The accommodation is located right in the city center, so the location is perfect, and the room was also very clean. The only downside was that after parking my car in the parking lot and driving away the next day, I unexpectedly received a parking ticket. Location was good and the staff was friendly. Free car parking was available by the hotel which was not that openly seen in New Zealand. Rooms were clean and tidy.

Kaikora hotel was absolutely astonishing from the meals down at the hotel - which I definitely recommend, to the lovely Alexa in the room to give you just the information you need. Sudima hotel had an amazing heated pool with a breathtaking view of the mountains and beach beside. You can save some money if you book directly through the hotel website after subscribing as a Sudima member.

Very cozy stay and with friendly owner, room very big and room is very warm. Just only the water tap is separate hot and cold , it not convenience in cold weather. But the rest is ok for me , will come back again

La prochaine fois qu'ils vont à la ville de Christ, ils choisiront cette maison.

The hotel is fairly centrally located (about a 15 minute walk), but at the same time in a quiet area. The room was huge, for lack of a better term - it's basically a lounge, a twin room and a double room. Not sure if that's actually the room I booked or an upgrade. At any rate, it was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The outer design is also very nice. There's also afternoon tea for free from 15:30 till 16:30. The price is not particularly low, but all things considered it's value for money (only 25-30% more expensive than a private room in a hostel), especially if more than one person is staying. All in all, a great option, if your budget allows it.
