Parce que je devais me lever tôt pour prendre un vol le lendemain, j'ai demandé une chambre plus calme et l'environnement. les installations sont très bonnes et l'hygiène est en place👍🏻Il y a aussi des installations comme une terrasse et un fauteuil de massage. C'est dommage que j'étais pressé et que je n'ai pas eu le temps de l'utiliser. C'est très proche de l'aéroport et très pratique. J’ai jeté un œil sur les commentaires et les points négatifs pointent du doigt les meubles et la propreté. Je confirme que le mobilier est vieux et abîmé. Par exemple, les prises sont intégrées aux tables de nuit, mais les fiches électriques ne tiennent pas bien. La propreté laisse à désirer surtout s’agissant du fitness (poussière clairement visible).
Mais je tiens à dire qu’en aucun cas ces éléments ont influencé mon séjour, le Eton reste un bel endroit, très bien situé, avec toutes commodités à proximité, ce qui en fait un point stratégique pour vos visites.
Seul bémol pour moi, le spa et la piscine étaient fermés et je n’en avais pas été informée (j’avais notamment choisi l’hôtel pour cette raison). »

MM54476****L'hôtel que nous avons choisi était excellent, avec un emplacement idéal. Il est tout près du Wanda Plaza et d'une rue commerçante animée, à seulement quelques minutes à pied. La Tour Perle de l'Orient et le Bund sont à une demi-heure de route, et Disneyland à 20 minutes à pied. Une navette gratuite est mise à disposition pour les réservations à la réception, ce qui est très pratique. Si vous venez en voiture, le parking est gratuit et sans limite de temps, ce qui est également très appréciable. De plus, le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Peu d'hôtels du quartier proposent le petit-déjeuner. Celui de cet hôtel était délicieux et offrait un large choix de plats, de quoi satisfaire tous les goûts. C'est un excellent choix pour un séjour en famille. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.

Dès mon arrivée à l'hôtel, quelqu'un a ouvert la porte pour récupérer mes bagages et m'a emmené. à la réception pour m'asseoir et effectuer les formalités. Je me suis enregistré directement après être arrivé une heure plus tôt et j'ai rendu les bagages. J'ai eu un surclassement gratuit dans une chambre avec vue complète sur la rivière sur le Bund, puis la femme de ménage m'a emmenée. la chambre. La vue était incroyable. Je pense que c'est la meilleure de Shanghai. Non seulement vous pouvez voir la suite trois pièces Lujiazui et l'Oriental Pearl Tower, mais vous pouvez également voir le Bund, même si les installations matérielles présentent des signes de vieillissement. , ils sont entretenus. WWENYUAN KANGLe service de l'hôtel est très bon. Il y a un service de navette depuis et vers l'aéroport et Disneyland. La chambre que nous avions réservée ne prenait pas de petit-déjeuner, mais on nous a donné le petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et les enfants ont bien mangé.
Durant mes quelques jours à Shanghai, seul l'hôtel m'a donné une bonne impression.
Les taxis, métros, etc. sont très médiocres. Il n'est pas facile pour les personnes avec enfants et bagages de voyager. Merci à l'hôtel de nous avoir mis au chaud.

Il est très proche du Temple du Dieu de la Ville, du Bund et de Nanjing East Road. Il y a une station de métro à 800 mètres et un ferry à 2 yuans. C'est très pratique. J'y suis resté deux jours et j'avais deux chambres. Je le recommande à tous.

Loger dans un hôtel Disney la veille permet aussi d’avoir accès au parc 1 heure avant l’ouverture officielle, avec certaines attractions déjà ouverte (même à 7h30).

GgiatheshopperFirst of all, I want to thank Manager Peter for upgrading our room to Executive Room. It gave us an excellent stay and experience. He was very helpful considering he's the only one who can speak English. He even helped us with our Taobao orders, online food cravings, etc. Even when he's on leave, the other receptionist was calling him and let him talk to us in English. He didn't have to do that since it's late at night but still, we appreciate it.
Pros:
1. The Executive room was huge.
2. Variety of breakfast at the hotel and the One Step Restaurant that serve western food.
3. You can do your laundry for free.
4. Make-up room service was consistent and gave us generous amount of water bottles.
5. The whole vibe of the hotel was light and positive.
6. Smart toilet.
7. The hotel area was huge and full of trees, we didn't mind staying at the hotel for a whole day because of how relqxing it was.
8. With fresh towels everyday and the room jas a dyson hairdryer.
Cons:
1. Only one person can communicate in straight english but app translate works.
2. The location was a bit far from the nearest MRT station but since the fare was cheap, we didn't mind at all.
3. Other than the restaurant, there is no convenience store nearby so buying food might be a struggle. Make sure you buy food/snacks before going back at the hotel.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will definitely recommend the hotel because of the service and the amenities.

I'm from Scotland and was weiry about booking a hotel away from shanghai city centre. Glad I did the city centre was far to busy felt like coming out of a busy concert.
I shouldn't have been. Using Didi saved us the hassle trying to use public transport. Please note Didi (uber) ranged from £1.40 to £16 for a long journey. Didi arrived in 3 mins max WOW.
You are close to the wildlife park and Disneyland you still need Didi to take you there but as the hotel offers a free shuttle then that cost isn't there. Shanghai Village is great for shopping again close by, across from disneyland
The service in this hotel is 2nd to none. Derek (Manager) and his team are first class.
I've never stayed at a hotel in which the staff make you feel so welcome.
From a free gift, to a free upgrade. Free fruit and the willingness to help when you dont speak the language.
The breakfast wasn't to my taste but looked lovely the staff went out of their way to buy bread and jam for us.
We were offered a free bus to Disneyland we declined due to being to early for us. Didi only cost £4.80. But the offer was there.
Derek and his team really go out of their way as I needed something printed off and was no hassle at all. I took his WeChat number (WhatsApp) just incase I got stuck I didn't get stuck but the offer was there and made me feel relaxed and not afraid to venture out knowing I could contact him.
The hotel room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Room was very large, my room when I went to Hong Kong was a quarter of the size. Impressive!
Has everything you need to be safe and comfortable.
I genuinely can't fault this hotel and would have no hesitation to recommend to my family and friends.
The surrounding area has a KFC and supermarkets there is a lot to choose from but more Chinese food is on offer. There is a bakery a few mins walk away and the bakery goods were delicious and I got my coffee from luckin coffee make sure you have the translater on your phone very easy to order if you have that plus the staff help too.
So there you have it book this hotel and enjoy the hospitality Derek and his team offer you will not be sorry.
I'm so glad to have stayed there sorry to leave.
