L'hôtel est vraiment très agréable. Le personnel est très poli. Pour le prix, c'est parfait ; on y trouve tout le nécessaire, et même un centre commercial accessible à pied sans sortir de l'immeuble. Le personnel s'est montré très serviable et a répondu à toutes mes questions, en me fournissant un peigne et une balance pour mes valises. Ils ne se sont pas contentés de m'indiquer où les trouver ; ils me les ont apportés directement dans ma chambre et les ont ensuite récupérés. Seul bémol : au départ, il n'y avait qu'un seul shampoing et un seul lait corporel, malgré le fait que ce soit une chambre double. Après avoir fait ma demande à la réception, ils ont commencé à m'en fournir deux. Autre point négatif : les chambres sont un peu vieillottes, bien que très bien aménagées ; un petit rafraîchissement serait le bienvenu.

Hôtel idéalement situé. Petit-déjeuner normal. Climatisation normale. Réfrigérateur normal dans la chambre. Le personnel est réactif et est arrivé 5 heures avant l'heure d'arrivée. Un grand merci pour cela !

An Outstanding Stay at Park Royal – Comfort, Cuisine & Class Just wow! Park Royal is perfectly located for travelers, right in the heart of downtown yet wonderfully peaceful throughout the day. From the moment I arrived, the experience was seamless—the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and polite. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering great comfort after a long day. The highlight of my stay was the fantastic Christmas buffet dinner, and I can confidently say that Park Royal offers one of the best breakfasts in town—delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. An added bonus was the reopening of the club within the same premises from 31st December. As a Park Royal guest, I was offered complimentary entry, which made the experience even more special. With everything nearby, excellent hospitality, and a calm atmosphere, Park Royal truly stands out. I will definitely visit again to relive these wonderful memories.

Lotte Hotel Yangon is an outstanding place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and beautiful views of Inya Lake. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent—especially the gym, swimming pool, and breakfast selection. The location is also convenient, peaceful, and safe. Overall, it offers great value for the quality and service provided. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Yangon.

L'hôtel le plus agréable de ce voyage était la chambre exécutive, très spacieuse, comparable à un appartement d'une chambre dans un immeuble de luxe, avec suffisamment de place pour les bagages (même si j'en avais très peu). Faute de temps, je n'ai pas dîné à l'hôtel. Cependant, les espaces communs étaient magnifiques et le personnel très aimable, portant spontanément mes bagages jusqu'à ma chambre et m'expliquant le fonctionnement de certains appareils. La piscine à débordement sur le toit était splendide ; presque déserte, elle m'a permis de prendre de nombreuses photos et d'admirer la vue sur la rivière. Le mobilier de la chambre était également raffiné. Des sels de bain étaient fournis dans la baignoire, accompagnés d'un petit sac en tissu : une délicate attention. Le café et le thé étaient également produits localement. Le quartier chinois est accessible à pied. J'ai beaucoup aimé la palette de couleurs et la décoration de l'hôtel. Le niveau d'anglais et le professionnalisme du personnel pourraient être améliorés.

As a solo female traveler, I truly appreciated the hotel’s professional travel information and thoughtful safety reminders. They made me feel well-supported throughout my entire stay in Yangon. The staff were always kind, attentive, and ready to help whenever I had questions about transportation or places to visit. Thanks to their guidance, everything went smoothly and I felt very safe exploring the city on my own. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the view from the hotel was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay in Yangon.

It is not quite easy to put a fair review for this hotel. At a very first glance, with the ongoing political unrest in Myanmar, the effort to reopen the hotel and rehire all the staff deserve a great compliment. Nonetheless, the shortfall in service and amenities should not be compromised with the situation and some area such as cleanliness should not fall short especially when the hotel priced themselves at the highest in the city. The management should really consider to focus on guests service and sincere hospitality and that they can have customers who are willing to pay at any price rather that worked any way possible to cut the cost and let the staff to deal with insufficient amenities and services.

L'emplacement est très pratique, juste en face de l'arrêt de bus YBS. L'immeuble est neuf, mais de petits insectes apparaissaient fréquemment dans la chambre, signe d'une mauvaise étanchéité. L'insonorisation était également faible et nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans les chambres voisines et celles du dessus. Les aboiements de chiens errants à l'extérieur nous ont réveillés tôt le matin. Le petit-déjeuner était un menu fixe plutôt qu'un buffet, mais nous ne pouvions prendre qu'un seul plat, ce qui semblait plutôt convenir aux personnes ayant un petit appétit. J'ai été surpris qu'ils n'apportent que trois des quatre accompagnements que j'avais demandés. J'avais réservé cet hôtel car il était moins cher que le célèbre P Hotel voisin, mais le rapport qualité-prix n'était pas au rendez-vous.

Highly recommends to stay in Yangon. Very nice surroundings with Inya lake views. Buffet breakfast also delicious with cozy space. I stayed together with my 2 years old baby . Hotel’s staffs are also very friendly and helpful.
