i always stay in this hotel coz it’s better than the one closer to commercial street. the air-con is a bit smelly but i love the (1) layout of separated sink (2) a second door that blocked the view of main door (3) public bath (4) a tiny stool for eating (5) close to convenience store and bus stop to airport (6) close to a quiet park.

Le personnel de l'hôtel Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka est professionnel et considérable. Le bus de l'hôtel est à 1 h du 7 avril, mais il n'est pas sûr que c'est l'un de nos hôtels de séjour. Nous avons demandé au conducteur si c'était celui qui nous attendait. Il a dit oui, mais l'heure d'entrée de l'hôtel devrait être 3:00 heures le matin. Il nous a suggéré d'avoir la visite d'abord et nous a aidé à enregistrer l'heure d'après-midi pour nous prendre au lieu. Il suggère également de prendre nos sacs de portée à la main au bureau front de l'hôtel pour éviter de porter trop de sacs pendant le voyage. 2) Le personnel de la dame (désolé de l'oublier) au lobby, qui était très proactive, est venue immédiatement pour nous aider à prendre des photos quand elle a trouvé que nous faisions un selfie. Elle nous a servi avec des boissons gratuites pour profiter du soleil dans la salle. 3) Le personnel du bureau de réception est très professionnel, ils nous ont aidé à faire le check-in, nous ont expliqué les détails du temps de repas et nous ont fourni toutes les informations requises. 4) Le restaurant est propre et confortable. L'hôtel Olivean Shodoshima Yuhigaoka est un hôtel très professionnel et confortable pour votre séjour.

A business hotel chain with great amenities. Location is not perfect as it is in between two tram stations , some diners around without convenient stores or supermarkets in close proximity.

C'est mon deuxième voyage à Gotohira. J'ai payé deux fois plus que la dernière fois, mais je ne sais pas la différence. Et j'ai utilisé deux types de deux chambres, mais le prix était différent, mais j'ai donné la même chambre. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi. Alors je me suis senti mal quand j'ai voyage. Je ne crois pas que je vais la prochaine fois.

La chambre dispose d'une douche, de deux salles de bains séparées, d'une armoire avec des vêtements décontractés, de tailles spéciales et d'autres styles disponibles au premier étage, d'une armoire avec un panier pour contenir les serviettes de bain, d'une source chaude publique et de 4 piscines thermales privées. Le voyant lumineux à l'extérieur de la source chaude privée n'est pas allumé. Vous pouvez entrer et il y a de l'eau et des glaces dans le salon de la source chaude. De l'eau, du café, du thé et des boissons sont disponibles dans le hall (15h-18h). Le restaurant du deuxième étage propose des dîners banquets (17h30 et 20h30), un semi-buffet le matin (7h00 à 9h30), des nouilles de fin de soirée (22h30 à 23h30) et des bains de pieds. devant la porte (9h00 à 16h00) ). L'hébergement, les sources chaudes et les repas sont tous fortement recommandés.

First of all, I must say the service was absolutely fantastic!! They really work hard and did a really great job, especially the lady with a pair of glasses! So sorry I didn’t get the name, please transfer my big thank you for the assistance for checking in, picking up my baggage and driving me from the hotel to JR station. You are very cute by the way lol Secondly, although the price is a bit high, I do recommended it if you come here for a rest, a celebration or even with friends. A quiet, spacious hotel which must try once in a lifetime.

I highly recommend this hotel for those seeking a quiet hot spring experience away from crowds. It is located a bit remotely from the city and surrounded by nature, which I absolutely love! Driving here is quite accessible. Since I planned to stay for more than one day, they provided a free pickup from the Kotohira JR Station, which is also very convenient. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. This low-density hotel has around 26 rooms, so it sells out very quickly, especially during peak season. There is a small gift shop, but I found everything I needed there. The room met my expectations, offering enough space with an outdoor deck and a private hot spring tub. I could hop into the hot spring tub anytime. If in the summer, I would be sitting on the outdoor deck to take in the views of the woods and nature, listening to the birds sing. The lotion provided is of very good quality; I use it every time I finish in the hot spring, as it smooths my skin. I should check if the gift shop sells it. The minibar is well-stocked with coffee and tea, and a 2-liter bottle of water was provided, along with a filtered water tap in the washroom. The public hot spring is spacious, allowing for plenty of privacy. One thing I wasn't sure about was that they provided us with a twin bed room. Since I was there with my husband, we expected a double bed room. We didn’t check with them about it because we decided to use the futon bed instead, which was surprisingly comfortable. I ended up sleeping even deeper than on a regular bed.  We were also confused about the futon bed setup requiring an extra charge, guess it was considered an extra bed. However, they arranged it for us without charging extra, which we really appreciated!  The dining experience was fantastic as well. There are different sessions in the restaurant, and they assign different tables for each meal, making it feel like dining in various restaurants. The service was very professional, with the staff explaining each dish to us. Even though one server covered two tables, I felt like they were serving us privately and gave us enough personal time. The restaurant closes after breakfast and before dinner, which gives you a great opportunity to explore the area during lunchtime. There are also delicious udon restaurants nearby. Just a heads up, though—I didn’t notice any room service available, so if you want snacks in your room, it’s a good idea to prepare your own. I am looking forward to staying in their other branches!
