Bonne location et belle vue. À côté de la Cam River et facile à pied au centre-ville de Cambridge. De nombreux restaurants et boutiques autour de nous. Très agréable

My stay at Novotel Cambridge was extremely disappointing due to serious cleanliness issues. Upon checking into Room 205, I discovered visible blood stains on the duvet. This is not a minor oversight — it is a basic hygiene failure. Clean bedding is the absolute minimum standard any guest should expect. Finding blood stains immediately raised concerns about the room being properly cleaned and inspected. I reported the issue and was informed that the bedding had been cleaned again. However, when I returned to check, the stains were still there. This was both frustrating and alarming, as it suggested a lack of proper quality control within housekeeping. Only after escalating the matter was it properly addressed. Charlotte, the manager, eventually upgraded us to an executive room and provided complimentary breakfast, which I appreciate. However, this does not change the fact that the initial room condition was unacceptable and should never have happened in the first place. An upgrade is a service recovery gesture — it does not erase the hygiene concern or the distress caused at the start of our stay. I hope the hotel seriously reviews its cleaning procedures and room inspection standards to prevent future guests from experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, based on cleanliness alone, I would not rate this stay highly.

L'hôtel était propre et utile - bien que beaucoup de personnel semblait un peu moins informé - les chambres étaient propres mais froides à la nuit, le chauffage ne s'est pas aidé - les équipements durant la Noël et l'année nouvelle n'étaient pas comme annoncé - et le restaurant Les restaurants sont très bien placés et les restaurants sont très bien placés. Les aliments autres que le petit déjeuner étaient une mauvaise sélection pour les enfants ou pour quelqu'un diabétique, alors nous avons dû manger beaucoup malgré le précompte pour les repas.  La piscine était bonne, mais les temps annoncés n'ont pas été respectés et personne ne savait les temps - et les règles étaient très différentes.  Une fois dans la piscine, il était propre et chaud.  Globalement, notre deuxième visite - la première était mieux que je pense que peut-être la période de Noël n'est pas une période familiale où passer du temps ici.

The family room was quite big with good air-conditioning and shower pressure but had no fridge. There was a decently sized swimming pool and the saunas were excellent especially the steam room which was hot and wet enough. For dinner, the starters were very good with various choices; unfortunately the steak of £37 was totally over-priced and over-rated. The breakfast was fair and didn’t have hot chocolate/chocolate milk.

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The air conditioning was not working, the paint in the room was peeling, and there was visible rust on the door hinges, which made the space feel poorly maintained. The most frustrating issue was the smoke detector going off with false alarms several times, including in the early morning. When I tried calling the front desk for assistance, no one answered, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, this experience did not meet the standard I expect from Holiday Inn. I hope the management takes steps to address these maintenance and service issues for future guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The room had no heating, so it became quite cold during the night and was uncomfortable to sleep in. I requested a portable heater, but it took over an hour for one to be brought to the room. While the staff eventually helped, the long wait and lack of heating made the stay much less comfortable than expected.

這個是一家很老的酒店，酒店有點老舊，但勝在房間很大，酒店還是不錯的，唯獨缺點是二樓沒有電梯，不過整體入住體驗還是不錯，家庭出遊的不二選擇，設施衞生也很不錯！

La chambre est très belle. Le petit déjeuner est très bien les chambres sont propres je ne trouve pas personnellement la chambre exécutive du Roi. Parce qu'il est deux lits avec 1 haut. J'ai dû changer la chambre pour la 2e nuit. All n tout le personnel ami et vraiment hébergé. Les équipements de loisirs comme le jacuzzi et la piscine sont excellents.

Le service de la réception est très enthousiaste, inviter à dîner, etc., le petit-déjeuner est également très bon, l'environnement est bon
