Il dispose d'un endroit idéal pour atteindre n'importe où, y compris l'aéroport. Ma chambre était vraiment propre et bien organisée, et le personnel était très gentil. Un membre du personnel m'a tout expliqué et elle m'a fait savoir que la rue piétonne la nuit est sûre et où se trouvent les meilleurs endroits pour aller au bar et aux restaurants.

Le personnel est très sympathique. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le nécessaire. Les différents espaces piscines sont top. Parcours mini golf , billard, beach volley, vraiment tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche du centre, à 5mins à pieds. Je recommande vraiment cet hôtel pour un très bon service sans avoir à dépenser un budget faramineux.

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un hôtel tout compris à prix raisonnable. Je pense que le menu à la carte est bon, mais la qualité du buffet doit être améliorée. L'offre d'activités sur place est plutôt limitée. Les enfants apprécient la séance de peinture et la discothèque pour enfants.

Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. Nous avons déjà payé 480 £ en ligne par Trip.com pour une chambre double pour 3 nuits. Ce qui a fait cela encore plus injuste, c'est que j'ai vérifié le même type de chambre à plusieurs autres dates, et le prix était identique, que j'ai choisi 1 adulte ou 2 adultes. La liste elle-même a également clairement indiqué que le tarif de la chambre incluait l'hébergement pour 2 adultes. L'hôtel a été très bien placé pour vous aider à vous rendre à l'hôtel. En fait, le montant facturé était si excessif qu'il était proche du prix de la réservation d'une chambre entièrement séparée. Lors de l'enregistrement, l'hôtel a indiqué que si nous refusions de payer, le deuxième client ne serait pas autorisé à rester. Nous avons essayé de communiquer avec l'hôtel de manière aimable et constructive, mais il n'y avait pas de souplesse ni d'essai raisonnable de résoudre le problème. Je comprends parfaitement le paiement de frais supplémentaires raisonnables pour le petit déjeuner ou les taxes locales, mais la manière dont cette situation a été traitée a été considérée comme extrêmement inéquitable et mal communiquée à l'avance. Trip.com Le service client a été très utile tout au long du processus et même fourni une compensation, que nous apprécions. La propriété elle-même peut être belle, mais cette expérience nous a fait sentir déçus, inconfortables et profitables.

Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Lit très confortable et oreillers 10 étoiles. Vues spectaculaires sur la mer, mais ce n'est pas à 500 m du centre, plutôt deux fois plus loin, et il y a aussi 121 marches. Le petit déjeuner est à 15€ à l'hôtel. Le petit jacuzzi partagé. Le personnel était très sympathique, à l'exception des réceptionnistes du matin.

Personnel globalement très sympathique, à quelques exceptions près. La chambre était correcte en termes de propreté. Quelques longs cheveux noirs un peu partout, qui n'étaient pas les miens, mais c'est normal. Rien de dramatique. Le buffet tout compris propose des plats classiques de cafétéria, sans plus, mais vous serez rassasié si vous n'avez pas de grandes attentes. Malheureusement, les fourchettes étaient toujours vides et ne pouvaient pas être réapprovisionnées en 15 minutes. Je devais toujours manger avec une grande cuillère. En-cas, glaces et boissons au snack-bar toute la journée. Seulement deux demandes le soir au seul bar à boissons, c'est beaucoup trop peu pour un hôtel tout compris ! Faire la queue pendant 20 minutes pour une boisson est déraisonnable ! Le mobilier de la chambre est très basique. Le coffre-fort est payant. Le lit grince à chaque mouvement. À la piscine, la moitié des transats sont réservés avec des serviettes pendant des heures, car le soleil ne se lève qu'à 13 h et personne n'a envie de s'allonger à l'ombre le matin. Cependant, l'hôtel est très fréquenté l'après-midi. Dans l'ensemble, à mon avis, un hôtel de catégorie moyenne avec des prix supérieurs à la moyenne en haute saison.

As of June 2025, the hotel is in very good condition. This is a higher-quality than average hotel, although not luxury. Finishings, designs, rooms and maintenance are higher/better than usual. The pool/pathways areas are impecable. Bushes perfectly trimmed, not a leave or fallen flower on the floor. Beautiful and cared for daily. June is a great moment to come to Mallorca as it is already very warm/hot enough to crave pool and beach but not hot enough you don't want to walk around. Also, the amount of people is very reasonable. Come July/August, things change and crowds make everything less enjoyable. Front is nice and helpful and the breakfast buffet (in my case I paid for the immense convenience) fantastic. The beach is a 3-minute walk from the side exit door, just crossing the main street. The beach is fantastic, clean and it barely has any weeds. However, although we did not have issues to find a space, I don't want to be there in July/August as there are around 100 ft from water to the back and I bet it will be more difficult to find a space with a crowd. Hotel location is great as it is right in the main street with plenty food and the typical ”everything” stores within walking distance. We stayed 5 days and didn't need to take the car to go have dinner. The rate was also higher than average but there are plenty reasons why it is fair. Overall, very happy with the stay and every aspect of the hotel.
