absolutely excellent experience. There's charging facilities for EVs too. Most importantly, its right next to the river and within the quaint vibes and atmosphere of Cambridgetown.

Very nice room and good facilities. We used the gym and sauna during the evening at adults only time (7-10pm). The Hotel is near the bus station and our room had good views. Staff is friendly and let us look around including breakfast services to let us decide if we wanted it or not. Very new kitchen with a cute recipe book included!

這個是一家很老的酒店，酒店有點老舊，但勝在房間很大，酒店還是不錯的，唯獨缺點是二樓沒有電梯，不過整體入住體驗還是不錯，家庭出遊的不二選擇，設施衞生也很不錯！

We came up to Cambridge for my Husband‘s birthday myself and our five month old baby. The hotel was conveniently next to Cambridge. North which  was great and had great transportation links into Cambridge. I did ask for a little birthday treat from my husband the day of arrival and i  had called earlier to confirm but sadly when we arrived this wasn’t done when I did flag they apologise and gave us a voucher for drinks which was okay overall it was a good time. Good location the bedroom the bed could’ve been a bit bigger. I’ve stayed in other Novotel hotels where a queen size bed is actually a queen size bed.

The Hotel was clean and helpful - although many staff seemed a little less that informed - the rooms were clean but cold at night turning the heating up didn’t help - the amenities over Christmas and new year were not as advertised- and the restaurant closed over this period so bar meals on laps were the best they could offer except breakfast which was good. Food other than breakfast was a poor selection little to offer for children or someone with diabetes so we had to eat out a lot despite being pre charged for meals.  The swimming was good but times advertised were not adhered to and no one knew times - and the rules very varied.  Once in the pool it was clean and warm.  Overall on our 2nd visit - first was better I think perhaps Christmas period is not a family period in which to spend time here.

L'hôtel Spa est un excellent hôtel avec un personnel très ami, très utile et heureux. La piscine était magnifique et j'ai utilisé la sauna, la salle de vapeur et le Jacuzzi. La chambre (Reine) était si confortable et spacieux avec tant de draps et beaucoup de hangers dans le réservoir. Tableau de robe très grande avec miroir ! La salle de bains était aussi spacieuse. La cuisine est très bien, nous avons tous aimés dîner là-bas pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le dîner. Les 3 d'entre nous recommanderaient très bien cet hôtel. Nous reviendrons et la prochaine fois je pourrai probablement recevoir quelques traitements dans le salon de beauté.

Been 3 times now. The hotel is a great place for a relaxing break. The spa facilities and pool are lovely and it was a bonus to enjoy the waterside outdoor area in the warm weather. Very comfortable bed and nicely furnished room. Good to find a fan in the wardrobe! The breakfast food was of good quality but the arrangements were a bit disorganised this morning. Crockery etc was hard to find/ missing, clearer labels were needed e.g a label on the hot water container and soya milk labelled correctly. It was called ”oat milk”. The bar menu is a bit limited in my opinion. Just little details but the overall experience was very good. Sure I'll be back.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, the paint in the room was peeling, and there was visible rust on the door hinges, which made the space feel poorly maintained. The most frustrating issue was the smoke detector going off with false alarms several times, including in the early morning. When I tried calling the front desk for assistance, no one answered, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, this experience did not meet the standard I expect from Holiday Inn. I hope the management takes steps to address these maintenance and service issues for future guests.

Really good experience. Breakfast is great the rooms are clean i personally don’t like the King Executive Room. Because it’s two beds with 1 topper. I had to change the room for the 2nd night. All n all friendly staff and really accommodating. Leisure amenities like jacuzzi and pool are great.

Le petit déjeuner était de bonne qualité, mais le petit déjeuner continental était un peu minimaliste. Le parking était abondant et facile à accéder de la route principale, bien que vous devriez descendre une route étroite autour d'un champ pour arriver à l'hôtel.
