The room was spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I requested extra towels at the front desk and they were super quick with delivering them to my room. It was great having Denny’s and Moxies in the hotel. Very convenient and the staff at both restaurants were amazing. The only downside to this hotel was the pool/hot tub area. It’s extremely tiny, there’s no where to sit or place your things as it’s literally a room with a small pool and hot tub side by side and maybe 3ft of walkway around them. It’s kind of alarming when you walk in because you’re greeted with a face full of steam and you’re right on top of the hot tub. The smell of Chlorine is so strong that it starts to burn your eyes. The area isn’t monitored much either so if you decide to use it, bring a towel as the rack will most likely be empty. Overall we had a good stay and enjoyed it. However, next time I’m looking for a hotel in St. John’s I’ll spend the little extra to stay at a hotel with a better pool area. I’m usually traveling with little guys so amenities are key for us. This place is great for anyone who doesn’t care to use a pool.

Reception not very cooperative when trying to exted stay. Informed that all rooms are boked. We extended twice on Internet! We asked for upper floor and were told that all rooms on upper floors have only one bed which of cause was not truth. The rest was OK.

Très bel hôtel avec toutes les commodités sur place. Hôtel propre avec un personnel trés sympathique.

So now it's becoming common practice to clean the rooms every second day? Not too long ago that was optional. So what happens when you only get two cups of coffee for your 3-day rental? I get frustrated that I have to participate more in a business to help them run and accept less service. Sorry that I'm venting but I just don't feel it's adequate. This is a Marriott Hotel, once upon a time that was something I felt was prestigious. I would recommend booking your Marriott on your bon voy account.

Il y a une très bonne séjour. Le personnel était ami et très utile. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait bien. Il y a un camion de transport aéroportuaire disponible. Il est facile de marcher de l'aéroport. Il y a une fermeture de bus à l'aéroport et une à l'hôtel. Le service de bus était bon.

Good location for travellers who have cars and don’t need to be downtown that much. Walking distance to the airport and hotel pickup and drop off services are every half an hour. Friendly staffs!

Juste à côté de l'autoroute, mais très difficile d'y aller en voiture. C'est à la fois bruyant et peu pratique. Cependant, les chambres étaient grandes et propres. La salle de bain était agréable. Le snack-bar en bas combiné avec le micro-ondes dans la chambre et le bon petit déjeuner l'ont rendu meilleur. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine intérieure et le toboggan.

L'hôtel est un peu vieux, mais très propre, les installations sont également complètes et sont un grand hôtel local. Nous avons choisi la salle de scène maritime, c'est toujours bon, le rapport coût-efficacité est plus élevé

on our stay we really enjoyed the time we spent, the room is net, and luxury the staff is very accommodating and friendly.
