Westin Surabaya is a beautiful property with gorgeous views and amenities and impeccable service to match. The pool and surrounds are pleasant for swimming. The Club room is very comfortable, quiet and feels fresh all round. The heavenly bed is such a delight to sleep in. The Club lounge is one of the most outstanding hotel lounges I have frequented. The views from the 39th floor are divine whether day or night. Service levels in the Club lounge are impeccable from each and every staff member.. so welcoming, professional with beautiful hospitality. Food selection, drinks and comfort all round. Nila and all of her lovely colleagues are truly at an inspiring level of excellence.

We had an enjoyable stay, particularly because of the variety of animals on the property, including deer, giraffe, parrots, and meerkats, which provided a unique and engaging experience for the children. The swimming pool was pleasant and well-maintained, though it would have been beneficial to have a gym available, especially for older children and teenagers looking to stay active during the stay. The breakfast offered a reasonable selection of items; however, the variety and overall quality of the food were fairly average and did not particularly stand out. On a positive note, the service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were consistently polite, courteous, and friendly, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, it was a pleasant family-friendly stay, with the animal encounters being a memorable highlight for the children.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel Nous sommes allés de Bromo à Ijen. Nous étions très fatigués et avons décidé de réserver cet hôtel. L'environnement dans son ensemble était très haut de gamme et il y avait des majordomes qui portaient les bagages dans la chambre. La chambre était également très grande et avait un balcon avec un balcon. vue centrale. Je ne peux pas dire grand-chose sur le petit-déjeuner. Un self-service riche mais basique est encore suffisant. L'essentiel est que le rapport qualité-prix est super élevé. La famille d'accueil dans laquelle nos amis covoitureurs ont séjourné coûte 200 $ la nuit. qu'ils ne savaient rien du séjour, il n'était pas nécessaire de rester dans ces auberges de jeunesse, qui étaient bondées et l'environnement était mauvais.

L' hôtel est nouveau, tout est très propre, le personnel est si Excellent service toujours sourire , et l' emplacement très proche de la rencontre de Bromo , vous recommandera très fortement ce Resort à partir de Bromo voyage

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

The hotel is a resort on a hill. It’s beautiful and the weather is nice and cooling. Facilities include heated pool, kid’s club, 2 outdoor playground, kids water play area (cold water), ping pong table, free e-bike, gym, etc. The staff are very polite and helpful. Room is modern, new and beautiful. The room has safe deposit box, bidet, rain shower, and normal shower head. Basic amenities are 2 mineral water bottles per day, dental kit, vanity kit, sanitary bag, shower cap, shampoo, shower gel, and lotion. Shampoo and shower gel smells good. There’s bath towel and hand towel. Soundproofing can be improved: 1. On the nights we stayed, they had some events in the infinite8 cafe area. They were pretty loud until close to midnight. 2. We can also hear the people talking along the corridor Breakfast is free for kids 5 and below. Taste-wise it’s good. Apart from egg station, salad, waffles and bakery section, the rest are very much Indonesian style. Western-style option is limited (ie. pasta, baked beans and 1 other). What’s surprising is that they have frozen yoghurt and matcha spread! However, the breakfast spread can be repetitive.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité des attractions et des restaurants. Le personnel était très sympathique. Le dernier jour, nous avons commandé un repas et l'avons dégusté dans notre chambre pendant que nous faisions nos bagages. La nourriture était abordable et délicieuse. 😋 Malheureusement, la salle de bain n'avait pas de pommeau de douche, juste une douchette, ce qui était gênant. La serrure de la porte de la chambre était un peu cassée, ce qui rendait l'entrée et la sortie difficiles.

Il y a tellement de choses à critiquer à propos de Dialoog pour avoir réservé une suite. Dès notre première arrivée, nous ne pouvons pas utiliser trop d'eau chaude, car elle ne peut accueillir que deux personnes alors que j'amenais deux enfants, nous devons donc attendre un certain temps pour remplir le réservoir d'eau chaude. Et pour une suite, ils n'ont pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Les équipements sont très standard, seulement un kit dentaire. La chambre elle-même est si spacieuse, et nous avons eu la vue sur la mer qui était super agréable. Les installations sont complètes, salle de spa, salle de sport avec des outils équipés, la piscine à débordement également belle et propre. La vue environnante était la meilleure ! Et voici la partie moins bonne, l'expérience du petit-déjeuner. En tant que plus grand complexe de la ville, les variations de petit-déjeuner étaient très limitées ! Parce qu'après cet hôtel, j'ai déménagé dans un autre hôtel, le petit-déjeuner de Dialoog ne peut même pas être comparé à eux. Le goût était moyen. Ils ne fournissent que du café noir, et lorsque mon mari voulait une tasse de café au lait, nous devions payer un supplément, ce qui dans un autre hôtel nous l'obtenions gratuitement. Et c'est la norme dans un hôtel 4-5 étoiles. Seulement un café noir alors que nous payons 3 millions/jour pour une suite. Ils ne mettent pas les jus dans un bocal, mais comme demandé, ils nous les ont versés dans un petit verre, et la variation des jus ne comprenait que de la papaye, de la pastèque et du melon. Variation de nourriture super standard. Vous pouvez avoir tout ce que vous pouvez boire : du thé, de l'eau et du café 😁 C'était la haute saison et je n'ai pas du tout été impressionné par la nourriture. Au moins, j'ai été émerveillé par la vue et le complexe. Cela a donc couvert ma déception de l'expérience hôtelière. Est-ce que je reviendrai dans cet hôtel ? NON ! Cela ne valait pas le prix, croyez-moi, à moins que vous ne choisissiez cet hôtel UNIQUEMENT pour la vue.

La chambre était très spacieuse et bien équipée. Le personnel a fait de son mieux et est sympathique. Le centre de remise en forme était bien équipé, avec des haltères et suffisamment de poids pour quelques soulevés de terre. Cependant, vous pouvez économiser sur le petit-déjeuner. Même s'il y avait beaucoup de choix, nous n'avons pas été impressionnés par le goût. Le Skybar offre une belle vue et la nourriture était bonne.
