rendait très étouffante. J'espère que l'hôtel pourra bientôt proposer la climatisation.
J'ai été très satisfaite que l'hôtel fournisse du sel de bain ; j'ai beaucoup aimé son parfum de lavande.

We were a family of 3. Room was spacious enough for our 3 luggages. TV also had information regarding the status of the onsen and washing machine which was a nice touch. The counter staff also spoke good English and were generally very helpful. The free drinks in the lounge and bottled water in the room were very welcome too.

Our stay at Premier Hotel Nakajima Park was absolutely wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the park. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the subway and city attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Decent budget stay – you get what you pay for. Room was clean, basic, and functional.
Location is superb: right across from Train Station, with a tram stop very close by.
Downside: my room was in the South Block, so I had to pass the smoking area (just an open space with plastic sheets) every time I used the elevator. Despite an air purifier, the cigarette smell was strong and unpleasant. Not ideal for non-smokers.

JJesscacaLe parking est situé près de la ville (à environ 2 minutes à pied) où vous devez passer par une rue à la porte principale de l'hôtel. Peut-être qu'ils peuvent installer une lumière de rue dans la rue ou une porte arrière près de parking beaucoup coz il est assez sombre et effrayant de marcher seul.
Le petit déjeuner est insuffisant mais acceptable.
En dehors de ces derniers, l'ensemble est satisfait.

The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather.

ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process.

Confusion
Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English.
Breakfast
Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future.
Luggage Handling and Car Access
One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather.
Scenery
Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property.
We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

L'hôtel dispose d'un design propre et méditerranéen.
La chambre était de bonne taille, pas trop petite pour 2 personnes, et parfaitement entretenue.
ิิิิฺ-Les équipements modernes, dont une machine Nespresso et une télévision intelligente avec Netflix, ont fait notre séjour très confortable quand on neige dehors.

IInvitéBy far it has become my favorite hotel this year. From check in to check out, everything was just great! The staffs were so attentive, friendly and accommodating! The breakfast spread was great with tasty local specialties, the bar was really well appointed and the executive access provides happy hour drinks and snacks from 3PM (can't beat that!). I am thoroughly pampered and well fed and the bed was comfy. The only slight downside is that the AC only works on heating so the room cab easily get too warm which I was informed during check in to simply turn off the AC and then just open the window. I recommend this hotel without hesitation, and do get the executive room if you can.

IInvitéKudos to this hotel. My stay there was amazing. The hotel is close to streetcar station, but during winter it still pretty challenging to pull your luggage. That is expected situation for any hotel in Hokkaido 😆. The receptionist was really helpful. She help to call taxi for me when I don’t know how to do so.

YYi ShieanFrom the moment we arrived at Mizu no Uta, Tsuruga Resort at Lake Shikotsu, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquil luxury. Valet parking greeted us, and we were swiftly escorted to a path lined with zen music, setting the tone for a stay where every detail exudes serenity.
Upon entering the reception, a majestic wooden carving of an owl, a powerful symbol of protection in Ainu culture, watched over us. In a delightful and intimate touch, we were asked to remove our shoes – a gesture that immediately made the resort feel like a sanctuary. Walking barefoot on soft wooden floors in such a refined environment felt like the ultimate indulgence.
Live harp music floated through the air as we were led past a live fireplace, its warm flames inviting guests to roast marshmallows, adding a whimsical, yet homely feel to the elegant surroundings. The staff, attentive yet discreet, escorted us to our room via separate lifts, ensuring our luggage was seamlessly handled.
Entering the room, we were struck by its sheer spaciousness. A half-sized fridge, thoughtfully included, perfectly stored all our chilled treats from the road trip. But the true star was the view: an uninterrupted panorama of lush greenery, stretching out to meet the serene waters of Lake Shikotsu. The combination of the stunning scenery and the luxurious in-room robe made us feel like chaebols, lounging in opulence and shielded from the cool lakeside breeze.
As for the dining, the buffet at Mizu no Uta is nothing short of spectacular. Where many buffets struggle to balance quantity and quality, this resort excels at both. Highlights included a live dessert station and a live pizza-making corner, where thin-crust pizzas, surprisingly better than those from Furano’s famed Cheese Factory, were expertly prepared. The spread also featured an incredible assortment of sashimi – the freshest I encountered during my 1.5-week trip across various hotels. The salmon and mackerel, both raw and uniquely marinated in glass jars, were exceptional.
The hot dishes maintained the same elevated standard. A simple tomato-based clam spaghetti was transformed by the quality of ingredients, while even the sautéed kailan was enhanced with the addition of Parma ham. Local produce, such as the fresh broccoli used in the cream-based dishes, lent an unmistakable brightness to each bite. The combination of Japanese and Western cuisine was balanced beautifully, with every plate delivering a sense of thoughtful craftsmanship.
Of course, no stay at a lakeside resort would be complete without a visit to the onsen bath. While slightly smaller than the one at Lake Akan, the onsen here is far superior in cleanliness and upkeep. Conveniently, the bath is stocked with towels, so there’s no need to carry your own from the room. The experience is further enhanced by a sauna illuminated with soothing blue light, adding a layer of tranquility to the ritual. The open-air onsen is another highlight.
For those who appreciate the purity of nature, the bath even features drinkable Lake Shikotsu water, renowned as one of Japan’s top 100 spring waters. This thoughtful touch, coupled with the stunning views, creates an immersive experience that is equal parts restorative and luxurious.

TTek KooiNicely renovated hotel. Unfortunately staff are new and surprising not many front desk staff can converse in English.
Breakfast was good with many choices. However, we couldnt eat most of the time as my family has to go for activities early like skiing and local tours. The cafe staff allows us to start breakfast before the opening time but an English speaking lady with a coat turned up one morning and stopped us from starting breakfast early before the opening time. She was so rude and told us wait till 630 before we can touch the food!
I dont see why we cannot start with cereals that was already on display.
I will return to stay as the hotel is new, rooms are large and the onsen is clean and comfortable. There was a gym and laundry facilities too

IInvitéPark Hyatt Niseko Hanazono’s architecture, environment, interior design, and lighting design were all truly wonderful. We were consistently impressed by the excellence of service, which made our visit even more memorable.
The food and beverage service was warm and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. The front desk and transportation team were outstanding in assisting us with our trip activities and transport arrangements. Additionally, the housekeeping department did a fantastic job in keeping our room clean and tidy.
It is evident that the hardware and software (the staff) at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono are perfectly matched. We are so glad we chose to stay at Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono

There is shuttle bus service to nearby sightseeing points with different time frame.
Service provided by sending and picking up from those points are provided,which it is good for those whose family doesnt rent a car.
It is a farrrrrr sea view from the room but it is good enough in Hakodate.
Wlaking distance from JR station and bus interchange. there is a supermarket is behind the hotel which it is convenient.

IInvitéL'hôtel est calme, sans grands groupes de tours, et j'ai vraiment aimé les vibes traditionnelles et relaxantes. Le salon est très confortable et la chambre est incroyablement spacieuse.
Le personnel est amiable et utile, même m'aider avec l'aménagement du service de taxi. J'ai aussi aimé le petit-déjeuner buffet et le dîner Ils m'ont vraiment épaulé comme si je étais la reine du monde.
Le public est magnifique et énorme.
