Hôtels avec piscine à Basse-Silésie, Pologne

If I had known that it was not possible to open a window and ventilate the room (which for me is the minimum required, like changing bed linen between guests, and air as well), I would not have thought of checking out the possibility of staying there even if they had given it 10 stars (I am starting a search for hotels with a sauna and an indoor pool and a minimum of 4 stars). The biggest disappointment is the pool that children use to learn to swim!!! Terrible acoustics, the wet sauna, after a minute I ran away from there because of the noise. The hotel lobby is bustling and noisy, you can't sit and chat. I must mention the staff member from the reception who was very helpful and helped with useful information. The breakfast staff as above (the disappointment is probably because of the previous hotels (5 stars) that we stayed at in Zakopane, Krakow and Lodz)

Прекрасное расположение. Комната для одного человека, кровать неудобная. Бесплатная вода (кулер в коридоре). При заселении унитаз был грязным. Уборка в отеле лишь по просьбе гостя, учитывая что убираются плохо, уборку не просила

L'hôtel est situé dans un bon endroit – à environ 15 minutes à pied du centre. Malheureusement, l'immeuble a semblé quelque peu dans les années, surtout la salle de bains pourrait tolérer un petit refroidissement. L'air était dans le lobby, et il y avait un odeur drôle qui a dérangé quelque chose. En l'absence d'air conditionné, il était très bruyant la nuit et, malheureusement, à une fenêtre ouverte, il était bruyant par la rue. Les employés semblent un peu injustifiés, mais toujours utiles dans nos préoccupations. Pour un court voyage en ville dans une bonne position, je choisirais personnellement une autre hébergement la prochaine fois.

Leider waren kein deutschen Übersetzungen bei Speisekarten oder anderen Hinweisen vorhanden! Die Sportgeräte waren teilweise defekt und nich richtig nutzbar.  Ansonsten hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen!

Well it was kind of okay. I asked them I have a work call if they can delay my check out by 15 mins (denied). I tried to find a dustbin in my room none found. In the bathroom other than the handwashing there was absolutely nothing.

General issue is that the restaurant is to small when the hotel is fully booked, same applies for the car parking. Overall the hotel is ok but for what is offered overpriced. Breakfast average, nothing special…

Ils ont fini leur fête dans la chambre à presque 3 heures du matin 😟

Der Wasserspender auf dem Flur, der allen Hotelgästen zur Verfügung stand, war eine Katastrophe. Jedes Mal bei der Benutzung schaltete er sich ein und verursachte dabei so laute Geräusche, dass man davon sogar aus dem Schlaf gerissen wurde. Auch die Ausstattung der Minibar hat mir nicht gefallen. Nirgends war ausgeschildert, dass die Nutzung der Minibar kostenpflichtig ist, was ich als unfair empfand. Zudem war sie komplett mit Alkohol gefüllt – für Menschen, die Alkoholprobleme haben oder keinen Alkohol konsumieren möchten, ist das nicht angenehm. Ansonsten war das Hotel insgesamt gut. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig, und auch die Zimmer waren schön ausgestattet. Ein Wermutstropfen war jedoch, dass ich mich sehr auf das Schwimmen im Hotelpool und die Nutzung der Sauna gefreut hatte – beides laut Hotel inbegriffen. Weder auf der Webseite noch bei einem vorherigen Anruf wurde jedoch darauf hingewiesen, dass diese Einrichtungen aufgrund von Renovierungsarbeiten bereits seit über drei Wochen geschlossen waren. Insgesamt war ich zwar zufrieden und würde dem Hotel eine zweite Chance geben🙋🏼♂️🌹

Cette journée a commencé à 15 heures. Je l'ai avoué avant de prendre rendez-vous, et un monsieur a suggéré qu'il pourrait s'enregistrer tôt par téléphone. Sous réserve de disponibilité des chambres. Mme Agata a dit que je me suis enregistré à la réception à 13h20 et elle a dit que je m'enregistrerais après 15h00. J'ai demandé s'il y avait d'autres solutions ou possibilités de chambres, M. Agata a la carte d'identité en main C'est personnel et honteux de dire que vous ne comprenez pas le polonais ! Les deux couples se sont enregistrés après moi sans aucun problème, mais la disponibilité des chambres est différente en raison de la norme ou de la disposition du lit Le Marriott a applaudi avec tant d'applaudissements grossiers. cérium
