Lovely rooms clean and well laid out We had two issues - the hotel has a bar and had a number of wines and sujo on the menu but had none of any. These are essential for tourists at this type of hotel At breakfast we ordered coffee  It was so slow coming that we had to leave before it arrived  Which was very disappointing as I like coffee with my breakfast The breakfast selection was good

Nice service.. For I forgot that have to catch up early morning flight, but already booked breakfast for 2 pax.. Cannot return the money for the second day breakfast, only can take away the breakfast.. So we request for the breakfast, they served it with fruits, buns and rice and vegetables plus chicken (actually we request for it).. Thank you so much for fulfilled my request.. Going to stay again at rocky for next visit to padang.. Beside there also got supermarket, nice!

Everything is just nice. Breakfast is so delicious! I’m from Malaysia, but I can skip some of my Minang/Padang food hunting because they also provide local dishes, which are really tasty. The location is very close to Jam Gadang—within walking distance. The staff are friendly too. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was this: I didn’t hang the “I need room cleaning” tag on my door because I was still in the room. A cleaning staff member knocked and said “room cleaning,” but I didn’t respond since I was still inside and hadn’t requested cleaning. Then, the staff used a key card to open the door. I felt a bit violated, though it wasn’t a big issue for me as I was alone and fully dressed. However, it would be better if staff didn’t enter unless there’s a clear request for cleaning—just in case someone is inside and not properly dressed.

It was great experience with BASKO. If you are not familiar with Indonesian food, i recommend strongly nasi goreng in restaurant (for breakfast buffet). And also I want to bring this hotel's orange juice to home. It was the best juice I've ever had. Room service available 24hour. Room is maintain their clearance, but one of disappointing point is sewer, it can't drain well 😭

Quel hôtel parfait pour mon séjour à Padang ! Chambre très confortable, personnel aux petits soins et aux prestations exceptionnelles. Si je reviens à Padang, je ne séjournerai que dans cet hôtel !

Propre et confortable, lorsque le parking est plein, l'agent de sécurité est très utile pour préparer un autre endroit pour garer le véhicule.

A l'entrée, vous avez une chambre Deluxe gratuite, pour l'une des deux chambres réservées, en raison du travail de rénovation en cours au 6e étage. 👍 Chambre confortable même pour la chambre supérieure du roi. Le petit déjeuner était bon, surtout le riz frit local. 😄

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très confortable et agréable. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable et les chambres sont bien accueillies. Je pense certainement à rester ici encore et je recommanderais à tout le monde à la recherche d'un séjour confortable avec une belle scène à Bukittinggi.
