Nice Hotel in the quiet fringe of town. Basement carpark, while nice , is abit tricky for big cars. Didn't get to use the hotel as it was just a stopover Enjoy the lovely pedestrianised walk to Old Town through nice cafes and restaurants

J'ai été très impressionné par le service de l'hôtel. La réceptionniste qui s'est occupée de nous était exceptionnellement aimable et attentionnée. Elle est venue s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien, notamment de brosses à dents. Elle nous a également indiqué que nous pouvions la contacter en cas de problème et qu'elle nous ferait parvenir rapidement ce dont nous avions besoin. Autre point fort : la fontaine à eau située à l'extérieur des chambres. Dans un contexte où de nombreux hôtels en Europe ne proposent plus d'eau en bouteille gratuite pour des raisons de développement durable, avoir accès à de l'eau potable aussi facilement était vraiment appréciable. L'hôtel est situé à proximité du centre-ville et de supermarchés.

Un hotel excelente para los que buscan alojarse en un sitio tranquilo y lejos del murmullo de la ciudad. Instalaciones perfectas y desayuno bueno para todos los gustos.

One of the best places I stayed, and this happened in my home country! I'm amazed by the modernization of apartment and cleanliness. Just a bit tricky to enter the underground parking, I'd show a video also to guests that are less eager to read all instructions. Same for the keylock. We just stayed one night before our flight and price was very good. Reason was that I didnt' wanted to wake up at 2 AM and drive in the night 200km to Cluj Napoca airport, and was a very good decision.

Staying in Villa Hotel Escala during our 3-day trip to Cluj Napoca was undeniably great choice. The manager welcomed us very warmly and showed us around at first place. The room looked exactly as in the picture - clean, spacious with terrace. Location of the hotel is also advantage - 15 minutes on foot from the center, but at the same time it is located in peaceful area. I am more than sure that we will visit Cluj Napoca again and Villa Hotel Escala will be our place to stay in.

Situato alla periferia di Cluj, questa tranquilla residenza offre appartamenti spaziosi con balcone, la struttura è nuova e funziona tutto a dovere. Bella la smart tv con collegamento wi fi pronta per l' uso, e anche l' applicazione di gestione della camera risulta utile , aprendo anche la porta senza bisogno di una chiave fisica. Per gli spostamenti facile usare applicazioni di prenotazione taxi , come anche farsi portare cibo e vivande alla bisogna, dato che nei dintorni non vi sono ristoranti ma chi prenota qui già lo mette in conto apprezzando invece la tranquillità della zona. Personalmente lo consiglio anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Nobody changes bed sheet and towel in my 4 nights stay. I left room key in the locker when I went out. But locker was unlocked when I returned after work. Key was inside though. I got in the room. Bedsheet and towel were the same, unchanged.. So in the next 3 days I kept room key with me when I went out. Is this the reason why room has never been cleaned ??

Mes membres du personnel professionnel. Bienvenue avec un sourire et leur petit déjeuner est impeccable. Je l'aime tant que je vais y rester quand je suis à Cluj. 🙌. Je recommande de vous signer pour leurs récompenses pour obtenir 10% de nourriture et boissons. Ils ont un petit déjeuner pour les champions et leurs restaurants sont aussi bons.

L'emplacement est parfait, proche des principales attractions et très pratique. Le personnel de la réception était sympathique et accueillant, toujours prêt à répondre à toutes mes demandes. La chambre était propre et bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y retournerais sans hésiter !

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Hotel Platinia. The hotel is modern, elegant, and very clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the location is perfect . We would definitely return and highly recommend it.
